I called several places and was getting a bunch of fluff and bs. Someone recommended Keith and I am very happy they did. Keith and his crew showed up to replace the faucets and were and are very professional and knowledgeable. While they were here I showed him my powder room that I was in the middle of messing up. Told him I'd like to have the ugly standard builder sink and mirror removed and swapped out with what I had ordered. He gave me an outstanding quote and I finally was able to get the work done today. I am beyond happy that he completed the job and I wasn't charged 5k like Lowe's wanted to charge. I highly recommend flat-out plumbing before any other company. Very professional, fast service.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.

They came to our house looking confused when we had a water line break and left saying they would come back in 15 min because they didnt have the tools. First red flag! How are you a contractor without the tools needed to do your job? They said their office was 15 minutes away and they would be right back. Lies! Then they answered the phone several times after and said they were on the way back to us. Meanwhile, we have a water break and our street is flooding while we wait for them. The last we heard from them (almost 2 hours after they came to our house) they were ten minutes out from us, and then they went radio silent. We could have had another company come and not wasted water, time, and money. Terrible human beings. Just tell people you cant do the work and move on. If you suck at your job, just say that.
