We were not able to go up into the attic due to our age to see for ourselves how bad it was. Called Alliance and explained the situation. Kelly came over within a few hours, took photos, exactly explained the situation, told us our options, ordered a new water heater and set us up to have it installed on Monday. Kelly and Alfredo arrived on time on Monday, installed the new water heater, took photos and cleaned up. The quick turnaround possibly saved us from having a leak through our ceiling. We are long time customers of Alliance and have always been happy with their service and the friendliness of their staff. We would give Alliance an A+ rating and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Ray & Mary French - Brook Forest Drive, Clear Lake

He answered my call well after business hours, had me send him a few pictures of my attic and the problems I was having, and walked me through exactly what was going on and how to fix it. He didn't rush me, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and took the time to help me on his own time. My previous review honestly didn't do these guys justice. Anthony saved me a service call, saved me money, and gave me and my wife a piece of mind. It's hard to find companies, like H-Town that genuinely care more about helping people than making a quick buck, but that's exactly what I've experienced every time I've worked with H-Town AC Repair. If you're looking for someone who's honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile, I can't recommend Anthony and H-Town AC Repair enough. They've earned a customer for life.

The plumber looked in my shower and saw gaps in the grout. I also had him cut a hole in the wall to check behind the handle. No problem there. I always pointed the shower at the tile seat to warm it up. That's where the gaps were. I switched showers and the leak stopped! My charge, $75 Great price considering I spent a lot ore on roofers. I am a real estate investor and have seen many plumbing projects like this, so I know when pricing…read moreis unreasonably inflated. Texas James Plumbing originally quoted me $840 for a minor leak that only required PEX crimping - a job that shouldn't cost anywhere near that. When I called out the outrageous price, they dropped it to $420, more than a 50% reduction, without any real justification. I addressed the issue with the office to be helpful and Christy, the owner's wife, dismissed my concerns with spiteful remarks rather than questioning why their plumber dramatically changed the price. She mentioned her husband but didn't acknowledge the blatant pricing manipulation happening under their business. In the end, I had the issue fixed for just $97 elsewhere. It's clear that this company is out to scam innocent people who may not know better. If you care about fair pricing and transparency, I would strongly advise against using this company.
