Also known as Joshuas Mobile Dent Repair Phone Number (571)…read more442-3833 or (561) 465-5124 Address in Arilington, VA and also has a PO Box in Centreville, VA. Goes by multiple names: Josh Marks, Josh Kevin Marks, Joshua K Marx, Joshu Marks, Jushua Marks, Joshua Frank, Joshua Kevil Marks, Joshua Mark He charged me $1,850 to destroy my car and leave in about 1 hours time. See Pictures. His work voided a recall on the paint for my car. He refused to provide me with a detail list of what he did and where he touched up areas so that I could have some of the car repainted. This guy is full of lies, continues to jack up the price, leaves you hanging saying he will come back to fix it. When asked why he didn't fix the dents, he said "That's more money!!". I'm currently seeking legal help to get my money back including damages costing over $6k due to the fact he voided the recall on my car. Kept all the text messages from him trying to tell me I owe more, then admitting he was wrong and that he would pay me back in installments.

Terrible. The quote was fine and he and his partner showed up on time. Then everything went wrong…read more He does the job in two hours, and suddenly the price almost triples from $675 to $1800. He was very aggressive that he was doing me a favor. Unfortunately even after he was paid, the car was not fixed. Somehow the headlight and turn indicator where he had worked now did not function. Then the liner inside the wheel was not properly secured, so my wheel was grinding when I went over bumps or turned too far left. He agreed to fix those things only to stop responding to multiple messages and phone calls.

I was hit in a parking lot on Friday night, got on the website Saturday morning - he immediately…read moreasked me for pictures of the damage. within 10 min I had an estimate for repair. I sent some info and a $50 deposit and had an appointment for Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). They came to the house and asked to take the car to their shop because the repairs were a bit more complicated than what can be done in the driveway in 15 degree weather. Work was amazing, good price and they dropped my car back in my driveway that night. They worked LATE on it too - I really needed it back that night for the next morning and they took care of me. Definitely recommend 100%.

I normally don't leave long reviews, but my experience here needs to be shared…read more Bob initially quoted me $1,800 for the job, which later got increased to $2,100. After the work was completed, the results were nowhere near acceptable. The right side of my car is visibly two different colors, and there are clear issues with the paint finish. When I brought it up, instead of taking accountability, he made excuses saying the car has matte paint and that it's harder to match. That doesn't change the fact that the end result looks worse than before the repair. I reached out for a resolution and gave him a chance to fix it. The second attempt did not improve anything and actually made parts of it worse. After that second time, there were literally fingerprints in the paint, almost like the paint was stained. On top of that, my window and window sill were scratched, the interior windows were left foggy with some kind of spray residue, the car smelled strongly like paint, and there was dust throughout the vehicle. What really stood out was how the situation was handled after that. Despite advertising a 100% refund guarantee on his website, this was never mentioned to me. Instead, he initially tried offering around $200 back, which didn't come close to addressing the issue. I had to go back and forth multiple times just to negotiate a total of $800 refunded out of the $2,100 I paid. Even getting that $800 back was a process. It was paid in monthly installments, and on payment days I often wouldn't get any response from him at all. I had to follow up 2-3 times because my messages would be read and ignored before I finally got a response and the payment. What made this even more frustrating was that as soon as he finished paying me back, he tried to pivot and ask about renting a parking space from me at my apartment building, offering to pay for a key fob and monthly rent. It was surprising to see how ready and responsive he was when it came to paying for something else, compared to how difficult it was to get him to follow through on paying me back. After the payment plan was completed, I brought up the 100% refund guarantee that is advertised on his website. Instead of addressing it, he responded with laughing emojis and would not acknowledge that it was his own business and phone number listed with that guarantee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this business. You're better off going to a reputable auto body shop or handling repairs through your insurance. I would rate 0 or negative stars if I could, but unfortunately I can't.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter with a man offering car dent repair…read moreservices at Gunston Plaza. He was an older male with a beard and mustache, wearing a Yellowstone hat. I had just parked when he pulled up directly behind me and stayed there instead of leaving. I waited a couple of minutes, hoping he would drive off, but he just sat there honking -- twice, and on the third time he held the horn down even longer. When I finally got out, he said, "I can fix that dent, ma'am--take my card." I told him politely, "No thank you, I'm good." He insisted again, saying he could give me a good price. I repeated myself, and that's when he got irritated and said, "What the hell does 'I'm good' mean?" Instead of driving off, he continued talking aggressively and wouldn't move his car as I tried to walk toward the restaurant. I had to go around his vehicle just to get away. The whole experience was hostile, disrespectful, and intimidating. No one should be approached or spoken to that way, especially after clearly saying no. It's completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. Avoid this person if you see him around Gunston Plaza. Don't ever intimidate another person -- you came off creepy and like someone who would go to the extreme.

My husband was accosted by Michael Fisher about getting repairs to his car. This guy would not let…read moreup with his very aggressive attitude and speech. He came to our condo parking lot. Then Fisher started in on me as I got out of our handicapped van in my scooter. My husband told Fisher he had to make sure I got upstairs okay. Fisher looked & acted reputably at first and said he would give an estimate before starting work. He did not. He started banging on the wheel well by the time my husband returned. High pressure and fast talk sent the $700 "estimate" up to $1,800.00. The work was sloppy and looks bad/unprofessional. The rear wheel well needed a dent removed. He took it upon himself to "fix" some spots on the rear bumper which now looks like a child was let loose with a can of spray paint (paint and finish does not match). This will be an added cost for us when my husband gets it professionally redone. You can see every place he hammered on the side of the car. Nothing is smooth and the paint does not match. He took advantage of us and manipulated us at every turn. Fisher is a slippery and unscrupulous thief. Do not use his services. Fisher is an out-and-out Scammer.
