Jim did a terrific job on my hair. This was my first visit. I had a pretty bad patchy color issue. He definitely brought me back to a normal more flattering color for my skin tone. I was impressed with the cut also. I don't like to spend a lot of time styling my hair and he was able to make my hair look fantastic with very simple blow drying that I can duplicate at home. Getting an appointment was a tiny bit of a challenge but only because I'm old school and am used to calling and talking to someone to get an appointment.
