Ample parking and the fireplace was roaring as you walk into the restaurant. Cute pub decor with many booth-like seats for privacy or large parties. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who told us the specials & soup of the day. The menu choices were great, a little bit of everything and the kids menu for $7 included a drink, main meal and ice cream dessert. Meal sizes were massive!!! So arrive hungry. Chicken curry was delicious and came with big chunks of chicken and chips. The Chicken burger was juicy, did I mention the portion sizes are giant!! :) Our waitress, Laurie, was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She always had a smile and was checking in on our party periodically to make sure everything was ok. Truly a gem! We will for sure go back! Delicious food, & great service!

I ordered the Penne Carbonara - the absolute best I've ever had, and I've had some of the best New York and other areas have to offer. Pool tables! That made me rather happy. A lot of students and the new multicultural faces of Dublin united with their love of good drink offers. I really like this place, it's just really happy! I would not be a regular though as I'm a tad too employed to be hanging out here all day like some of the dedicated students ;) I can be a cow like that because I did my degree in the student bar in my uni.

The food is also surprisingly good. They even have a handful of craft beers in addition to the old standards, though the wine isn't an option you should go with. The only issue, again potentially due to the time of year I go, is the service is very inconsistent.
