We spoke, and I could truly see how eager she was to understand my concerns and work on improving her practice. That alone deserves a 100 in my book. At first, I considered removing my original post, but instead I decided to update it. I'm a person of principle, and I believe it's important to recognize when people genuinely care about their behavior and the quality of service they provide. I have agreed to move forward with the treatment (though I haven't started yet). She encouraged me to do anything I needed to be comfortable. She explained what she was doing and what I might feel. The monitor was in my view the whole time and she talked about what we were seeing. She even put a metal ring around a hemorrhoid that had been bothering me since going through chemo this year. She didn't try to force me to use anesthesia at all and she and all of her nurses were so proud of me for making it through the entire process while being completely awake. I don't have to return for 5 years but I hope she's still practicing in my area at that time!

This place is well maintained and clean, which is a plus for sanitary reasons. As soon as it was my turn, it was quick. I received excellent care, the other day. Great customer service. It gets packed at various times, throughout the day. My advice, if you're planning it ahead, make an appointment. It's better that way. If you don't have an appointment, depending on time of day, plan to wait. I always have a positive outcome, here. There is ample parking, but look out for pedestrians everywhere, when driving. They asked me if I can come in at 2:30 instead"dr. Tran asked". I said ok. Came in before 2:30. I have a new born in the car waiting to be fed. 3pm came. Still waiting. I asked the front desk what time will the doctor see me because they asked me to come in early. Told them I have a baby in the car, 2 week old. Waiting to get fed. She said the doctor has 2 more patients inside. I asked why was I told to come in early only to wait for god knows how long! 15 mins later, I was taken to a room. Took my bp. The nurse was trying her hardest to make me feel better. 3:30 is when the doctor saw me. I asked her why was I told to come early when she couldn't see me in time. She said she had no idea that my schedule was moved. This wasn't the first time this location effed me over. Never going back to this location ever! 0 star rating!!!
