Dr. Lim is one of those Doctors that has it all, great bedside manner, outgoing personality and highly qualified in her field and excellent care provided. Highly recommend.. The surgery center staff were awesome, but the front desk receptionist wasn't so great. She came off as cold and robotic, which isn't ideal when you're dealing with patients who might already be nervous. read more

I booked an appointment on Friday Oct. 2nd with Dr. Lim back in August. A few days before my appointment they call me and tell me she can't see me and the next appt is in November. Very unprofessional and ridiculous. I don't care for this doctor anymore. I'm sure she thinks she's very important. Ridiculous! read more

The receptionist was quick to receive me in. A nurse came into the lobby and brought me back to prepare for my colonoscopy procedure quickly after arrival. All at the office made me feel really comfortable. When I was rolled into the procedure room there were several nurses with the Doctor. They all made me feel like Family. I really love Dr. Lim's office staff. The Doctor stopped by my bed after the procedure and gave me an update on her findings. I had my first colonoscopy and I was deathly scared. I have never been "put under" or as they say, sedated. That was my biggest fear going in. Once I was there, the nurses all assured me it's going to be O.K. Even though they know it will be okay since they do this 10-15 times a day, they were still caring enough to make me feel at ease. The only person who I wasn't a fan of was the front desk clerk. Not friendly, nor a friendly welcome. They need to hire or train the front desk clerks to be as caring as the other staff was. Thank you to Jovany, Jenny, Faith the anesthesiologist, Gabby, and the last nurse who walked me out. You guys made me feel so safe and cared for. read more

The nurse that prepped me was very patient with all my questions and helpful. However, the person who walked me out did not help me out even though I was very dizzy from anesthesia. read more

Went to her based on reviews. She performed an upper endoscopy and found nothing causing my issues. My concern is that 2-3 hours after my procedure when I was released from the hospital I was having debilitating stomachaches. My Dad called concerned and got the front desk. He asked a few questions and got back snappy responses as the lady did not know what was happening. When my Dad got a little upset with her she hung up on him. Dr. Lim called back and explained what was happening and that they would pass. Dr. Lim seemed fine, her staff are unprofessional. read more

I went in for a procedure and they were so efficient with the process. I didn't have to wait very long. Once I got called in, I was greeted by a nurse and she was very kind, gentle, and offered me a warm blanket. The anesthesiologist was also personable and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lim showed sympathy and asked about my medical history to get a better understanding of my situation. Dr Lim is an optimistic and supportive gastroenterologist who has finally recognized my digestive problems after seeing many doctors. Microscopic Colitis is difficult to diagnose and harder to maintain. Having had a family history of colon cancer at age 50 I decided to have a colonoscopy. Since then I'm in my late 70s now and have gone in for regularly scheduled follow Ups. United has been my recent provider. all of my experiences so far have been satisfying. The attention and care I get starting with the initial exam professional. Concerning the procedure itself it's painless and actually over before you even know it. From the doctor to the anesthesiologist who perform the procedure I am kept informed about what to expect and that gives me reassurance.
