I submitted a request for appointment online and was able to schedule. JD used my reference pictures to come up with the design and I was pleased with how the spirit of the reference pictures were captured but brought to life in a unique way to make my tattoo completely my own. The studio itself is clean and tidy. JD was playing calming pop music but as the session progressed into the evening we aligned on what we wanted to listen to. We took breaks as often as needed with a dinner break. I recommend bringing ample snacks and water/fluids. JD was focused for the entire session and we made continued steady progress - there wasn't any rushing nor delays. Pain levels were manageable but did rise as the session progressed. JD was clear on care instructions and made it easy to understand. The shop accepts credit card payments. We went around 12 and she told us to come back in about an hour and they'd be able to fit us in. They have a great selection of flash tattoos. Originally we were going to do our own design idea but we fell in love with this small flower design. We both actually ended up getting 2 tattoos because the vibes were just so good! They insist that you do your tattoo in black in case the stencil gets in your skin. You can clearly see the last word is in purple, and the owner told me to "let it heal" as if the purple will somehow go away. This is my ARM. They did not offer to go over it in pink again. When I called, the owner called me absurd, threatened me, and said he would not issue me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. They said I consented via my waiver, however I was holding a cup of wine. Contracts are not valid when a party is under the influence, so the waiver is invalid. I will be pressing charges. Don't waste your money. Additionally, they have had numerous employees of theirs flag my previous review as "funny." I simply will not allow them to do this to other people. There are a ton of other good tattoo shops in the area, none of which have tattooed the stencil into someone's skin.

Don't send out multiple text blasts saying you're open for walk ins till 12am and then turn people away at the door at 9:07 pm. The lady then proceeded we can make an appointment for the following day when i just explained driving an hour here and being willing to wait however much time is needed. I went on their booking site and two appointments for 11pm and 11:30 were left so we went on to the booking site to book them. The lady running the check ins asked if we checked in already and said we were booking our appointments as we spoke because it's available on the website. As soon as we said that she said "great" tapped her iPad a few times and suddenly the appointments were gone. It's 9pm. Don't say you're open till 12am but not taking anyone else for the night. If you're underprepared for the influx of traffic your sale brought in don't run it. No accommodation, no sincerity, just another sale. I'm disappointed to say this considering I've recommended people here before and have had work done here before.
