The employees are very kind, personable, and clearly know what they're doing. The themed decor around the shop is absolutely gorgeous and their music selection specifically is superb; I must've added at least 10 different songs I've heard in-store to my personal playlist. The only reason I'm knocking off one (half of a) star is because among my times visiting the store, I've gotten a couple inconsistent assessments regarding a tongue piercing. While I don't remember any names, I've been told I both did and did not have the anatomy for a tongue piercing by two different piercers - and when I was able to get my tongue pierced here on the second visit, after the swelling died down I noticed it was too far back to fit comfortably in my mouth and gave me a noticeable lisp, so I had to take it out after a month and have it re-pierced elsewhere in the correct position. I truly wish I could put in a 4.5-star review on Yelp because I've gotten many other piercings (snake bites, double lobes, septum upsize) from this establishment with no other issues to mention. They have a wide range of jewelry to select from as well, so if you don't rock with standard studs they have a little something for everybody from jewels to stars. All things considered, I first visited Victory very inexperienced with the piercing process - they're otherwise very open to location changes and are extremely receptive with personal feedback. Compared to other shops I've visited in the area, Victory is a bit on the pricier side and may not be suitable for those who can't afford the price tag, though I believe it's a welcome trade-off for experienced, safe, professional, and clean service.

She continuously checked if I was doing ok and would explain the steps as she was piercing. Piercing was as painless as possible and did not feel like a rushed piercing at all. I've been to places that rush to get you in and out with piercings so this was a pleasant change. Pricing was reasonable and wait time wasn't too long. They do have their prices on their website if you're looking at how much a specific piercing is. Was able to call and get an appointment within the same day. She was also very light with the needle. It'd been like 6 years since I'd been to his OLD shop, and he remembered me and remembered details of the conversation we had when I got my tattoo then. That blew me away, but it just goes to show the kind of person he is. It's not just putting ink down. It's allowing your vision for your tattoo to come through. I went with him 6 years ago for that reason, and he continues to be the same way, allowing his professionalism to shine through as he puts your vision into form. He's super high-tech, as well. Blew me away when he super-imposed the picture of my tattoo onto my arm with some virtual reality A.I. program on his iPad. I was able to see it before he'd even put it on my arm. The process, as last time, was super chill. I trust his artistry. Granted, I had more of a vision of what I wanted... but even his process of tweaking and asking good questions so that you get exactly what you want, but also something that will make 'tattoo sense' (just made that up, not sure if it's an actual phrase, but you catch my drift). All in all, as before, he killed the tattoo. I took public transportation from Brooklyn... 2 hours each way... just so that I could come have him do my tattoo. Highly recommend. HIGHLY!
