The studio itself was easy to find, cute, clean, and professional while still feeling comfortable. I love that the reception area is separated by stairs from the tattoo studio area. They have a coat rack for you to hang up your belongings in the middle so you can keep an eye on it (if u have separation anxiety like i do). My session was so relaxing, I just closed my eyes and listened to their music playing (some good chill pop, today it consisted mostly of Joji, who I love) while the artist did her craft. Coming in I was so nervous for some reason (and jittery from caffeine), but despite that, I had a great tattoo experience.

I submitted a request for appointment online and was able to schedule. JD used my reference pictures to come up with the design and I was pleased with how the spirit of the reference pictures were captured but brought to life in a unique way to make my tattoo completely my own. The studio itself is clean and tidy. JD was playing calming pop music but as the session progressed into the evening we aligned on what we wanted to listen to. We took breaks as often as needed with a dinner break. I recommend bringing ample snacks and water/fluids. JD was focused for the entire session and we made continued steady progress - there wasn't any rushing nor delays. Pain levels were manageable but did rise as the session progressed. JD was clear on care instructions and made it easy to understand. The shop accepts credit card payments. They insist that you do your tattoo in black in case the stencil gets in your skin. When I called, the owner called me absurd, threatened me, and said he would not issue me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. They said I consented via my waiver, however I was holding a cup of wine. Contracts are not valid when a party is under the influence, so the waiver is invalid. I will be pressing charges. Don't waste your money. Additionally, they have had numerous employees of theirs flag my previous review as "funny." I simply will not allow them to do this to other people. There are a ton of other good tattoo shops in the area, none of which have tattooed the stencil into someone's skin.

If you noticed, they do have a knack for animal pieces, but of course can do wayyy more than that. The shop itself has an open layout, is clean, charming, and maintains a great ambiance. Their current hourly rate is $250hr, and if you want to hold an appointment you must email the shop or drop by to put down a deposit. Many people cringe at the cost, but you're paying for something that will be there permanently, of excellent quality, and with TTF, a comfortable artist/client environment that you will forever associate those few hours of your life with.
