Took my car here today and it was $115 for an oil change. $115! That's ridiculous. That's $40 more than earlier this year when I changed it. It was $50 just for the 15 minutes of labor it took. I wish I just walked away and didn't pay, but I needed it changed. The people are nice there, but I think im going to just go elsewhere. I went for an oil change on Sat 9/14/24 and instantly was told my tires needed rotating by the gal that came up to speak to me. My tires were rotated 2 months ago when I replaced 2 of them. Next I was told my air filter needed replacing which was done 3 weeks ago. Very disappointing to be hustled because the next 2 items they recommended didn't ring valid based on the 2 I had recently done and was told were needed. The actual oil change was smooth and efficient. They didn't ask me which oil I wanted (full synthetic) but I caught the guy myself and made sure he knew. The following day I was on the freeway and all of a sudden could hear a very loud noise and something flopping on the ground so I pulled off the freeway to check and the cover that goes below the engine was hanging on by only 1 clip...........the rest had come off or never been fastened after the oil change. I had to remove the remaining clip and remove the cover so I could take it to my mechanic to put back on. Very sloppy and disappointing. Maybe if they weren't under such pressure to upsell you on services you may not need they would pay more attention to the job you came in for..........I won't be back. read more

He was undoubtedly impertinent, curt, and gave the impression he didn't feel like working. He advised this location, and Jiffy Lube in general, no longer service BMW vehicles. Fist thing in the morning, one of two cars. Plenty of employees hanging out. Informed and showed the representative that I had a coupon and was told, "we don't need that, we got you taken care of"... Then I had to pay full price, which Wouldn't happen at other places I've been. Service took more than twice the time as it has other shops such as Valvoline. Other than that everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed the experience but took much longer than expected almost an hour, then the bill was higher than it was supposed to be, got zero feedback on my vehicle such as tire pressure, air filter status, cabin filter, etc. etc. This combined with my last previous bad experience at a Jiffy Lube, will ensure not only do I go elsewhere, and I'll ensure others do too. I guess I am just used to a different level of service but I was in a pinch and I thought I'd give them a second chance. I got my 4 sparkplugs and engine oil replaced. Check engine on the dashboard disappeared. They cannot fix my tire Warning in dashboard. I was advised to go to american tire center. It got fixed. I went in for an oil change and they didn't close the access to where the oil should be changed so the door to it broke as I was pulling out of my driveway. So I went back so they can replace it and they said they would only be able to put it back. I was confused because it wouldn't be possible because it was broken. So what they did is that they taped the two parts together and two months later it is dragging on the floor again. The day i went in for the oil change they took a long time to come and charge me. Miguel was the man who checked me in and he was extremely professional, quick and attentive. I am writing this review however to point out the other gentleman who was helping me out, Mike. I had an issue with my dipstick after my oil change and Mike took 45 minutes to help me w/ the issue and did not complain once. He let me know how long until I was able to leave so i wasn't sitting there aimlessly and even apologized for the inconvenience afterwards. His diligence and attention to my vehicle needs but also his kindness goes beyond any expectations one might have when searching for an oil change, he was so kind to my Son and I and I cannot thank him enough for his time and attention to our vehicle needs.
