DO NOT GO HERE! I had such a horrible experience. The older guy, who I believe is the manager, was in a bad mood. The minute I arrived, he was complaining to his staff that he was "behind schedule" and there was literally only one car in front of me. He complained my car was "too bright" and I needed to pull up. So, I did. A few minutes later, he said he had to shut the garage door on me because of my car. I drive a newer SUV. LOL! The older guy was super rude, overly dramatic, and clearly in a bad mood. Went in for a simple oil change on a work vehicle. The mechanic who did my oil change and the young man checking me in at first were efficient and friendly, but one man was incredibly rude without provocation. We were unable to pull up my fleet account so I told them I can pay with the company card, but I would have to plug it in. The young man was able to pull up the interface for me to do so but for some reason the other man became irritated and began rushing and scolding me to put in the info. The first time I put in the info I missed a number so it declined and he told me to "Not come back to this Jiffy Lube" and complained that it was "first thing in the morning" (it was around 9:30). I plugged in the card info and it worked and he asked me if I "grabbed all of my shit" so I can "go back to being a security guard or whatever". went for an oil change 2 weeks ago. They said they'd check the air in my tires. The following week the light came on that my tires that they were all losing air equally. so I went back, the guy with the braids put air in the tires and light went off. Another week goes by and same thing happens again. I should mention I've had this car for a year and I've never had this happen. Also tires are brand new. So I go back and explain what happened, again. The guy starts coming up with all sorts of explanations: how it's the temperature, how maybe I have a leak (in all tires at once at the same rate) how it's definitely not their fault. Ok, then how do you explain this happening twice in a row after you guys did my oil change and touched the tires? So I i say fine that's fine and I start driving away to which him and the other mechanics start making inappropriate and condescending comments at my expense as I turn the car around and drive away. Went to get oil change at this location and information taken and then the guy tells me they can't change the oil because he doesn't know how much oil my car takes. WTH? I said how about the standard 5 quarts? He said he couldn't because the computer system was changed and they could not do it. Horrible experience. I pulled up to see if I could air my tires up since it was near by and my tps sensor was on. At the time there was only one vehicle being worked on. Man with a long beard was rude when I asked to see if it was a possibility. Seemed like I was wasting his time and that I could do it myself. I stated no worries I'll do it another time. He proceeded to pressure me to drive my car up front for me to do it myself. I eventually caved and pulled my truck to the front and while I approached he sighed as if again I was wasting his time. He then proceeded to keep pressuring me to hurry up which I had enough and just left. He kept saying I'm trying to help you but all I felt was pressured and that I was a waste of time. Excellent service. I got a standard service oil change with coupon, and these gentlemen were on point. Great customer service, refreshments offered. It was just a great overall experience. In and out in 20 minutes, quick and painless. I would guess quite a few of the negative reviews regarding this location are old, or people coming at the last minute (aka after 530 pm probably more like 555 pm) that got turned away because they have to be wrapped up by 6pm. 2010 Dodge Ram pick up oil change. After several miles the oil filter vibrated loose and leaked oil on two paver Brick driveways. One mine. The other my neighbor. I returned and to Jiffy. Notification made to the employees. No employee ever explained why this oil Filter came loose. Maybe because it was never put on tight in the first place. Anyway they offered to install and for me to purchase a better oil filter , one that would no come loose. Which I did. I would have gladly did this the first time. Will I return. Probably not. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car service location. I was greeted by Michael who was extremely rude and I was instructed to turn my car off and keep my window rolled down in 110 degree heat. After waiting 25 minutes in direct sunlight in a burning hot car I finally confronted him about why I was instructed to turn my car off and wait in direct sun for them to get my car into the empty bay that had been available the entire time. The lady who pulled up behind me was immediately directed into the empty bay and not instructed to perform any of the same ridiculous acts. Absolutely unprofessional business and Michael needs a lesson in customer service and business management. Jiffy lube should be ashamed. I am extremely impressed with this specific jiffy lube.. This place would easily be 5 stars due to the manager, can't remember his name, had a beard. However, I was greeted by Mike/Michael, easily one of the worst experiences of customer service I've ever had, a total curmudgeon of a human who should never, ever be client interfacing. For some reason he was completely flustered, I was the second car of the morning. Mike/Michael was condescending, rude, visibly irritated when asking me the very basic questions that they require to check me in. If I were the owners, Mike/Michael would stay in the underground pit changing oil, leave the customer service to the manager with the beard. I have had my oil changed 5 times all at jiffy lubes with this car and my boyfriend used to work at one, therefore I know the tools are there. The guys at the shop seemed nice, but why did my car take 15 minutes longer than a car that had pulled in after me. I would not take a new car here again. When we got to the counter after our oil change Jiffy Lube tried charging $120. We specifically said no add ins aside from the coolant top off which we were told was an extra $5. Initially the attendant asked if we wanted to use the same oil that we used last time and we did yes. After convincing them to pull up the receipt from our previous visit they could see we paid $80 for the same oil last time we were in. They tried nonchalantly charging us 33% more than what we paid last time. That on top of the 45 minute wait is the reason that this location has such poor reviews. read more

There were several workers there and their garage doors were wide open indicating that they were open. Just appears that they wanted to get out of there early and close up. Went to the location at Frank Lloyd Wright and via Linda where there were three cars ahead at 3:46 and they took my appointment with no problems. The guy already had my car on the rack before they took any information. He said they don't carry my oil in stock. I own a 2013 Honda CR-V . There's a million of these on the road you idiot my. Recommended a synthetic blend.... the bill came to $92 after the $15 coupon..... I asked if they changed my oil yet...the said no....I left immediately.....Ripoff. Pulled up to the bay, employee walks out, I tell him I want an oil change and he immediately responds "you know that will be full synthetic." I tell the employee that I don't believe that is correct (I consulted my manufacturer manual beforehand) and he then proceeds to ask me what year model my car is, and he still hasn't asked the engine type. HOW DO YOU KNOW THE CAR REQUIRES SYNTHETIC OIL IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE MODEL YEAR OR ENGINE TYPE Employee then said he would check it in his system, never once asking me the engine type. After feeling that nagging feeling that I need to get an oil change one of these days, I finally had time to swing by this Jiffy Lube after a morning workout. I showed up at 7:15am, saw they had a light on, and went right in. Turns out they don't open til 7:30am, but they were friendly about my earlier arrival and told me they'd be with me as soon as they finished opening the store. Right at 7:30am they got my car in, serviced it, and I was out in about 20 mins. I was made aware of additional service needed, with NO PRESSURE! A big plus for me....I hate pressure.
