If you're thinking about coming to this location or any other Jiffy Lube ...DON'T! I brought my car in to get a *quick* oil change as I had a Groupon I had received for Father's Day...the Groupon included an oil change, window treatment and tire rotation (keep in mind, my cars tires cannot be rotated as the rear wheels are larger than the front.) After waiting for well over an HOUR, when I was finally being rung up the associate had no idea what he was doing and proceeded to tell me my total was $54.00...after I asked how was that possible as the Groupon was a $89.00 value...he told me "yeah, I don't know...that's just what the computer is saying". I then had to ask for the Manager and he was able to ring me up correctly. With all that being said, that isn't even the worst part!!! Once I was FINALLY able to get my keys to leave (again, after waiting for over an hour), As I put my car into gear to leave, my car would not go...I pressed the accelerator and my car would not go forward... Long story short, WHY I DO NOT KNOW but they still rotated my tires even though they cant be rotated because they're CLEARLY a different size from the front to the back...they then had to put the tires back on correctly and as a result, the front brake calipers have a wonderful scrap on each side now. To make matters worse, the manager's excuse to me was "well im just a one man show today. If you bring the car back in the future, we can "try" to do something for you" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? SMH!!! This was by far THE worst Jiffy Lube experience I have ever encountered and as a result I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this location or ANY other location ever again! I will recommend my friends and family do the same. This was absolutely unacceptable and I hope no one else ever has to deal with this level of piss poor customer service and lack of expertise. read more

They changed my oil but demanded I get expensive tire rotation. They also reset my radio stations, changed the power locks, and I had to ask three times for a sticker showing the time for my next oil change. Beware this location. read more

Probably one of the slowest jiffy lubes I have ever been too. I came early around 9am and was the only car in the bay. 45 minutes later they still are not done with a mid size suv??? Seriously! Save yourself the hassle of the slowest trained employees and go a block in the other direction. read more

At location in Richmond Va at 11135 Midlothian Turnpike, yesterday received subpar service. To be specific; slow, no cabin vacuuming, tires set a 40, in spite of request for 35, and refilled oil 1/2 qt low. The crew was trying but seemed undertrained and un-supervised. Not OK. read more

Well they were going to get a 4 star but then I saw they really didnt reset my engine oil light. I usally change my own oil but sunce Im in a transition in my life (AGAIN Ill get it right someday) I dont have a place to change my oil. I figured Id go to Jiffy lube after my bad experience at NTB (see prior review on my page) I bought me a groupon voucher since it was about $20 less. I showed up on a Thursday afternoon around 1pm and was taken tight away. They were very courteous and took care of me. They went through the old " look at your air filters they are very dirty" routine. I asked them to just give a visual inspection of the rear under carriage of the car because I had heard a rattling noise,he said he'd look. After about 15 20 mins I was done. I went to the counter he read off what they did one of which was "reset engine oil" ok . I kept my mouth shut about the visual inspection, he never said anything. I drove off and to be honest I forgot to check to see if my engine light was reset,so I continued on with my day until this morning half way to work I check my cars computer and sure enough it wasnt reset. I cant blame these guys for doing what they are doing ,they run a routine on people and tell the customer what they want to make the customer happy. I might go back but just be ready for these guys to piss on your leg and tell you its raining. read more

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my car here for an oil change and the next day I had a HUGE oil spot in my driveway because they didn't do the oil change properly. I went back to this location and they "claimed" they fixed it so I left that day just to come back a day later because oil was still leaking in my driveway. The district manager Tom Donnelly was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and refused to reimburse me for the poor job they did on my car. He was snarky, rude, threatening and told me to go elsewhere since I've never had this issue with an oil change before at other establishments. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my life. I will NEVER go here for ANY services again nor will I go to any other Jiffy Lube for any services either. This is the best example of how you SHOULDN'T handle a situation when you're completely at fault. read more

Due to my negligence, my Mustang overheated this past Saturday. I added coolant, but my engine light remained on, so I had it towed to this Jiffy Lube location. Understanding that they are not a "repair shop," the ENTIRE staff, however, was extremely helpful with adding the remaining coolant I had and made sure the vehicle was not overheating. I pulled in today with a headlight out and the two lightbulbs that needed to be replaced. I told the tech what I needed and the manager said that they would charge me $75 labor just to change them. (I drive a Chevy equinox) I KNOW this is not the easiest bulb to change however it's NOT an hour's worth of labor! NEVER again they lost a customer for good! Don't go. When I had horrible service a few months ago (credit card connection didn't work, resulting in a 30 minute delay while they rebooted; still didn't work, so I had to overpay in cash), the manager gave me a 50% off coupon for my next visit. Today, when I presented the coupon, this location refused to honor it because "that manager doesn't work here any more". Adding insult to injury, there was some sort of greasy oil residue left on the storage compartment top between the driver and passenger seat. Pathetic. read more

This review is for the Midlothian, VA shop (11000 block). Used a Groupon and visited for the first time. The people were nice but here is what I experienced: 1) they pulled the engine and cabin air cleaners to show me that both were dirty. I told them that the cabin air cleaner had been replaced just last week, and that the dark specs were carbon elements built into the filter (a high end filter). The woman operating the counter said, "oh, I wondered about that." I did replace the other which I had to wait for because it comes from a parts store ("just 5 minutes away"). 2) when I got into my car when it was "ready," the plastic cover for the cabin filter was still laying in the passenger's seat. They quickly reinstalled it and said "sorry." 3) worst of all, when I took my car to another shop today (less than 24 hours later) for wheel balancing, they said that I had an oil leak at the filter because the o-ring had not been replaced with the (new) filter. I had them replace the o-ring & filter and bring the oil level back up. What if that had not been detected? I would have thought my oils levels were fine for a long time. Never again. I came to get break light fix and turning sign fix. the guy James changed the bubs and claim they work but I clearly seen after paying that they didn't work . he said I needed to move out the sun I ask for the car to be moved in the bay he said no they worked and shut my door . I came right back after pulling off after seeing that the turning signal still didn't work . I came back they all ganged up on my like i wasn't a paying customer . This is my second time coming here and they immediately assist me. Today I am here for rear brake pads and honestly, they were so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pushed to buy more, they gave me options, and they showed me what was going on with my car. I will definitely come here again. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other shops. I got my front pads and rotors done not too long ago from another shop (that I really like also!). Decided on jiffy lube today bc they stay open later and my car was really making bad noises. read more

Horrible experience. Pull in the back. Hop out. Almost immediately an employee points out a nail I picked up. Good eye man. But wait... it's still shiny on top which means it hasn't been driven on. Oh you fix tires too? That's convenient but a little fishy. They get my oil changed (I think?) and send me on my way. I get back to work and look at the tire and the nail is still there! But it's no longer shiny and I only drove 1/4 mile back to work which reinforces the fact that I picked it up VERY CLOSE to Jiffy Lube... if not in their parking lot. So I go back and they tell me they couldn't get approval to fix the tire. Then why didn't you communicate that to me the first time?! I tell them that I'll call and get it approved. They now point out that all four tires are not going to pass inspection and that I need new tires. I'm taking it to Merchants Tire. Stay away from this establishment. Can't be trusted. read more

On my way to work this morning in a monsoon and my tire pressure lights came on. Stopped at Jiffy Lube and they fixed me right up. Noticed a headlight was out and offered to see if they could fix it. Had no idea Jiffy Lube did lights and I've been stressing trying to find time to take it to Volvo. And he found another light out and fixed that too. Now I'm all fixed and happy as a clam. Went here with a Groupon 4 weeks ago. I have used this Oil Change Groupon before at Jiffy Lube, but not this specific location. They performed the oil change and after a few days I noticed my oil leaking. I took the car elsewhere and they told me that the Jiffy Lube had not secured the drain cap on the bottom of the tank, so it was causing the tank to leak. I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube if they can't handle the one service that they're meant for. read more

It's always a task to take time out of your day and take care of you vehicle needs. I was very happy with my service at this Jiffy Lube. The employees were very friendly, had a familiar feel, and were quick and attentive. Didn't try to push extras on me either. After having my tires rotated, oil change, and air filter changed I was out in about 30 minutes. Wasn't busy at 1pm. read more

THey told me when I pulled up that they accept fleet vehicles and it should only take 10 minutes. Turns out the guy didn't know what he was talking about and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with fleet getting it all squared away. Also left oil smudges al over the driver side door. read more

Horrible customer service Went for the basic oil change witch still comes with all fluid checks, vacuum and window wash as told by the greeter. The price has gone up witch it does but the quality has gone down, after leaving I had oil on multiple places of my driver door and on the passenger side fender, floors were not vacuumed either, I called and talked to Chris who said to bring it back so they can finish the job, I started to double check the work they did and noticed that they never pulled the rear differential check plug or the check plug in the transfer-case, I called back and was told to email the store pictures, was given 2 different email addresses and was told to call back and talk to another manager the next day, I called the next day and talked to James, was told to bring it back for them to finish the work, when I arrived at the store I was told they dont have a James who works there, when I voiced my concerns the woman who works behind the counter and the guy she called in to the room they giggled and said I could call the 800 number if I would like, I asked if they could finish the work and as he laughed said I guess. Customer service sent me a nice email after I contacted them but when I called them back the guy said they were going to talk with the store. Offered me a discount the next time I take my truck to them. I DON'T TRUST YOU ANYMORE! Will never go back and I will inform my customers to do the same. This place is the definition of lying cheating mechanics. This makes the entire industry look bad. I have been to diss Jiffy Lube twice the first time they told me I needed an air filter I had that checked later by a professional which explained to me that it was fine and not dirty. Yesterday I went and they told me I was a half a tank down on coolant. I took it to AutoZone because I didn't want to pay the extra fee and purchased antifreeze and had them put it in my car when they came to my car they explained to me that it was completely full and I didn't need any coolant. When I called the manager and explain to them what happened and I was very disappointed he say "ok". This place is a total rip off do not go there! read more
