Very dishonest. They tack on a $10 "Shop Supplies" fee on your oil change, when questioned they said it's standard yet this is the first time I have ever encountered this. Was also told the cars coolant was low and tried to up charge a "top off" for another $10, I declined as this was straight up just not true as I checked it myself and it was fine. I pulled in for an inspection and was told that I had an exhaust leak before even pulling into the bay. The employee told me that he could hear it and recommended not doing an inspection and taking it to the dealership to have checked. He never touched the vehicle but had us convinced that we had an exhaust leak. I drove straight down to Valvoline and passed inspection. read more

They need to be honest about their charges up front . They straight up lie to you give you a price and when you ring up they charge you for extras like shop supplies and up charges for a cheap paper oil filter which doesn't cost any more at the parts store than the regular spin on filters . So your already over priced 109.00 dollar oil change for a small Kia ends up costing you 159.00 (hate to see why they would charge you for a v8 or larger engine ) out the door with the nice little up charge on oil for 11 dollars a quart they also add . I could understand the oil charge even though it's higher than it should be but shop supplies 7.00 for what ? to do an oil change ? and the up charge on an oil filter . Went for an "inspection" they pulled out filters from my car, and made up a story about my windshield wipers needing to be changed, I'd just had my car serviced 2 months ago. These people are a rip off, and horrible people who actually vandalized my car before I could leave because I would not give them money. I would not recommend these people at all.. Took my car into this facility for oil changes. On my third visit, the on-duty manager tells me that whoever did my last oil change stripped the plug by overtorqueing and I would need a new oil pan. When I explained they had done the last few oil changes he said his boss would call me about replacing the pan. He never called, so my husband went in and they agreed to replace it. On the day we were told to bring the car in, we were told they were not going to replace it. I finally spoke to a regional manager and they again agreed to replace it and the store manager called to confirm when to bring the car back in. When I brought the car back in this morning, the store manager was not in and the young man acting as manager said they were not going to do it. When I asked him to call the store manager, he laughed in my face and said "why would I do that? It's his day off". So I called the regional manager and left a message, then called the store manager at the number he had called me from which was the store. I explained the situation and asked if they would call the store manager, they said yes. At which point, the young man was put on the phone with the manager. My car is supposedly now getting fixed, but frankly, since the young man is the one doing the repair, I will probably need to take it to a mechanic to confirm he hasn't done something else to the car. AVOID THIS PLACE. Their customer service is terrible and you may end up with costly repairs due to incompetence. read more

I got an oil change and tire rotation yesterday here. First, they were explanatory with the oil services and gave me a coupon. I really appreciated that, but I had a flat tire this morning. I took it to Discount Tires, and all 4 tires needed replaced. I feel like Jiffy Lube should have noticed that and said something, which would have prevented a very dramatic start to my day. How do you perform a tire rotation and not notice the shape of the tires? Also, I was supposed to receive an email to rate my service. I never received it. read more
