My driveway,

I would not recommend this location. my car started leaking oil. I took it in to a different Jiffy Lube location. My gasket was wrong on the plug. My plug had been over tightened. called the manager to inform him. They didn't care.

Tresses B.

Place is so ghetto smh. Been having this car from enterprise for 3 months and needed a oil change. I agreed to take the car a month ago to do it. Finally brought it. Came for a oil change with 0 customers 920 am and because the fleet wasn't working was here longer then I expected. He completed the oil change knowing the fleet wasn't working. 10:11 they let down the hood and let me go. Enterprise will be getting a review on this as well

Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They completed my oil change quickly, but what really impressed me was that they took the time to point out that my key fob battery was getting low before it became a problem. The biggest surprise was when I mentioned I had been struggling to reconnect my phone to my car's Bluetooth. The manager came out, took a look, and had it connected in less than two minutes! That level of customer service went far beyond what I expected during a routine oil change. It's rare to find a business that's not only fast and knowledgeable but also willing to help with something completely unrelated just because they care about their customers. I truly appreciated the extra effort and kindness. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this team!

I never once have had to question them as they are always honest and save me money. I've met a lot of them on the team, and I've only had great experiences. Especially as someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I feel comfortable with the guys here. Never feel as if they are taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. Plus great prices!

I called them on a Friday at about 4PM. I asked JOEL if it was better to bring it in tonight or before they opened on a Saturday at 8AM. They said just show up tomorrow and we'll get to it as we can. I was there at 7:50 AM for a drop off. They did not contact me until 3PM on Saturday to say that they haven't fixed the AC yet but they have changed the full synthetic oil ($107 - $15 website coupon) and tested several other fluid with "corrosivity strips." Both the brake fluid ($125) and radiator coolant fluid ($170) tested "bad." I gave approval to move forward. Hey, I'm not a mechanic nor have access to these "magic testing strips." I received a call at 4:30 PM on the same day (Saturday) that the AC had been charged but the compressor is not coming on. It's too late to diagnose so we'll have to keep until Monday. Monday comes and I receive a call at 4PM when they said the AC compressor is dead. $1,284 to replace it. In for a penny, in for a pound. They claim the part is in town and can be received early enough on Tuesday to have it back to me. Tuesday comes and instead of a call saying your truck is done (in time for my Social Distortion concert which I made them aware of) they now say the entire system is "flooded with contaminants" and we'll need to replace the condenser and extension value. Now they have me over a barrel. No additional discounts are mentioned nor offered. I received word the truck was done at 5:45PM and to come pick it up in the next 15 minutes or wait until tomorrow. I took my truck in for AC service and oil change. I leave paying $3,394.16. Was it required? Again, only people with car maintenance knowledge can judge. Will I ever recommend them? Absolutely not. I'm pretty sure that I covered most of their costs to repair my truck over the 4 days they had it. They did not even thank me for my business. Photos of invoice are included here so you can verify my review.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

I have this recorded among other false, damning statements. Andy said they could get my car through emissions and specifically said "we are not a waiver shop, we fix it right". (Gave me waiver instruction form to cheat the system and pass illegally when I picked up car). Been dealing with them 6 months of going back to have check engine light and codes "turned off". Codes indicate car is dangerous to drive dumping raw fuel and going to ruin engine, towed it 30 miles to a mechanic referred to me by the best Demon, Hellcat shop in the country. Fixed in 2 days. Have 30 minute recording of Andy and Mike double talking and Mike saying Andy doesn't know tunes. Mike the owner saying, "blame everyone else". Well I did take it to YOUR shop. No one is certified I am told! Prior mechanic doing tunes on his personal computer, now he is gone. Where is my dyno report? Part numbers? RED FLAG LOOK UP THE LEGAL ISSUES I believe nothing was done, light came onp immediately leaving emissions. They need cash, but creditors are all over them. Mike will not split the bill of $2800 at the very least. Called me insane because I asked for receipts and explanations. I paid $1440 to get it right at a real speed shop. I want that paid for also. They do not know Magneson tunes! Even after replacing my ECU and all O 2 sensors! Did you really replace? Where is invoice? No tune he said, but my invoice says ECU tune. Which was it? Said I was using the word tune wrong. Just repeating what you said you were doing...3 ON YOUR SIDE NEXT, with my 30 minute recorded conversation with them. Hopefully I can save another person the agony of dealing with these clowns. OWNER COULDN'T CARE LESS, he filed bankruptcy and has a bunch of other lawsuits. Mine is small in comparison. Negative stars. Praying for Karma.
