This location is great, easy in and out. Since the pandemic they now just have you drive into the bays and sit in your car while they perform the services, super convenient.m drive thru service. The team at this location are very good, known Joe for years. Recently William has been helping me with my personal car as well as my fleet vehicle for work. Pricing seems reasonable as compared to other places and much cheaper than many. They typically have online coupons as well that you can use to get discounts on services. Typically $10, $15 or $20 off. Anything to save a bit. Recently took my personal car to get an oil change and check the fluids, top them off and even out air pressure in my tires. Have to get the synthetic blend, so a bit higher than a regular oil change, but with the $15 coupon it cost about $78. (10/13/23). I for years changed my own oil and never took it in, but with the cost of the oil, the oil filter, time and disposal, it is worth it to me to pay them and be done with it. I know where I won't be coming back to. For a place I normally love, this experience was a complete 180. I asked for an oil change, they didn't have the oil I normally get which is fine because they had a different kind that my car could take. They did fine with my service however they were very cold and off putting. Normally they are friendly and personable, can't say that for this experience. I understand that it is cold however I didn't force them to work this job and that's what it felt like. Plus oil changes here have gotten really expensive in my opinion. Got an oil change last week, and they constantly try to add charges that was annoying off the bat. They recommend I get my coolant topped off, then today driving on the freeway for the first time since my service, my car was overheating! These people didn't put the lid on my coolant correctly!!! I'm part of a vehicle fleet program that partners with various automotive vendors such as jiffy lube to do simple maintenance such as oil changes on our company vehicles. This specific Jiffy Lube location is by far the worst. Every single time I come in here, it takes almost an hour to get a simple oil change because they cannot understand the simple protocol of working with vehicle fleet. It's like rocket science to them, thus creating unnecessary delays. I'm not necessarily upset with the employees, but rather, the management of this location and their lack of training for their employees. Stay away from this location at all costs! Came in here 20 minutes before closing time with 2 vehicles and Eric not only accepted both vehicles for full service but he also gave us incredible customer service and stayed overtime to make sure both vehicles were complete. Can't put 0 Stars......You need to read this: Came in on Sunday at 3 ish.... brought my own oil and filter. They used all type of profanity as I sat in my vehicle and had to listen. Completely OVERFILLED my engine by at least a few quarts AND they left a plastic cap & foil from oil container!!??. See Pics! I came home and checked level bc the experience was so juvenile and discovered what a negligent job they did. Called back and guy was mostly concerned about the profanity.....NOT that they could have ruined my 21 yr old engine. He offered to pump out extra oil... gee nice on you. Even emailed district manager bc their sign said "100% committed to your satisfaction!"....he resonded 12 days ago saying "thanks for the feedback. Ill get to the bottom of it and get back to you."....Haven't heard ANYTHING (although there is nothing to justify what happened). Brought in my Ford Taurus car for an oil and filter change last week, Joe and his guy did an excellent job replacing them at a quick pace. There was no wait whatsoever. Due to Covid-19, jiffy lube is doing drive through service. It was very convenient, I liked it a lot. When I arrived, they knew who I was and why I was there bc I'm a repeat customer. They told me to stay in the car as they change the oil. It was quick and friendly service as usual. All the workers wore masks and gloves for health and safety. I was really impressed with my experience here and will go here from now on. Very professional; they also checked my water, tires and windshield wipers. I needed to replace a filter and got it for way less than my dealer would have charged. In fact I liked them so much I took my other car there the next day for an oil change and little "check up" before hitting the road for a five-hour drive. I went here for an oil change after my car acted a little weird this morning. They told me they could not change my oil because the threads in the oil cap were compromised, and if they damaged it when removing the car, it would be their responsibility. The woman recommended I take it to a nearby jiffy lube location that had a mechanic on site in case it needed repair. That shop didn't have a mechanic today but agreed to check it again at my request. they were able to remove the cap no problem (?) but discovered there was no oil left (!). They did the oil change without incident, and stressed how disastrous it would have been to drive home with no oil. read more

Thank you Jiffy Lube for rolling with the times... sadly, the times I'm referring to are the COVID times... ...By adjusting their service model to 'stay in the car while we change your oil' it's nice to know you can still take care of this important responsibility responsibly! The only negative with the new system though is not having your car's interior vacuumed. I've seemed to luck into a yelp check-in discount each time I've visited, so make sure to check before actually paying the check. Money saving tip: check your car's owner's manual to see if you really need the more expensive synthetic oil. My synthetic oil change even with the discount was around $80. read more
