Took my boyfriend's car for an oil change, waited about 30 minutes for the car to be looked at. Was asked if I wanted a tire rotation, for an additional $35, I agreed. Then I was asked if I wanted to change the air filter because it was really dirty they showed it to me with a giant leaf on it for $39 I said no thank you because I can get it for less and didn't have the time to wait for them to get the part and they put it back with the leaf which seemed a little petty. I used a Groupon for a $40 discount on the fully synthetic change. A little constructive criticism, they could prioritize the client and service a bit more, felt like I was waiting around a lot while they were socializing, but maybe that was just an isolated incident and my impression. Coincidentally had a massive oil leak a few weeks after I got my oils change here. Frustrated I took it back assuming either they didn't put the plug back in correctly or there was issue with the filter. By the time I had returned my oil level was at a minimum. Long story short, I was able to see where the oil I "not" leaking from (plug & filter) and at this point I knew it was just coincidence that I spring a significant oil leak after I had my oil changed. Not only did Joey and Ramiro assure me of their work but with the utmost professionalism handled the entire process with class. Knowing I was low on oil they even topped me off until I got to a shop. I personally never dare to take my cars here because Jiffy Lube has a well deserved, A-1 trash reputation locally. It was reinforced when my girlfriend took her car the other day. We pulled up and asked for an oil change, nothing more. They did not give us a cost breakdown, estimate or anything - even though required by law. They showed up a little while afterwards and charged us over $500! Now why was it over $500 for an oil change? Well, because they took it upon themselves to charge us for changing the radiator and transmission fluid too, neither of which was asked for or ever mentioned to us prior to them swiping the credit card. Luckily we noticed the flagrant charges and called them out. The manager came out playing (maybe not playing) dumb when we said we were not going to pay for services we never asked for. He even tried to convince us to be okay with the excessive charges for services that we never asked for. Finally they returned the funds and solely charged us for the oil change. Funniest part was how once we called out all the flagrant charges, every employee ran inside so we wouldn't see anyone. Plus, they made it a point to not help guide us out of their garage after they had spent the past hour before helping other customers, but I guess they don't want to help those who call them out on their unethical business practices. In all honesty, there is a Goodyear nearby that always delivers good service true to their word, which is why I've been going to them for years! So save your time, money, and faith in humanity, and don't even bother with this Jiffy Lube. read more

I have always frequented this location as it is near my job. What I love about coming here rather then getting oil changes at the dealership is the speed and convenience of their services. I am usually able to get an oil change done on my lunch break!! Sometimes it is busy, sometimes not. Staff is always courteous and professional. Prices are consistent, and they sign you up to receive coupons in the mail and via email. Horrible experience. 0 stars if possible. This was the last time I would ever consider any jiffy lube. My car had an oil change at this location. A week later the oil light came on. Took the car to the Jiffy Lube in Miami lakes on the way up to a bridal shower. They said the car needed more oil. Added and it started smoking. 2 hours later they told me I would need to bring it back to this location, and that day. Missed the bridal shower and was very angry when I showed up to have the manager tell me I had to wait and that the Miami lakes location could have taken care of the issue but didn't want to. The manager at this location refused to speak to the manager of the Miami lakes location when he was calling. Very unprofessional service and a waste of 5 hours of my day. Will never return to any jiffy lube. Highly recommended you go somewhere else. Also charged $180 for an oil change and tire rotation, which was ultimately refunded. February 2019 update: I have since spoken with the VP of sales and training about this experience. He extended sincere apologies and sent a gift card. I'm not necessarily saying they did something wrong but... I took my car here because the maintenance department at my dealer was packed and I didn't have time to wait. For one, I had to repeat that I wanted the package I wanted for my car more than a couple of times. Next, after waiting in the break room where the coffee had no sugar, I get called back and told that my car needed a new air filter, coolant and a fuel system cleaning. Funny thing is when I stated that it's a relatively new car that's otherwise running smoothly, it was then fine. Here's hoping they put the filter back in the car. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Pinecrest a couple of months ago for an oil change and tire rotation. They did fine on the oil change (note coupons do not cover the full amount of oil and you get charged extra) but they had no one to rotate the tires, meaning another trip in the future. Today I went back for the tire rotation. I was told it would be quick, about fifteen minutes. An hour later they still had not started. Inexplicably, it seemed that they were finishing cars that came in after I did, before mine was even started. Once done, I asked if he had checked the air pressure in the tires? I knew he was lying to me when he said he did and my dash computer confirmed all the tires were at 27/28 psi when they should have been at 35 psi. I asked another employee to check the air. He told me "they were really low". I do not usually write reviews but Jiffy Lube customers should not be lied to and the low pressure wears the tires and may even be dangerous. My grandmother has used this location in the past for her oil changes and has never had an issue. So I took my car in this morning to have an oil change done and to check out one of my tires. I was pleased and satisfied with the professionalism and customer service I received by Ramiro and Noel. Ramiro went out of his way and checked my tire, told me to return tomorrow so the mechanic could have a better look and tell me exactly what was wrong. It was a quick and painless process. Although, I do not think I have ever paid this much for an oil change in the past. I was asked what oil I preferred, my coupon was honored and my handwriting was complemented. The first time I went here I had a great experience. The whole oil change was so fast, windows were clear, the inside of my car was so clean and they rolled out the red carpet for me at the end that kept me smiling the whole way home. But I just went for my 2nd time today and was very disappointed. They kept me waiting for over an hour for a simple oil change. The two ladies before me got in and out in 20 mins and then I was the only other customer in the waiting room. I kept looking at my car and NO ONE was working on it. They were all out by the food truck eating... Whatever, that's fine, but I was so sad when they finally told me my car was ready and my windows did not get wiped, my car did not get vacuumed and I sure didn't get the red carpet.... Lol. What a great experience. This was the first time I was back to Jiffy Lube for a long time since my dealership handled all maintenance oil changes etc for many years. I pulled up today and it was one of the few excellent experiences since the whole covid 19 debacle. The two men that helped me were friendly , courteous and couldn't have given better service. Truly a very pleasant experience. Oil and filter change and a couple other things like brake pads and another type of filter. Gave me a break on the total price. I was in and out of there in less than about 20-25 minutes. I got to sit in my car withe the use of their portable aircondtioners inserted into my car window. Highly recommend. read more

I should of read the reviews, but I wanted to see for myself if they were all true. I bought a Groupon for the Signature service full Synthetic Oil change. I have a personal friend that does all my work on my vehicle which he did all the radiator, and break flushing and changed, checked for any leaks which I also just had my transmission replaced bc it was slipping a bit but it also has over 150k miles. I brought it here and to my surprise every thing I read was True!!! The told me my car was all messed up and needed to flush everything: breaks, Radiator, air filter (by the way was clean) and that I had Major transmission leak. Till this day I have not seen a puddle. So they are So full of S--t!! Also my service is supposed to include topping off all fluids, air in the tires, no vacuuming the inside or clean the inside of my windows which none were done. SO WHAT DID I PAY FOR TO SIT HERE IN MY CAR AND HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BOSS AND TELL ME HOW F-ED UP MY CAR WAS!!!!!! Beware of this and I think all Jiffy Lubes. I think I'm going undercover to all of them to see what they have to say! Never going back don't need to negative report!!! Normally I change my own oil. It just makes me feel better knowing exactly what is going on with my truck. I was getting ready for a trip to Disney, and didn't have time; so I took my dad's truck (we were borrowing it for the weekend) to Jiffy Lube. NEVER again! They came to me and told me that the transmission fluid needed to be changed. I assumed that meant they checked it, like they claim they do. No, they looked in the records and saw they never changed it, so they just guessed and charged me $80 for something I found out didn't need to be done later. After I talked to dad and checked about the transmission fluid, I checked everything else they claim they do with every oil fill. They didn't check the tires,differential fluid, power steering fluid, battery water, or grease any of the fixings. These were the exact reason I decided to take it to them in hopes of saving time. So if you just want your oil changed, they did that just fine; but if you want what you paid for, don't go to them. read more

Later another tech told her it took seven, This was confirmed through a computer scan. I watched the employee work on it, he bent a brace out of shape to get the filters out, and I watch him put the filter in that was an inch short in the cartridge while reinstalling it. Zero stars! If I had the money to take Jiffy Lube to court, I would. Took my pathfinder in for an oil change. The mechanic said I need a new air-filter and much more. (I normally do my service elsewhere, but since was running late on oil-change had gone there, and stated no thank you... As I would return to usual mechanic for other). Funny thing, guy kept repeating we never have you do things not needed or damage vehicle just to get you to need more service. Next day, car was smoking, took back to them. They said someone worked on car recently so they wouldn't touch it, I stated they were only ones... Long story short: called manager, corporate, cops, requested video from day of oil change, and was constantly given run around or no response! They had made a heater bypass on my car and had not changed the oil. Ultimately, my car broke down and mechanic I trust suggested I sell because the damage required me to rebuild engine , and I could not afford it. read more

I asked for a regular oil change. They brought me the oil cap and showed me the "SAE 0-30" on the cap. They told me the "S" in "SAE" stood for "synthetic" and I needed to upgrade to synthetic oil. I agreed. It was supposed to add $20 to the cost. When it came time to pay, they told me they did a "Signature Synthetic Oil" that was actually $60 more. When I got home, I looked it up on the internet and the "SAE" actually stands for "Society of Automotive Engineers" and the car does not need synthetic oil. They are lying to consumers and should be put out of business. It bothers me that they are probably doing this to people all day long, robbing people. read more

Service was very weak today. Waited at least 10 mins in the car before being greeted by someone deff should be long past retired. Person greeting should be bilingual and should not leave doors cracked open in the rain. I usually receive good service here but not today. Waiting room was full of people who had been waiting unusually extended periods of time. Helps when employees are not all glued to their cell phones. Took my vehicle in for an oil change today; was greeted by a very nice, cordial and courteous young lady (Sarah). As she explained the price of the oil change for my particular vehicle, she inquired if I desired to have the tires rotated. Upon inquiring the price I politely declined; she then showed me the way to the waiting room. In less than 1 minute she was standing outside the door of the waiting room used by employees, telling her co- workers something to the effect, 'this guy didn't want to have his tires rotated because it was too much money', and continued with other nonsensical statements. To say I was surprised at her comments would be an understatement! The gentleman who had been working behind the counter quickly made his way to the door and told her, 'I hope you know the customer you're talking about is right here and he can hear everything you're saying'! Upon completion of the work she came to collect her money and give me my receipt; I explained to her that the only reason she has a job is because of people like me, a customer, who keeps her employed by the services WE CHOOSE to receive while in Jiffy Lubes establishment. She did not apologize for her disrespectful behavior but continued on with her duties in collecting her fees. This is not the first time at this particular Jiffy Lube as I have been a customer in the past with other vehicles I've owned. The reviews looked scary but I've had such great experiences at jiffy lube over the years that I decided to trust my experience over the reviews and it really paid off. Mike was amazing! They had me out of there in 20 mins (there was no one waiting when I first pulled up) Gave me a great price for an oil change and changing my filter, honored my $24 off coupon and gave me really awesome service.
