Took it in to a mechanic and learned the oil plug was loose and the oil filter was misaligned. My car had leaked 1.5 quarts of oil in less than 2 months. I would expect something as routine as an oil change to be completed without errors. Unfortunately I would not trust them with any further vehicle care. **Update in response to comment** There were signs of fluid leak early -- I have a drain in garage but also thought it was A/C condensation mixed with garage dirt and never investigated further until another person pointed it out to me. The dealership fixed the issue free of charge and I believe their assessment was valid. I do understand mistakes happen but this is my honest review -- I don't typically write reviews but will admit I was frustrated with the time wasted.

When one tech would complete a task he/she would announce it and other techs would say "Heard That". They were working together as a TEAM! Respecting one another in the work place and just doing their job but at the same time not forgetting about the customer. The assistant manager was so kind and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable enough to ask questions and educate myself. He was very patient and understanding. The Store manager even came over explained my receipt and a detailed print out of what services were done. The best part is I was already under the impression I was gonna pay a goo amount of money for my oil change being that I am a mom of 4, wife and I doordash. When payment came around Jay asked me if I had any coupons and typically I do and could pull it up on my phone. But I left my phone at home too by accident (which is very rare). But Jay asked me if I was a Uber driver or DoorDash with excitement I said "DoorDash". He gave me a 15% discount. I did not expect that and without further questions or proof he honored it. I took my car there for a tire change and alignment, the tires came out good and the service was…read moredecent. However, the alignment was not done the greatest. Fast forward 4 months I came in with a flat tire to get repaired. Long story short they ended up losing my tire and sent my mom all over town on a wild goose chase. In the end, they found my tire sitting in their shop. Now fast forward 6 months I ended up getting a nail in my rear tire. I also noticed that the front right tire was already getting bald. So I took the whole car in and asked them to repair the tire with a nail in it and also to rotate the tires, and check the alignment. The lady said okay and I asked how much for the rotation which she then said its free. So after the tire was repaired I went to get it and noticed the tires were never rotated. Rather than going back in I decided to do the rotation on my own as it is not very difficult. Unfortunately, it was because the lugnuts on one of the tires were on there so tight an impact drill could not get it off so I used a breaker bar and a lead pipe. I was not able to get it. fast forward 3 months, The tire is bald on the outside meaning the alignment was never done. So I took the tire into the shop and asked for them to fix it. The guy there told me the warranty would not cover it because it was an alignment issue. I told him they had aligned it but he then told me it needs to be aligned twice a year. So on 11/05/22 the tires were installed and aligned then on 9/01/23 they were supposed to be aligned and rotated but weren't. I then gave him the tire and he gave me the quote and told me there would be a new tire on there when I came back later. I then went home and my mom called and explained to them how I should have had the tires aligned on 11/05/22 and aligned and rotated on 9/02/23. The lady then tries to say that I never asked her to do any of that back on 9/02/23. She told my mom that she was not there and basically called me a liar. My mom then asks her for her name and she then hangs up. Later that day my mom went back in to pick up the tire they were supposed to repair and nothing had been done to it. The guy told her he did not know if I wanted the tire to be changed or just inspected which makes no sense, I told him it needed to be changed. He also told me he would change it.
