The fellas are great and helpful, they've always been good for helping me out with filling up my tires quick and changing out wipers. they also give me honest opinions when I have some questions regarding caring for my car. Visit 2 (3+ months later): Me: "Hi I'd like an oil change and tire rotation. Them: "Sorry, our lift is broken so we can't do the tire rotation." Me: "Wow. Still huh? Any plans on fixing it?" Visit 3 (another 3+ months later): Me: "Hi I'd like an oil change and tire rotation." Them: "Sorry we can't do a tire rotation." Me: "Your lift is STILL broken?!" The absolute worst employees. When I arrived for an oil change, I witnessed a customer being berated by staff. At first, I didn't pass judgement on the situation as I didn't have any context as to what happened before I arrived. That was until the employee suddenly began yelling at me. I turned around and left before they could start my oil change. Never again will I be going there. read more

I have stopped in here twice now for an oil change. Very quick in-and-out if they're not busy, but it can be a bit of a wait if there's a few people in front of you (that said, most places can't even take you immediately, so still worth it!). Staff is always nice and explains things to you without being super pushy and acting like they're just trying to sell you more stuff. Free coffee, too! I recently stopped in for an oil change and was having some other issues with my car, and they took a look under my car to try and see what was going on. I can't recall his name, but the guy who was checking it out had me come out to tell me the two glaring things that he saw right away that needed to be fixed. Then they wrote it down on my checkout receipt so I could take it in to the service center. Wasn't stuff they were capable of fixing at Jiffy Lube, but was so nice to be given a heads up on what was wrong! I was the only customer there at the time and got in and out SUPER quickly! I've been overdue on an oil change for a while now, and where I usually go was booked for the holiday weekend so I decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did. They got to me within 15 minutes, and we're so professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. I'd never been there before so they guided me through the process, checked my tires and my fluids, and gave me recommendations for oils and places to get my cars slightly inconvenient problems fixed. The general manager Bradley takes pride in guests comfort and the other gentlemen worked fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service, fair prices, and great people. read more

I usually don't like to write negative reviews because I realize that there may be a lot on the line for the business being reviewed and its employees. But, in this case, I felt compelled to write a review. The service was fine and prompt (there were no other customers there when I pulled up at noon on a Friday... that should have been a clue to me). But, my goodness, the price was outrageous! I have a small truck and I always use Pennzoil full synthetic. At home I can pay about $35 to do it myself. My wife pays about $49 to get a full synthetic oil change at Zimbrick Chevrolet. The price at Jiffy Lube on Eagan Rd?: $106.00!!! The problem here is that they already drain the oil and start working on other things BEFORE they tell you about the price. So it is virtually impossible to walk away. After reading the other reviews, I can only hope that the quality of the service is good. I will definitely keep an eye on it. I am never coming back here again. read more

If I could do 0 stars that would be my rating. I had a synthetic oil change on my 2016 F150 back on January 4th. It was not inexpensive-$107.00 after a $15 coupon. When I got home I put the truck in the garage. Later that afternoon I camp out and saw oil on the floor under the truck. I was concerned so I took the vehicle back and drove in to the oil change station. I explained what I had seen and was told that it was just a little oil left in the pan under the oil filter. No one raised the hood to take a look. When I got home I again parked the vehicle in the garage. A couple of hours later there was a fresh spot of oil on the garage floor. This time I raised the hood(should have done it the first time) and saw oil spilled over the engine. I always thought the oil was supposed to go IN the engine not ON the engine. There was oil splashed over everything near the filler tube as well as a puddle around the filler opening. At this time I just got a couple of rags and cleaned it up myself. I was leaving the next day and did not have time to take it back for the third time to show them the kind of job they did. When I got a email from Jiffy Lube asking for feedback I let them know in no uncertain terms what a lousy unprofessional job was done. I figured I would give them a chance to respond. I haven't heard anything from them to date, over three weeks. Hence this review on yelp. Don't go to Jiffy Lube at this location!!! read more

They offered me some up-sells but I politely declined. No hard sell. I requested to opt out of the dexos oil and go a basic oil change with a coupon. Don't waste your money on anything other than the value oil change if you go here. Everything else just pumps up their profit margin. I wanted to drop my car and go to Princeton Club while they changed my oil. Seemed efficient. Wrong. I stood and waited 30 minutes to get checked in Then while driving back to work I noticed they had the wrong model vehicle which meant I got too much oil. Too much oil means too much pressure and will destroy the engine seals which is thousands of $ to repair. Fortunately I checked my engine oil and returned to have them correct the level. read more

I was hoping for a better experience than this place. On arrival, the staff showed little to no customer care, I ended up waiting in my car for 15 minutes after a gentleman told me I was next. The doors to the waiting room were locked, even though the business was open? The waiting room was in poor shape, there is one poster behind the desk that showed "oil services" however you don't get to chose. The staff seemed rude or stressed but there was only one other person there at the time. I asked for a basic oil change, the lowest tier but the person lied and said "I needed high mileage." Afterwards two different guys attempted to upsell me on an air filter that was not even close to dirty, the reason: "there's rust and stuff in your car." Umm..yes..cars do get rusty..also, it was replaced two months ago, nice try. Overall, there needs to be a management shift, moral change, better customer service, less lying(it was beyond obvious, because I was a women.) and better signage for pricing. I do not care for those who take advantage of others. This place needs a serious management overhaul, until then avoid it. They were competent to change oil...Good luck, you'll need it and stop upselling. read more

I came here for an oil change on my way home to Michigan from UW- Eau Claire. What I thought would be a standard oil change turned out to be a damaged part that was causing every bit of oil to leak out of my car. They told me my car was severely damaged and they weren't equipped to fix it there. But instead of turning me away as they were technically supposed to, they cleaned it up, filled my car with oil, helped me find an auto repair shop near by that could help me, gave me 4 jugs worth of oil to keep with me, and didn't charge me a dime. I ended up staying the night in Madison and they even offered to give me a ride to my hotel. The whole time they were unbelievably kind. Highly recommended!!! I usually come here to get my oil change and tires rotated. Today after shelling out $150, the techs forgot to attach the heat shield/skid plate underneath the car. Got caught with a banging sound as I'm driving. Called them up, they told me I was good to drive it back to their location and they'd put it on. After looking decidedly pissed at their screw up, they corrected their mistake in 5 minutes and then voided the $150 charge altogether. I give them 5 stars since they saw they goofed up, were humble enough to fix it, and gave me back my $150. read more

They are very shady. They won't tell you the price until they start working on your car. I bring my own Lucas Oil Stabilizer and want them to fill 3 quarter their oil and one quarter mine. They just filled 2.4 there's and told me they cannot fill the 3 because of their system won't allow them. Bunch of bull shit. They also try to ripped me off by telling me that my cabin filter need to be change and they will charge 50 buck. I completely denied that offer thanks to New York, I learned in NY how to deal with these shady people. You can buy your cabin filter for top $25 from auto-zone and it will take you 2 mint to change. If you ask my recommendation please do not go there. For my old Honda Civic Oil change cost me 45 buck for just 2.4 litter oil. read more

I pulled in to service entrance, and asked how service person was doing. Answer: "Not good." I shared I had a coupon for $15 off and wanted oil change. I also asked to have fuel filter changed. Service person made over $700 of recommendations, and I took three. But then they forgot to change 2 bulbs, fuel filter and air filter. I reminded him. Brought up my $15 coupon, Tim said "Now you tell me". I reminded him I first said it when I pulled in. he changed the subject to more recommendations on unneeded items, went back to change 2 bulbs. Fuel and air filters not changed, not charged. Lost in the shuffle. Time to pay, mentioned coupon again, sales person showed me dirty differential cap, said he would give one free if I paid for two. I said no, and he left to put cap back in. I did pay Jiffy Lube $4.99 for top off of radiator fluid, but one hour later added a full gallon of coolant to radiator myself. It was predatory. I felt uncomfortable. It was too expensive. I paid over $110 for very little. They never did take my coupon. I went straight to Autozone and bought an air filter, fuel filter, new radiator cap, wipers and radiator fluid. Did everything myself, only after waiting more than 30 minutes at their shop. Will go to super lube, valvoline or any other place from now on. End note: They emailed me a request to give feedback, and I wrote this review. Manager called me and said I didn't ask the correct way when using the coupon. read more

I almost didn't come here after reading all the 1 star reviews. Holy crap people are stupid. They don't start "working on your car" before telling you the prices. They tell you upfront the base price, and then simply do a checkup and call you for any additional work you want done. Sure they make recommendations that might be a cost a little more, but they're not tying you to a chair and forcing you to do them. They're a business, they'd be stupid not to do that.
