Talked to the service manager Brock about…read morethis last month (6/21/23) after the fact of having purchased the vehicle almost a month ago and filing a complaint with the BBB. He said there would be no charge for the repair. I understand that some parts are hard to get. But, for a vehicle that's not even 5 years old. I would be a little more understanding if it was for the '97 expedition I sold. Had an appointment yesterday (7/3/2023) at 1pm. I sat there until at least 7pm. Had only contact with one person from the shop at about 3pm about what was going on with the repair. Nothing until at least 5 or 6pm. When I walked into the service area and inquired about my vehicle. It was sitting in the back. He brought it up the service bay and I was ready to leave when I noticed that the headlight assembly was loose. It had not even been put back together. So he took it back into the service bay area and put it back together. Now, I still have to wait for them to order the "right" part again. I'm hoping that Brock is still going to stand behind the no charge for repair.

After my credit was pulled, the dealership communicated that: * 0% APR and the $3,000 customer cash rebate couldn't be combined (true per Mitsubishi rules), * Additional dealer add-ons (CermaPlate warranty, service fees, etc.) were mandatory and not previously disclosed, * The actual monthly payment jumped significantly once fees and add-ons were included. At no point before the credit pull was the distinction between rebate vs APR clarified, nor were add-ons fully disclosed. This led to a much higher payment than the number shown online and was only explained after the financing check. The salesperson became defensive and unprofessional when challenged on these discrepancies. Be aware that the online pricing may not reflect all restrictions and fees, and confirm all terms before submitting a credit request.

They eventually came through for me and did what it took to resolve the problem (fixed the issue). This company will definitely look out for their own interests, before yours, so you need be careful on price and warranty concerns. I would say its better to deal with them than a private individual however one should take the same precautions as if it were a private owner sale. That is, have the vehicle inspected as a condition of the sale. Make sure that you get at least a 2 month warranty that covers everything, or be prepared to walk out the door. Also, when haggling on price, make sure that you are negotiating on "out the door" price and beware that they will include a miscellaneous show room charge into the final deal. I know that when I questioned the extra fee, they acted like it was in the fine print somewhere and I should have known that. Also, be aware to double check any facts and request evidence of everything that you are told about the car. I don't believe that they will necessarily try to rip you off. I think they intend to follow the letter of the law, when making a sale and no more. For example, I was given a verbal promise to fix something that was not in the warranty. That promise was not kept in the end, however they did fix a serious problem that was covered by the warranty. I let the issue go because of the diligence in fixing the serious problem. I'm mostly ok with the sale and would buy from them again, but would go into the next deal with more care. There's a lot of good people that work for the company and one should understand the risk of selling used performance vehicles. They need to make a buck too. I did not find them to be snobby, like some complained. It's not 4.8 stars of quality though. I think we all know how companies get these scores on the internet. That said, I would give them 5 stars if they would have been a more customer focused and communicated more effectively.

Why 3 stars you ask? Well, pricing. Because some of the cars are harder to find on lots, they fell that they can charge a premium for the product. Premium meaning above NADA book value. They tell you that they can do this because you can't find this particular in the area. That's true, you usually can't, but to me, that's a turn off. It almost feels like they are taking advantage of the situation to get as much cash out of you as they can. If your looking for a more unique, sportier, muscle type car, this place is worth checking out. Everyone is friendly with very little pressure. Go in their armed. Find another similar car...price it, then visit them.

A previous fix by someone else had broken a drain plug on my back end so K&J welded a bolt onto the broken piece, replaced the rounded off bolts, and replaced just the leaking panel. They are never defeated and are into saving the customer money with an effective cheap fix.

My brother was looking for a work truck and I noticed a bunch in their lot. We scoped out the website first and found a few options that fit his specs and budget, so I was the "scout" that got to run over there and see things first-hand. Dave was super friendly - he gave me the straight-scoop on what he had, where they came from, and options (some had undercoating sprayed on them, etc). The trucks were in great shape - brought in from Arizona, and you could tell. Not a spot of rust anywhere. Clean as a whistle. The time came for my brother come see them in person and it didn't take long. We dealt with Jacob - also super friendly - and after a quick test drive, it was a done deal. About 20 minutes of paperwork and you're out. I'm impressed. That's the most I've ever trusted a car dealer, and I appreciated their honesty. Pricing there is pretty firm - they price to sell and aim for volume sales. You can try to dicker - we didn't, mostly because the truck was already nicely priced. I struck out trying to get Jacob to throw in their Corvette as a "finder's fee". Ah well. :) Next time I'm in need of a vehicle, I'll certainly check them out. I'd recommend others do the same!

After thinking it over for several days, I went to test drive it and bought it right away. Dave was super helpful, friendly, and up front about everything. Had my bank account allowed it I would have left with a Jeep as well ;)
