I was making a cross country move, at about 1100 miles into this 500 mile trip my transmission began to fail around 75 miles from Madison,WI, I called Zimbrick Nissan on High Crossing Blvd. I arrived at the extremely busy service department around noon and was kindly greeted by Quinton, he was very friendly and professional, and managed to get my Juke looked at quickly. My transmission needed to be replaced, they arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car. When the work was completed I flew back Madison on a Thursday, they provided a Lyft pick up at the airport. 25 miles from the dealership my car began to act up again, returned to Zimbrick and they immediately began extensive testing on the vehicle. I was in Madison at the dealership Thursday afternoon, and most of the day Friday. During this time I was provided with a Nissan Kick to drive, and Quinton, Cody and Dave the Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also covered the cost of my hotel! I was so impressed with the integrity, treatment and kindness that was shown to me, as well as observing the courtesy shown to the other customers by Neal, Cody and Quinton, I decided to trade my Juke in and purchased a 2026 Rogue. Dave introduced me to their salesmanBrook Green, who helped me decide on the best Rogue package and financing for me. Trevor handled the financing, all where extremely helpful, and did everything possible to get me the lowest pricing they could. I was able to drive home Saturday morning in a beautiful Nissan Rogue, thankful for the folks at Zimbrick and their efforts to make an unfortunate situation a lot easier to bear. We were out of town and had to make an appointment as I hit my mileage for our first oil change. I had completely forgotten about purchasing an oil change package and they found it for me, used the better oil - synthetic and washed the car for us! Everyone was very friendly and our car was in and out before we could decide on lunch. We didn't buy our vehicle from this location, but they treated us very well. read more

Purchased a SUV from Zimbrick one year ago and felt VERY pressured by the salesman. I told the finance guy before signing the papers that I didn't want the car in which he responded "it's fine, I mean I don't even own a Nissan but I'm sure you will think it's fine". After picking up the car they made me do a video interview "to show the owner people are happy" where they told me exactly what to say. The next day I called and said I'm very unhappy is there anything we can do and was told too late. I was hoping to upgrade to an Armada but no such luck. Now, one year later, I'm still unhappy and stuck with a lease for two more years. Thankfully Toyota DID offer to help, saying they would buy my lease out when I have one year left. Today I came into Zimbrick for scheduled service and disappointed to see the waiting room (which is comparable to a Walmart auto shop waiting room) had ZERO hand sanitizer available. Zimbrick really needs to up their game to keep up with their competitors. read more

At least 14 calls were made by me to Teegan and a couple to Brian and sales manager within a 3 day time span. Plus I even called my bank to verify if funds dispersed to dealership. Told by sales and teegan that car will be ready for pickup..including detailed and gas tank filled..it was not..manager offered his business card and we can send gas receipt to get reimbursement...nice gesture but yet again I'm having to make an effort on something that should have been taken care of! If I wouldn't have called Friday to schedule pickup..would anyone have called??!! When your dealership had the funds in your bank account..one would think this is a priority of the day to get the car to the new owners and the car off your lot. And the fact the dealership had the funding at that point..seems very unprofessional and/or disorganized to say the least. Let's also mention the fact the papers had 7/25 on everything..when we were signing on 7/26?! And the mileage was off 2000 miles off vs what is on the paper vs actually reading on odometer. The whole process of this transaction is horrible.  The amount of calls I had to make to get teegan to get things going everyday was despicable to say the least. He basically had 1 job and that was to fill out the dealership fund request and submit..so we could pick up the car!  The fact that we did all the financing part on our end, no trade in ...one would think his part of the job was fairly easy..to check off a couple boxes..so then in turn your dealership could recieve the funds..which I think you would want immediately..since it's basically money on the table and you can get a car off your lot.  But maybe that is not the way you run your dealership. my new to me car had to get a new transmission. Andy, Dave, and Jake were extremely helpful as a team getting it all figured out for me. I have a breathalyzer in my car and it made things much much harder. And we figured out with their help that the warranty cover the transmission. My car broke down while driving from Illinois to Minnesota. Luckily it happened in Madison. Dave and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my car while we finished our trip. We were driving back through on a weekend and were able to pay online so we could pick the car up even when they were closed. They provided us transportation to the rental car facility. Prices were reasonable. Very thankful they worked my car into their busy schedule and went out of their way to help us during a frustrating situation. Highly recommended. read more

Long overdue review of my go-to dealer. I bought my Rogue in 2012 from Zimbrick East. Good experience and it's been a solid, reliable SUV. But it's the service center that impresses me the most. I've had nearly every service performed at the dealer, from simple lube/oil/filters to new tires to the more complicated inspections at various mileage landmarks. The service consultants (sorry...names escape me) are always courteous and go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. When appropriate, they offer a loaner or, if I'm waiting in the comfortable lounge, the work is performed quickly. They've even gone out their way to save me a few bucks over the years by negotiating with me on a couple of repair orders. Their prices are probably typical for a dealer, but the level of service makes it a fair deal for me. I don't see another vehicle purchase in my near future, but you can be darn sure that Nissan...specifically Zimbrick Nissan will be at the top of my shopping list. read more

The service was cheaper than expected and didn't actually take that long. But they called the wrong number to let us know the car was ready so it sat over a 3 day weekend which kinda sucked. Make sure they have your phone number correct if you don't plan on waiting there. Otherwise I recommend their service center over any other Nissan dealership. read more

These people were really mean. In my opinion they lied, they were rude, stole from me, and then after nissan corporate told them to fix my car, they refused to do the work. They will also block you on social media if you try and tell the truth. I would rather spend a week in a sauna with 10 large men with diarrhea than ever go to them again. read more

I have had multiple experiences with the Zimbrick Nissan Service Department. Due to an ongoing problem with my truck, I was forced to take it in for warranty service that resulted in several trips (not to the fault of Zimbrick). Each time, I was promptly driven to work by their shuttle or provided a loaner and dealt with in a professional manner by all staff (including the service manager). Upon returning, my vehicle was always washed and often times waiting for me in the service garage so I would not have to walk out into the lot. I would highly recommend Zimbrick for both their service department and their overall customer service as it relates to vehicle repairs. read more

Maybe I've got a weird Nissan but I'm 0-2 on them actually having the parts needed, one's probably a little out there (a gas pedal cable thing) but the other is a thermostat. Kind of seems like if you're going to bother having a parts department at all then that should probably be in there. The diagnostic fees are a little ridiculous too and they won't warranty the thermostat without gouging me on the diagnosis (like a third the price of the repair). read more

I just came back from the dealer Zimbrick Nissan Eastside and very dissatisfied with the mistreatment by the 2 sales representatives who questioned my intention to purchase a 2015 Lexus IS250 and obviously didn't think I had the funds to buy it. This has been the 3rd time this week that I've been there so of course I was very serious about purchasing the vehicle. The first night, I didn't get to test drive it because i forgot my wallet with my license so I rode in the car with my wife and 2 children. The second night I went back again and they were already closed so tonight I was ready to purchase it but they refused to let me test drive the vehicle by myself without a sales rep in the car with me. They also scolded me that my family could not ride in the car with me this time and before they would even let me test drive it, they only wanted to talk "numbers" first. Granted, it was 30 mins before closing and storming heavily, I understand perhaps they were in a rush to close and head home but they certainly lost a sale from me by the way they treated me. I would not have been there in the storm with my family waiting outside if I was not serious about purchasing the vehicle. The 2 sales rep went in circles about allowing me to even test drive it as if I was going to steal the vehicle. I was ready to buy it and told them numerous times! I just wanted to test drive it alone. We as buyers have rights too and should be allowed to test drive a vehicle without a sales rep breathing down our neck or pressuring us for a sale. What kind of sales rep states that we should fill out paperwork to see if I'm even qualified first? I had a bank pre-approval and cash in hand, just wanted to test drive it first but I will never ever step foot back into into that lot again because their discrimination. read more

Bought my car here but had a very strange experience. I really researched the value of the vehicle I came in to purchase, so I knew a fair deal. The salesman made up a sob story about how they over paid for the car and would be losing money if they gave me any kind of discount. He was so upset during the negotiation (before he had even taken any money off) that he angrily threw his pen across his desk and walked away to talk to the sales manager. My husband was shocked. I don't feel like this is normal behavior and I'm assuming that because I'm a woman he thought he could get away with his sob story. This would have been a very easy sale for anyone, no financing work necessary, and we walked in ready to buy that specific car. We walked out before he got back to his desk and later called the sales manager directly. He gave me the price I wanted and asked that we tell two people about the ' good experience ' we had. Well I did that, but now I'm also sharing my experience here because I don't want anyone else to deal with that kind of behavior. When I went in to purchase the car I received an apology (not from the offender). A new guy helped me out because I asked that the original salesman not receive credit. They buffed up the car nice for delivery, taught me all of the controls, helped me sync my phone, and even took a photo of me with a red bow on my new car. So, with some patience, it ended well! They have a wonderful service center and the crew there is friendly and efficient! read more

ZIMBRICK NISSAN=DECEPTIVE MISLEADING UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES Clay Luttrell, Sales Manager at Zimbrick Nissan, deceptively misled my wife and I to lure us in the showroom. We were offered $13,000 trade for our 2011 car in pristine shape with less than 6,000 miles and a new sticker price of almost $40,000. This was after Mr. Luttrell stated by email that our car was worth $20-$25,000 give or take $1,000!. Mr Luttrell also indicated he would treat us more than fair on the trade-in and his actual treatment of us was unconscionable|. He stated he will do his best to make a deal work for us and did not even appraise our car. It was a horrible waste of time and we don't appreciate being blatantly manipulated or his hostile attitude to a strong prospect that purchased a new Maxima from a much better local dealer immediately after leaving the Zimbrick store. We will tell everyone possible to avoid Zimbrick Nissan like the plague". Sleazy misrepresentations like that above tarnishes the reputation of an outstanding product like Nissan. I am being honest, these guys are great. I was in town for a wedding and my transmission went out. They treated me like a real person unlike a lot of other dealers. I had coolant flush done for my minivan. I asked if they do inspection along with coolant flush, he said as part of coolant flush they do basic inspection. I don't think they did any inspection. After the work is done passenger side power window would not roll down. Service advisor Kyle Dodge told me they did not do anything that must have made it not work. He charged $100+ to diagnose it and said it is not their fault. It would cost $500+ to fix it. Rip off alert. I will never take my vehicle to this place again. read more

Very positive experience with Zimbrick Nissan on High Crossing Blvd. I recently sailed my KIA into a tree farm on an icy morning. Not prepared, or in any mood to purchase another vehicle and resume monthly car payments, I eventually relented and did my homework, researching the vast market of SUV's. I settled on the Nissan Murano and decided upon a 2011 certified pre-owned that they had in inventory. Keith Cone was our salesman throughout the entire process and I cannot give him enough positive feedback. He turned what started out as a scary, unpleasant event into a wonderful experience. I basically only know how to get gas and turn on a radio. Keith took his time in explaining and thoroughly answering questions about the vehicles I was comparing and considering. He is approachable, relatable, knowledgeable, patient, and I could tell he was genuinely sympathetic to the situation. He goes above and beyond, offering to come in on his day off if needed. At no time did I feel rushed or pushed. I could also tell that he was not going to let me drive off in a vehicle that was not an appropriate fit for my needs. (I drive over 100-miles daily on crappy country roads). The entire team at Zimbrick were professional and courteous. The paper signing at the end is usually a long, drawn-out snooze fest, but even this seemed to go quickly and painlessly...thanks, Bill! Best experience I've had from a dealer. I had purchased the KIA brand new from Metro Ford/KIA in 2007 and they were rude and unprofessional. Car shopping for my fiance and myself started about six weeks ago. We are from Illinois and had spoken to and gone into six different dealerships in the Chicago land area. I am not going to even begin to explain what the experience in those dealerships was like, it would take many pages of anger and frustration. The last dealership in Illinois was Jidd motors in Des Plaines, Illinois, by far the worst dealership in Illinois if not the country. My fiance found the Pathfinder we were looking for on the Zimbrick Nissan dealership in Madison, WI. I looked at the car online but there were no pictures, So I decided to call the dealership and ask if it was still available. I spoke to Ryan Wilmot, he said it just came in yesterday and he hadn't had the chance to put pictures online yet. I asked him if he could possible email me some pictures of the car. Within 20 minutes I had several pictures of the car. I was impressed by not only the car but by the promptness of Ryan. I call him and told him that we had financing available, a trade in vehicle, and a down payment. The financing we had could not be used at this dealership. He asked if I wanted to my financing though them. I said not because Jidd motors had run our credit and given us 11 hard inquires. He said I understand I hope we can help you in the future. That Monday night after talking with my fiance we decided to give them a shot. We did the credit application. At 840am Tuesday morning Ryan gave me a call to say I am going to run some numbers and see what the best deal available is, don't leave your house until we have got something good. for the next couple hours Ryan and I exchanged calls to work from different angles on the financing, He kept me in the loop on every ongoing though the process. The last call cam about 1130am. He said I got you a great deal. Not only during the entire process did he keep me informed but managed to beat my banks interest rate. On this note I would like to thank Bill Weber in the finance department for making this work for us. Ryan said you ready to come your new car. We will see you in 2 hours I said. When we arrived Ryan said lets go look at your Pathfinder, not lets take a look at your trade in, or lets argue about trade in value. Not one time was I haggled, mislead, or put in a position of bargaining. Ryan and Bill took the time and put in all the effort from beginning to end to make this an enjoyable experience for us. When it came time for the paperwork, nothing was kept secret or hidden in writing. It was laid out for us, explained and every question was answered. As we were about to head back to Illinois in our new car, Ryan said let me get a picture. I thought why would he want a picture. on the drive back I received and email from Ryan with the picture of us with the car and a message saying thank you for taking the time to drive up here and your business. All I can truly say is Ryan and Bill please don't retire anytime soon, we will be back to purchase ALL of our next vehicles though your dealership. I love this dealership! I wanted to purchase a Nissan Juke from Keith Cone, but they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. Keith was down to earth and straight forward. He put a lot of effort into trying to find exactly what I wanted, but there just wasn't anything available at the time. I wish I would have been able to give him my business because he earned it. I ended up purchasing from a Chicago dealership (which was an awful experience), and there were a few issues with the vehicle that I had taken care of a Zimbrick Nissan as it's in my home town. Keith always offers a friendly welcome when I bring my vehicle in for service, and has guided me towards accessories for my Juke that I've been looking for. Super great guy! The service department is also fantastic. They offer loaner vehicles, car washes with service, and no BS service recommendations. They are truly customer-minded. I've really enjoyed working with Ross in the service department. He's been super knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and fun to work with!
