And honestly, if I were a woman, I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole as once there was person at the counter who treated me like I was a "dumb blonde female" when I asked a question about part availability and for confirmation that I would be buying the correct part. Look, I'll admit my knowledge about cars isn't the greatest, even after having worked at a dealership. However, I find it discouraging, and frankly disgusting, that you're going to make the assumption that everyone who comes up to you to ask a question doesn't know one iota about cars, male or female. Whether or not this person still works there, I honestly don't know as I haven't seen him the last few times I went in. However, if you want to not automatically be treated like an idiot, I would suggest traveling further to visit NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts, or AutoZone, where each time I've visited these places, I was at least treated with enough respect and not made to feel like I was interrupting the person's daily task of doing nothing.

Long story short, after 4 months they decided that customer service is no longer. They decided I needed to turn in the loaner and either go without or pay for one OR use an aftermarket part so I can get the vehicle back in the foreseeable future. Really no choice, had to get the car and went with the aftermarket parts. Couple weeks later, job was done (or so they say). Showed up to pick up the car. Car was out back (reminder it was there for 4+months) and it hadnt been washed, the paper floormat and plastic seat covering still in the car, although doing nothing since they were scrunched up on the side. I was going ot march back in and demand a little customer care but decided to just go home and take care of it myself. Got home and opened the hood. I look to one side and there was a 4-5" toothed gear just sitting on the side under the hood. Then I looked and noticed they had broken the plastic shroud over the engine and this is what triggered my review today. They have just gone to shit over there. Use them at your own risk, I will never again.

Let me tell you what it…read moremeans: we will find the highest price the car sells for and then jack it up so we can then bring the price down to full retail to make it sound like we're good guys. They charge whatever they want for cars. The car I was looking at was priced $3500 higher than the nada blue book value. It was hilarious to listen to them try to justify the price. "Just try to find one like this"....well, I did. Two of them in Madison alone. They obviously feel that their customers are idiots and don't own computers. I'm sure NADA and KBB are a pain for the dealerships, but that's how it is in this age. Customers can find the real value of cars before even visiting the lot. Sorry guys...it's a new age and tour not gonna be able to screw people any more. Hope you got "top dollar" at the auction. Jeff...I wouldn't never deal with you again. You didn't care about getting me a great deal. You were arrogant and unapologetic about walking away from me to help others. Never returning!

I've also realized that if you have a specific advisor/consultant you can jump the line! One guy did this. Note to self--- have a favorite advisor/consultant on speed dial to jump the queue for checkin. At 8:55 finally completed checked in. It's now a 1.5 hour wait for oil change and brake fluid (code B17). I declined $500 of up-charges for preventative maintenance (that seemed reasonable) as it would have been another hour. Not sure why I was given an appointment if this is the service level. The person in front of me was told the same time for just an oil change. Hope the wait is a situation of over-delivery. I've been going here for over 4 years (when I moved to the area) for my 2018 CRV. Today I asked to use my accumulated "points" towards today's service, and was told they all went away when the dealership was bought out. Bummer again. Hum. I've had no service issues, but wondering if it's time to try the other Honda dealer in town as it's a similar distance to my home. Oh, none of the coupons on their website could be used as my tire rotation is "free" since I bought my tires here. That counted as a coupon. They do have a fun coffee machine and a small bowl of packaged snacks. Unfortunately the snack bowl has been nearly emptied by the crowd of people waiting for their card to be serviced. The Advisor was efficient and knowledgeable... thus the 3 rating. In reality, as I'm very annoyed with the checkin wait, inability to use advertised coupons, and service wait, I'm feeling a 2 but being kind. Its not the Advisor's fault that the appointments appeared to have overwhelmed the garage staff! Why book do many people for 8:30 that are waiting?
