And honestly, if I were a woman, I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole as once there was person at the counter who treated me like I was a "dumb blonde female" when I asked a question about part availability and for confirmation that I would be buying the correct part. Look, I'll admit my knowledge about cars isn't the greatest, even after having worked at a dealership. However, I find it discouraging, and frankly disgusting, that you're going to make the assumption that everyone who comes up to you to ask a question doesn't know one iota about cars, male or female. Whether or not this person still works there, I honestly don't know as I haven't seen him the last few times I went in. However, if you want to not automatically be treated like an idiot, I would suggest traveling further to visit NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts, or AutoZone, where each time I've visited these places, I was at least treated with enough respect and not made to feel like I was interrupting the person's daily task of doing nothing.

Brought my vehicle into Zimbrick Eastside in Fall 2024. Parts were back ordered with no timeline…read moreon when they would arrive. Long story short, after 4 months they decided that customer service is no longer. They decided I needed to turn in the loaner and either go without or pay for one OR use an aftermarket part so I can get the vehicle back in the foreseeable future. Really no choice, had to get the car and went with the aftermarket parts. Couple weeks later, job was done (or so they say). Showed up to pick up the car. Car was out back (reminder it was there for 4+months) and it hadnt been washed, the paper floormat and plastic seat covering still in the car, although doing nothing since they were scrunched up on the side. I was going ot march back in and demand a little customer care but decided to just go home and take care of it myself. Got home and opened the hood. I look to one side and there was a 4-5" toothed gear just sitting on the side under the hood. Then I looked and noticed they had broken the plastic shroud over the engine and this is what triggered my review today. They have just gone to shit over there. Use them at your own risk, I will never again.

They charge whatever they want for cars. The car I was looking at was priced $3500 higher than the nada blue book value. It was hilarious to listen to them try to justify the price. "Just try to find one like this"....well, I did. Two of them in Madison alone. They obviously feel that their customers are idiots and don't own computers. I'm sure NADA and KBB are a pain for the dealerships, but that's how it is in this age. Customers can find the real value of cars before even visiting the lot. Sorry guys...it's a new age and tour not gonna be able to screw people any more. Hope you got "top dollar" at the auction. Jeff...I wouldn't never deal with you again. You didn't care about getting me a great deal. You were arrogant and unapologetic about walking away from me to help others. Never returning!

The service tech suggested I could get the repair done, and submit for reimbursement from Endurance. Endurance will not reimburse for repairs already done, they will only pay for repairs under their warranty to the dealer directly, and only if the dealer gets preauthorization. In the past, when purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer, paperwork and titling had to be redone as they made errors on the paperwork at the time of purchase. Routine service was done adequately.

My local mechanic who does the oil changes and tire rotation, minutes from my home, warned me of an issue that was under warranty, so i took it to the dealer, and was told that the part was just loose, and retightened. 5000 miles later at my oil change, my local mechanic again warned me of the impending issue. One more time I made an appointment at Jon Lancaster. I was entitled to a loaner vehicle for the day, but they told me their shuttle was leaving soon, and could give me a ride home. I live 12 minutes away. What they didn't tell me is that there were 7 others on the shuttle that were to be taken home before me. 2 hours later I was home, after touring the city of Madison. When I Ubered back, I was greeted by the service manager, and lied to, once again, that the part was just loose and needed tightening. My local mechanic, formerly a Toyota mechanic, once again suggested that the service manager was lying to me to get out of doing warranty work. I called Toyota corporate, and they told me to use the dealer on the other side of town. (30 minutes away) I did, and the car was fixed within hours. No BS, just straight up good, honest, ethical service. Now, I buy my Toyotas from the dealer crosstown, and will have major warranty work done there. The only time I use East Side is for free oil changes and tire rotations. When those are done, I will have all my service done on Madison's West side. I can't believe that a good company that makes a great product, would allow charlatans to rep them.
