It is with a grateful heart that I am writing this. I stopped in during this frigid cold snap because my tire pressure was low and the self service machine at the nearby gas station was out of order. Not only were the three people working happy to help me out, they were happy in disposition and talked with me while they filled the tires...no charge. The consistency isn't there. I've had great experiences here with some hard-working employees that go above and beyond. I've also had poor experiences similar to the one I had last week when they told me they couldn't change my blinker light because it, "required too much work." They didn't recommend another place, but I took it to the shop down the road where they did it in five minutes. I know the bar is low right now, but the management needs to make sure that ALL of their employees can accomplish the basics at the minimum so they aren't turning away business so quickly. read more

This was probably the best experience I had with getting my oil changed. When I called ahead of time, the lady on the phone was knowledgeable and very kind. When I arrived at the shop, they were quick to get my vehicle started and they thoroughly vacuumed it out. I got to watch everything from the window in a comfortable chair. The entire process took about 20 minutes to complete and even took the time to mention the 'top off' service available nationwide. The man pulled my car around and even held the door open for me. Everyone was extremely polite and wished me a great holiday (day before Thanksgiving). I will be back to this location again. read more

SO OVERPRICED! I got a new car and didn't want to do it myself in the cold so I took it in. If I didn't have a coupon it would have been $82. Erin is very nice and knowledgeable - she always explains things and checks in before getting to work, but doesn't waste any time getting the job done so my wait time is very short. Just stopped here to change head light bulbs. Worker told me it's break time... come after 1 hr and it's free of cost but I asked him I don't want free, he told me you can give me tip. I said ok. When I went there after 1hr. One lady told me to pull in and I told her that I spoke with other guy about changing head light bulbs. She said ok I am the owner and the guy showed up and he said I don't know how this light will fix Caz he did not pulled up whole light bulb out of box which has socket attached to bulb, so I came out of my car and told him pull whole light bulb from the box (packing) which has plug, afterward he changed all headlight bulbs which literally took him 5-7 min m, he said I am not able to change fog light bulbs and at that moment the lady came and told me I have to charge labor, so I asked her how much. She said I will tell you after you key in your info in ipad which she handed me at that moment, I handed her back in 2-3 min and she was on call with someone the whole time asking how should I charge him labor, she told on call that he brought his own bulbs then she charged me 21.99 plus tax. Lights were mine. It was just required to plug in..no wire work included. How come if you are owner and wearing work outfit, you have no idea how much labor would be. Bunch of un- professionals who does not know how to run business. Guys go there with your own risk and be prepared to get surprise .. lol.. donot know what kind surprise you would get.. May be price.. may be half work done and you have to head to another shop to get your whole work done safely etc. BTW he did not able to change fog lights. so I have to go to another shop..that's what this shop has ?? read more

$76 for an oil change?!? I explained I have never paid that much and they insisted that has always been their regular 'discounted' price. I was told to look for online deals or specials. I found a coupon online for $15 off, but still! Anybody that doesn't have a smart phone is just going to get raped on price? Just seems dishonest. Maybe charge a fair price to begin with? Most dealerships only charge between $35-50. (Ford Quick Lane is $39.95 and Zimbrick is $37.95 for a standard oil change) Even though Jiffy Lube can be convenient, I won't be stopping by again. Most dealerships have a drive in first available service or take appointments...so convenience can be reached for much less money. I don't know how Jiffy Lube can charge almost twice the price and keep a straight face. 2 stars because it was done in 25 mins, but 'David' (guessing manager?) at this location needs to find another job because he acted like he absolutely hated being there and treated everyone, both employees and customers, as if they were totally beneath him. read more

I thought that I had a great experience here. I mean, they were open on Labor day, cheaper than my dealer for an oil change, and the representative that assisted me was nice enough. I thought I liked this place until I went for an oil change with my dealer at my 5K check up. It appears that Jiffy Lube made a few mistakes in changing my oil. I found out that they screwed some cap on too tight. This does not seem like a big deal but I found out that this would cost $540 if my dealer was not able to remove it. I was also told that the wrong filter was used. Fortunately however, the dealer was able to remove the cover but the stress of dealing with that hassle is what ruined the experience for me. That visit will be my last time ever visiting a Jiffy Lube. read more

I went here for a quick service oil change. It's a first come first serve basis, but I only waited about 20-25 min even with one person in front of me. The staff was very knowledgable and extra friendly starting when I pulled in. After finishing up with the car and giving me the run down, the man helping me (Chris) checked my car again because I was concerned about a light. This location has the worst staff and manager in the world without a doubt! The store smells like marijuana and the staff are careless. The manager on the other hand tries to sell high prices oil, and if you dare and refuse, you get the worst treatment. In my case, he even refused to put conventional oil and told me he refuse to service the car, after having to wait for over an hour. I watched this guy manipulate people into buying high end oil by telling them lies. I really suggest this place to have a staff change and the owner closely monitoring the employees. Sooner than later this place will end up with a law suite not for only cheating customers and not filling their oil tanks (as mentioned in an earlier review) but also for being racist to people with color and different ethnicity. read more

The prices are resonance because they also fill up my tires, vacuum the floor, and have the windows cleaned. Been here for years. My dad always had me take my car or his car in for oil changes in high school and it was great. The prices were fair. $45-50 usually. I'm currently taking my fiancé's car in for an oil change and the representative is telling me it's $100 for oil change. Now, I don't know if it's my fiancé's car, since it is very old. But I get my oil change at Zimbrick, and it's $25 and I drive a 2016 Model. Obviously I went with the oil change as she needs it for work, but not happy. read more

Usually go to Valvoline. Thought I'd try Jiffy out today. Guy at the desk (might have been the manager?) was constantly harassing people to add extra services even after they declined and then was borderline rude after they declined (myself included). Nothing about it was over the top inappropriate its just there was no level of professionalism and it could have been handled better. I'll be going back to Valvoline for sure. read more
