Since moving to Wisconsin I don't 'got a guy' and that means I'm chum in the water for thirsty car joints that will change your oil, fluids and what not. Honestly, this was my first oil change place since it's a few blocks from my house and I'm back here again (after trying to find a new place and failing). I'm back for a few reasons and the main one being the way I was put at ease right away. The gentlemen understood what this car means to me (my dearly departed Dad left it to me) and therefore really knew that I want to keep it in top top shape without spending on unnecessary maintenace. Second, this is the newest car I've ever owned so my awesome car knowledge applies to older models (lol). They explained in detail many of the things the car was doing and the preventive measures I could take. They were absolutely NOT pushy and I really appreciate it. It's a Take 5 now, so any Super Lube deals won't work. An easy drive-in oil change service, and they won't hassle you with much in the way of upsells. It's a fast oil change at a decent price, but what makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every visit comes with a free bottle of water and a car wash (standard for this chain), but Tony and his crew exceed that, even an hour from close on a Friday night. They chipped a bit off the price because it took them a bit longer, which I didn't even notice, because it was still way shorter than any other oil change I've had. They change your oil, re-fill your fluids, and do a car inspection. But I don't like being stuck in my car during service. There is no seating for customers other than an outdoor bench with a view of the service bays. When you get an oil change, the staff will check all of your car fluids, your lights, battery, serpentine belt, air filter, and clean your front window. As you can imagine, the staff offers to fix any deficiencies they identify whilst you're idling in the driver seat. The staff is honest about what they recommend--they were right when I had an old serpentine belt, and when I had it replaced elsewhere, the next time they were honest that it was new. The prices for the additional services are average. You get a code for a car wash with a full service car wash, although annoyingly, it's extra to use the vacuum. The car wash is a small touchless drive through. I'm not displeased with Super Lube, per se, but I dislike being stuck in the car. In SuperLube's favor, the employees are incredibly polite and pleasant. read more

Personally I like that I get to just wait in my car until everything is done. They do a great job here. Justin does a great job. Sometimes I like to go to a place where they vacuum out the car etc. But when I just need an oil change and fluid check etc. this place works great for me. I typically use a local dealership for my oil changes and routine maintenance. My wife and I purchased a Bucky Book and inside was a coupon for 1/2 a conventional oil change or up to $18.99 off a full service. These guys will always try and upsell you, unless you already bought the top notch service like I did. I bought the full service synthetic for $69.99. I used the coupon to take an additional $18.99 off that. The full service includes top off of all fluids, 5 quarts of oil, new filter and 20 point inspection. You also get the basic car wash ($6.00 value) included. The service is pretty speedy and the guys are friendly. The reason I'm only giving this location two stars is the fact that they forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid and the ridiculous markup on the air filter and the cabin air filter. My air filter needed replacement and it was $31.99. I changed it myself and paid $10 for it at a local auto retailer. My cabin air filter needed replacement and it was $39.99. I changed that myself and paid $15.50 for it at a local auto retailer. Lets be realistic here. You're already charging quite a bit for the oil. Why not offer to replace these filters for very little cost over the actual cost of the product? By doing this you can almost guarantee a customer will return. read more

I went in for my first oil change in like 3 years (really bad I know.... But life definitely took over). It was a busy Monday and like 95° out. They got me a cold water while I waited. I got to stay in my car, and it wasn't a bad wait. They inspected my filters, tires, windshield wipers, and changed my oil. They were very informative, offered additional services, and didn't push them. It had been so long, I took them up on everything. Bill was the person I worked with most, and was great! They didn't made me feel bad that it had been so long and my air filters were in really rough shape. Bill was upfront about all prices before I agreed to anything, and upgraded my free car wash at the end. Despite enduring disgusting heat and working around hot cars, they were all friendly and amazing. My oil change was around $84, but they include so much. This might not be my stop for every single oil change, but I definitely recommend them if you need a quality tune up, or are able yo spend a little more. read more

Great experience! Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and fast! Got $10 off as a first-time customer and 50% a fuel flush. They also checked my filters and showed me how dirty they were. This is a perfectly fine oil change place. I like the quick, no appointment service, friendly staff and free car wash. But, you wait in your car, and it's incredibly stinky and uncomfortable. I don't know how the guys stand it, they must be numb to the stench. I also didn't save a dime from the dealership price, and it's more comfortable to wait in the customer area with free water and popcorn, and a free wash, too. I'm not sure if I'll return but I appreciate having the errand checked off my list. read more

We took our car there for an oil change a few weeks ago and had no issues prior to bringing it there. We then had oil leaking so we took it to our mechanic and he verified that the LAST person that changed our oil didn't seal it properly and the cap was missing. We are very disappointed in this place for this. Now we owe our mechanic over 100.00 for something that could have been prevented by their negligence. If you would like to go get an oil change without feeling like you are going to be targetted for buying lots of unneeded products, and get some honest information about any potential problem areas, get over to see these guys. They have some very knowledgeable and competent folks who are happy to explain things and point out any concerns that would be worth checking out with a mechanic. They spotted alot oil around my engine block, showed me where the serpintine belt was being affected,applied degreaser to the underside to wash away any oil and residues to have a better look. They did not pretend to be able to draw conclusions prematurely and simply made recommendations while showing me why. After going to my mechanic, he resolved my excess oil issues in a relatively inexpensive way and replaced my serpintine belt for free because he should've caught the bad crank seal in the first place. Had I not had these guys look under my hood carefully, I could've had much worse problems later on if my serpintine belt would've failed. I trust these guys. read more
