This is my family's go-to for car wash and oil changes and they've never done us wrong, although…read morethey never get everything quite perfect either. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Look, I know I need coolant, but perhaps I could do it myself for cheaper. Regardless, very unprofessional. The text was taking too long so I ended up just using a military discount. The military discount wasn't as large as the current promotion. ($20.50 off vs $25 off respectively) but the tech assured me the military discount was greater. Found out it wasn't. Tried contacting customer service, and was put on hold inevitably. I also partly blame management for not informing the guys on the floor about promotions. They should know what a customer is talking about when they talk about current promotions. Also customer service wasn't available. A company should act in unison, not a bunch of individuals. 1 star service.

That was several months ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since! I work during the week, so I get my oil changes done on Saturday mornings. The last time that I was there, I noticed that they offer a discount for military (both active duty and veterans) on Mondays. I told the cashier that both my husband and I are veterans and asked about coming in on a Monday to get the discount. I thought that I would be told that I would need some kind of proof of our service and to return on a Monday. Instead, the cashier said "Thank you for your service." and gave me the discount right then and there! No documents were needed. This discount saved me more than ten dollars. Not only will I be back, but I advised my husband to bring his truck in for oil changes. I vaguely remember seeing a discount for First Responders and I think that they have other discounts as well. So you need to check for yourself to see if they have any discounts you qualify for.

I lived off of Ubers for 3 weeks while they lied about how long it would take to get the second replacement. Then, that second replacement pump turned out faulty after another two weeks. I hope that this was incompetence and not crookedness... though I think that's wishful thinking. Additionally, one of my Uber drivers during this process told me that his dad had a similar issue. They messed up his car worse than before he took it in.

I have had my vehicle serviced by Mavis in the past thanks to Chasin and Mitch. They made the experience smooth and easy they are not the reason for the 2 star review. AGAIN THE WORKERS ARE NOT THE REASON FOR THE BAD REVIEW. I have read so many reviews that are hidden in their multitude of them but they are all stating the same or similar thing. Yes some of their mechanics don't give a f because they aren't valued some actually do care. They are taught "policy" when a real mechanic would know how to keep a car safe. I have seen and heard first hand of the attitude from the "managers" of this business. I was a higher risk and ended up hemorrhaging and having to call 911 for borderline shock in which I almost died if he wasn't with me. As a company, there is a professional way to handle matters like this. One of them, not being that it isn't a valid reason. Alex is not a good manager and does not value his employees. They are narcissistic and manipulative towards everyone beneath them. They will say something completely uncalled for and then when you bring it to their attention they will (what's referred to in romantic relationships as) "love bombing". Even after hearing the conversations with Alex personally and my husband, and the google reviews you see when searching his name... I have come to an understanding of who he is as a person and none of those qualities qualify him as a manager. We had been in communication with him and provided the pictures (attached to this review). If Mavis has past employment information, please contact my fiancé Tristan LaFuze. Otherwise comment with corporates number and we will be in contact. This is unacceptable as an employer and it should be handled appropriately.

Since I am moving and don't have a job lined up yet, every penny really counts and Gary helped me out more than he could ever know. In the end, I had to replace my entire engine, cadilidic converters, and all the hoses associated because they did not do basic engine care (secure the air filter cap, thus my engine sucked up dirt for two years).
