Drove right up and was greeted by two very kind technicians. Drive through service means you stay in your car the entire time. Very convenient and comfortable!! Correy & Lleyton were wonderful, professional and timely No sales pitches or trying to upsell. I'll be back for our next oil change without hesitation! read more

Great job Dylan thank you again for working Saturday 5 star guy Changed oil and was very efficient read more

I have been Goni g to this location for the last 20 years and I have never seen taking one hour to complete an oil change. Customer service level is not the same. I usually get 4 vehicles service and I am not coming back any more. read more

Excellent service the whole team was great, just came in for a top off! Outstanding. I was so impressed with everything

Alex does a great job at this establishment. No complaints at all. If you need oil change this is the spot to go. Highly recommend them. read more

I'm got my oil changed, Robert was fantastic. Very detailed service l. I will return in the future.

I was having transmission issues and was kind of anxious being a female and not knowing to much about my car. Gage and his team were phenomenal. Very personable, didn't make me feel dumb when I told them what was going on as some places have made me feel that way. They were wonderful and did all of the servicing in a timely manner and a great price. Thank you guys! read more

Jeremy and team were great and had me In and out in 20 minutes. Easiest oil change in a long time!

Let's start off with saying that this was my first time getting an oil change and I was a little anxious. But let me tell you, these guys are the most nice and polite guys I've ever met! They explained everything to me, even the nitty gritty and got the oil change done super fast! as well as having a reason price! I will be coming again! read more

This was a terrible experience. Computer wasn't working, they did not do a full service inspection, charged $119 for only an oil change, didn't ask if we had coupons....unresponsive crew and terrible experience! read more

I won't take my car anywhere else for simple servicing. The staff is quick, efficient and friendly. And you can't beat the price point.

Jiffy Lube is in the business of changing your oil. How in the world can I pull in drain all the oil out of my vehicle to tell me they ran out and I'm waiting here for a guy to go pick some up. Also for me sitting here for almost an hour to get my oil changed, the lady offered me a $22 coupon that was already emailed to me. This place is complete choke. Avoid the headache go elsewhere read more

The Assistant GM Jason was so helpful and kind. I needed a check on the air in my tires and I was fully prepared to pay for the service. Jason wouldn't let me - told me "air was free" even though I was in one of their bays and he had to check all 4 tires then pump them all up. Such a relief to have this done before I head out on a road trip this weekend! Katie Nyquist read more

I just want to share this great review to everyone! I was about 4000mile over for my next oil change and FINALLY I'm here. Wheeew! This location is super convenient since starbucks is next to the shop so you can just walk to starbucks while you are waiting for your service. The ship was slow and it was only me that time so they changed my oil less than 20Min with free vacuum. I just want to give high-five to Alan! He gave me super great service from beginning to the end. As soon as I parked my car, he opened the door for me and walked me inside, explained everything what I need to be done and why it's important for my car. He asked me every single question what I had. I'll come back for my next service! read more

Stopped in to newly reopened shop and they were quick and polite with no wait time. Thanks guys!

Hands down the best Jiffy Lube! Thanks for the recommendations and conversation. I'm from out of town and needed a carwash. The girl behind the counter told me where to find one and when I left from my oil change everyone in the change bay was waving and wishing me safe travels. Chef's kiss. Mwah. read more

Crooks! Liars! Thieves! Worst experience ever. At checkout they said they'd done this this and that including filling all tires to 35psi. As I drive away (I was in a rush cuz the oil change took 45 minutes) my dashboard light comes on saying one tire is too low (and I had specifically asked that they make sure that tire was filled) and when I checked NONE of my tires were at 35 (see picture) So then I wondered what else they lied about. Well, I checked my oil reading and it's says....wait for it...7% oil life left. What in the actual F**K?!?! So now I have to find time to go back and get the geniuses there to (hopefully) do the work they charged me over $100 for. I'm livid. And to make it an even more horrible experience...the guys were literally fighting and screaming and cursing at each other as they worked on my car. So unprofessional! So I just went back after work. Talked to "the manager " and started with the low tire pressures. First he stumbled over his words and eventually looked at my air valve caps and says "Oh, you have green caps. We don't do the ones with the green caps". WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME ALL THE TIRES HAD BEEN FILLED WHEN NONE OF THEM HAD???? He tells me that's what it said on the print out from the guys who "did the work". Oh....you mean the dumb f**ks who were fighting and throwing profanities left and right? Give me just a small f*****g break! Then I ask why my dash says there's only 7% oil life? He says it's just cuz the guys didn't reset my computer. I'm not sure if that's true of if they really didn't change my oil but I'm leaning towards the latter since they already blatantly lied about my tires. I asked for a refund and he wouldn't give me one. I didn't have time to sit for another 45 minutes because I have a child and need to pick her up. Go screw yourselves Jiffylosers....you should be ashamed of yourselves. I work very hard to keep my family afloat and $101 is a lot of money for me, not to mention having to take extra time out of my day to confront you and be disregarded. read more

My experience at Jiffy Lube was awesome! Pulled in today because I needed a headlight changed. The team was amazing! I believe it was the fuse to my headlight that proved a little challenging to remove. They worked together, got it out, replaced it with another that was comparable for my model of car and I was on my way. I highly recommend pulling in for any type of service. They are thorough, knowledgeable, communicate and are friendly. read more

Tristan was amazing! Super knowledgeable, accommodative and helpful. Would highly recommend this location

We had a great and efficient experience at Jiffy Lube! The man working that morning was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went in for an oil change and got to stay in the car the whole time! I've never been able to do that before. It was so easy. The whole thing probably took less than 15 minutes. I've never had a car appointment that has gone that seamlessly. We will for sure be back next time we need anything done to our car:) read more

Came in to get my blinker light fixed and the team over at Jiffy Lube did a great job! Quick and easy. Nice people too!

It was simple going there to get my sparks and coils replaced. Jacob went above and beyond so ask for him when you go.

Stopped in after work to get the oil changed in my Jetta. The team here at the NE 85th street Jiffy Lube were right on it. Pulled up all my info in the computer and looked back my records and brought up the options based on that. The were friendly and quick. They ran like a well oiled machine! -I'll be back read more

These guys helped us out last minute on a used car we were looking at buying from a dealership. They were very respectful, kind, and professional. Will definitely return for service at this location. read more

Diego and the other technicians were really nice and had me in and out very quickly. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

They were so rude to me, and said they couldn't find any information that I had been there before. I've been a customer there for at least 25 years. I have 6 cars and company work vehicles. I asked them to top off my oil, I was in a hurry and would come back for a oil change this week. After telling me I wasn't in there system calling me a lier!! They finally figured they were spelling my name wrong. Then after all that the car I was driving wasn't one of the ones on the list ? Because they only keep the list for a year or so. He said they only top off oil for loyal customers!! Really 25 years plus and a list of vehicles in his computer not including my business ones !! He could see I was a good customer. And still wouldn't do it. Never again you just lost my business and my companies business. And you should try to hire some decent help. Way to go with the customer service guys! Wow read more

I gave them 5 stars before, but now, I am going down to 3 stars only. They people there are nice but last time I went there, I was there for over an hour and a half because they did not have the oil filter and they were waiting for one...?? I could not go anywhere or even leave since the car was already drained of oil...? read more

It's hard to get to four stars, or be a fan of Jiffy Lube, but this place is good. The staff didn't try to pressure me to upgrade stuff or get services that I didn't want to get. I was in and out quickly and happy with the results. Only down side, their vacuum was broken the week I went in, so I couldn't get my car cleaned. Hopefully, they will get that fixed soon? read more

This is the best Jiffy Lube i've ever been too. Period. I was greeted nicely by a young man who told me someone would be with me immediately, and he meant it. I got 4 people doing old change on my car, vacuuming it and I swear, they were all singing while working on my car! I was offered coffee as well. The place is very clean and neat. I was done within 15 minutes. They also had $10 discount promotion which is even better! But that's not what completely win me: before I hit the next 3,000 miles or 3 months mark, I could come in and ask to "top it off", aka refilling windshield fluid, oil etc FREE OF CHARGE. I am cheap and I've completely been won. I appreciate the work and they have made my day. Thank you the gentlemen at Jiffy Lube!!! read more

Correy, Casey and Marcos were awesome, I was in and out in 15 minutes... I called 3 places in the area and Correy gave me the best quote. He even remembered me from almost a year ago, and they all were nice to my pups. I'll definitely be back. read more

Called ahead to make sure our 30ft Class C motorhome could be accommodated for an oil change. We were told yes so we headed over. A bit of a challenge getting in from westbound 85th due to the Starbucks line but we managed. It is also a bit tight to get in the garage but the guys were super helpful and acted like it was normal which I really appreciated. We sat in our motorhome while they worked on our Majestic Ray. The price and time needed was what we expected. When it was time to leave they asked other cars to move and helped us back out. Excellent experience. THANK YOU! read more

Understaffed long wait at this location. The Ley only operate one bay so unless you are prepared to wait over an hour on your car you may want to go someplace else. I stopped by on two occasions thinking the first wait was unusual but seems to be the operation model here. read more
