I recently went abroad, leaving my elderly mother at home. She accidentally put water in her oil reservoir and was understandably freaking out when she realized. I told her to call Jiffy Lube to see if she could drive her car there or what her options were. To our amazement, the manager and another employee came to our house, backed her car off the driveway, and changed the oil for her right there. And they did all of this in the freezing rain! Their level of care and dedication is something you only see in small-town MOVIES. They even refused to charge her for their incredible service. I needed to replace a headlight bulb in my BMX X3 and tried unsuccessfully to do it myself. I called the Jiffy Lube on NE 124th in Kirkland and they said bring it in and we will do it for free as I had the lightbulbs. I went in a few days later and they were very welcoming to a non paying customer. It was not an easy location to access in the car but they took the time and care to get it changed. Drove up for an oil change and luckily had no waiting. The technician directed to me to the service bay and took my information. They asked what service I wanted and started working immediately. The people were quick, courteous and thorough. The only hiccup was the coupon I was sent by Jiffy Lube was supposedly invalidated by the corporate headquarters even though the expiration date on the coupon was 09/04/2024. Services: Oil change; external and internal filter change; rear differential fluid replacement Long story: Went to a different Jiffy Lube location and was informed they didn't have the oil for my car. Next day, I called the Totem Lake location to see if they had it and Brian picked up. He was so kind and friendly even though he was the only one in the shop that morning as three employees called out sick. And he told me they had plenty of the necessary supplies for my oil change, to drive on over and he will take care of the rest! The visit - When I pulled up, both lanes were occupied with other cars, and I am so impressed at the rate in which Brian was able to take care of both customers in front of me and still maintaining a pleasant experience. Finally, it was my turn and thankfully a couple of other mechanics came in to help cover those that were out sick, every person I spoke to in the shop was so kind and assured me they would take great care. And they did just that!! If you've been to any business lately and walked out wondering if there's any businesses that have good customer service lately, look no further. Brian and his team are the real deal! Brian goes above and beyond and is just an over all good guy. I went to O'Reily Auto Parts to get a bulb for my rear right taillight but I'm a contract worker and in the military so I'm only in the area for 13 weeks. Because of that I don't have tools on me. I went to Jiffy Lube because O'Reily told me they don't install light bulbs for folks. Jiffy Lube was happy to help me out. They took my light housing out and diagnosed the problem real quick. At some point the housing had a hole in it because it was full of water and that burned the bulbs out. Turns out the stock lights don't allow you to change bulbs and you have to buy new housing. Brian (the manager I believe) told me when I got new housing I'd be welcome to come back for them to replace my lights. He is a man of his word! They do a really nice job of getting people through the bay quickly and the whole team has such great attitudes! I won't go anywhere else while I'm in the area! read more

If you want excellent customer service and to feel like you're being taken care of, this is the shop for you. I drive a higher end car and was not sure if they would be able to take care of me. CJ came out and had a look at my engine and did some research and figured out that they were able to take care of the oil change. He even drove to another shop to get the oil filter needed so they would be able to service my car today. I was so in shock at the level of customer service and the dedication that CJ and the guys had to make sure they were able to fulfill all my needs. I pulled into their driveway and a technician came out and told me they unfortunately didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle. What professional oil change company doesn't carry the proper vehicle oil change parts? Then, instead of apologizing, he sends me off with a condescending " have a great day". Did my oil change on 2021/01/31. Hadn't driven much until I noticed oil leaking on 2021/02/06 and went back to the store to get the leaking fix, the staff checked and told me he didn't see any issues and oil level was good. I went home and recorded a video of oil leaking from drain plug. I went back to the store a second time that day, the staff checked again and told me that there was no gasket, so he put the gasket back. I went home, the leaking was not solved, I checked the engine oil level, it was over the upper limit. I didn't want to go back the third time since I didn't feel I can trust this store anymore. read more

Saw last night that there was a Jiffy Lube nearby and they open at 8am. Got here at 7:50, they opened the doors promptly at 8 and got me right in. Couldn't be nicer! Sitting in the waiting area, local guy walking his dog walks by, says hi to the guys (guessing this is a daily walk he takes), he comes in and says hi, talks the guys up and tells me to have a great day!
