I absolutely believe this was done in order to take advantage of me and increase their sales. I assume this is common practice at this business, so take heed when getting a quote. Despite the good work done, I will not be returning here with my business because I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or the lack of communication and consideration.

My wife went to pick the car up and they refused to give it to her because it "wasn't put back together" and apparently the guy who took them out wasn't there. With our car being held hostage and having no other choice, we said we were interested in having them replace the spark plugs. Suddenly, with us agreeing to the "ransom" they had someone who could install spark plugs and our car was ready to be picked up the same day. We ended up spending $734.19 on spark plugs and 3 ignition coils, after a supposed discount. Not to even mention the terrible customer service.
