Just today I was stuck in the Taco Bell parking lot, which was totally iced over and has a steep grade that made getting out impossible. I came into Autozone trying to buy some absorbent clay to put under my rear tires, when there was a glitch that prevented the system from ringing up the purchase they said "Merry Xmas" and said I could have it for free. Then they advised me that if I wanted I could back over the curb, across their grass and into their lot, which I did.

It's bright shiny, and always stocked. It's clean and bright. The guys behind the counter are happy to help out, and make themselves available when you need something. They quickly look up the part, and go to the supplies in the back, and retrieve it. They are polite and funny. Heck, that's half the reason to keep going back. This time it was for a tail light bulb. I don't know too much about the maintenance on my car (I know, I could do better, it's not my specialty). They show you how to do what you need, or will direct you to someone who knows. Since it will be raining here and there, I figured I'd replace my cheap Goodyear wiper blades that I bought from Costco for $7 each. lol The staff at this location was helpful and especially when I asked about the Bosch Icon wiper blades. There were none for my car out on the display shelf, but they did have a few in the back. The place was organized though I didn't walk through every aisle to look around. The first O'reilly location I went to didn't have my wipe blade sizes so I thought this location; however, it seemed like all locations were out of stock and they're all on back order. It wasn't a big deal because I'm pretty sure they'll have that deal again in the future. Anyways, this location was pretty much the same as the other one (the one in Liberty, MO) I went to. The aisles and layout was 100% identical which I think made it easier to find what I was looking for. This location had only three employees working when I came so be prepared to wait if there are a lot of people. They also had more in-stock items (at least the things I was looking for) versus the other location which would always be good to know just in case I needed something and one location doesn't have it in-stock.

I need every dollar because I am a senior woman on disability and I don't think I will order anything from O'Reilly's again.
