I almost never post reviews. However, today I felt compelled to share about the outstanding service I received today. They took me right away. They gave me a complementary water while I waited. I asked them what I owed them. The mechanic replied, "Nothing." He explained that they had simply added some washer fluid, but nothing else was necessary. That's honest! The reason I went there today, was that I had previously received fantastic service back in November. I pulled out a five dollar bill to give the man a tip, and he vehemently refused. how they do business. This is the place. Look no further. read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I called ahead about getting my car inspected and they said to bring it between the hours of 8:30am-12:30pm, which sounded easy enough. I arrived and was greeted by a man with an attitude- he scoffed and said "I supposed I can take you"... it was 11:15am. He gave me a hard time about the lugnut for my tires, which I had. Then tells me to wait inside. When I get inside he yells across the counter "he needs keys" so I go to hand them to him and he says "go put them in the car".... Sir the attitude. While sitting I was looking up google reviews which were all TERRIBLE. At that point, I wasn't feeling confident about what they were gonna do during the inspection, I didn't appreciate the unwarranted attitude, I left. read more

Finding a good mechanic shop or service center that does quality work at a reasonable rate is rare, so when I found out that I needed an emergency oil change due to having too much oil put in and my "go to" shop didn't have any immediate availability ‍ I wasn't as optimistic with finding a good backup. I searched my area for close locations and landed on one that appeared to stay opened the latest at (6pm). I've never used a "Jiffy Lube" location before and I had to coordinate btwn my work schedule, AAA, and this "JL" on Township Line Rd. The first day didn't work out due to AAA not being able to get my truck there before closing. After coordinating with one of the mechanics/staff for the drop off I called back and relayed this unfortunate information to the "JL" service (Tianna) who simply explained that I can re attempt tomorrow, no appointment needed. Day 2 I was off to an earlier start with coordinating with AAA so I was able to get my truck towed there a little after opening (8am). The "JL" Manager (Tianna) was prompt with the updates and provided exceptional customer service throughout. She asked would I rate the service 5 stars and I explained the customer service was a 10 out 10 so I'll provide more thoughts on service once I drive some. So as promised. . After driving home I was able to see the little bit of thick smoke left (due to my dry valves)clear up as they said it would. My truck sounded quiet and rapidly gained its power back without all the smoke. I have been getting my oil changes here for years. Recently after getting service at this location both my vehicles needed oil. One needed three quarts!! I brought my other vehicle to my mechanic bc the maintenance light was on even though I added oil since I didn't want to reset the maintenance light in case there was something else wrong. I went to this location for a simple wiper blade replacement for my GMC Terrain. I pulled up at 4:30 PM, and waited at the stop sign at the lot. Previously someone would come out to greet you and went over services offered. After waiting 10 minutes while someone on the team was smoking a cigarette in the bay and literally was looking at me the entire time. Once he finished his cigarette he went inside the office area and was talking to someone else. I waited another 5 minutes, then I pulled away. I guess they are busy enough to lose potential customers. Will think twice if not three times and not use this location in the future. read more

First and foremost the customer service is horrendous. I went to get an oil change 3 different times because it's closest to my job and I kept getting turned away because they're short staffed. I went more than an hr before closing and they still turned me away. I try to go in early, their opening staff is always late. I attempted to tell the manager that it's inconvenient telling people that you stop taking customers more than an hr before you guys say you close and he's arguing with me that it's not an inconvenience. Honestly one of the worst locations I have ever been to. The manager is a weird man. Very loud and rude, talks to customers like we are his kids. This is a terrible location. The manager is highly rude over the phone, and the service is extended always due to a short staff. I called ahead and was rudely invited in for service, and when I did arrive the manager tried to flirt with me as a lady in-front of my young daughter, Not realizing I was the same women he hung up on prior for asking a simple question. It was very uncomfortable, and very creepy. I will never come back here again. I am married for one, For two it is very unprofessional. They also do not go over the bill with you until last minute unable to explain the charges of service, and you can hear the shop talk from the waiting room. A-Lot of unprofessionalism all around. The worst experience ever. Im from out of town. I don't like the that I addressed rudely because they have a different approach on how they service your vehicle. I don't feel comfortable allowing someone who doesn't know anything about my vehicle and immediately starts working on my vehicle without explaining anything. I am currently in Delaware and I am being spoken to politely and explained beforehand what 12 point inspection is being done and then I will talk to the mechanic before he actually works on my vehicle. Beware of the final bill. They added a service to my bill without asking me. ( topped off anti-freeze) for $4.65. When I questioned it, they said it was a mistake. The thing is, they did yhe same thing to my wife a few weeks earlier. We did not notice until she got home. Called the shop and they would not refund it but offered to credit it next time. So look at your bill before paying it. Also quoted wipers at $14 each and charged $19 & $17. read more

Went to JiffyLube today and got my oil changed. The man who handled cashing me out was really nice but then I got into my car and it smelled like somebody just smoked a Dutch in the car. Is it JiffyLube or JiffyHigh? I was literally looking through my car like they left bags behind or something. The weed smell was so bad I had to roll all the windows down, I typically wouldn't care but I had my one year old son with me and was pretty disappointed in the fact that they couldn't put their personal items away before bringing in to peoples cars. Not happy about that but the service is always fast so I guess that's cool. read more

It saddens me to do this but I need to lower my rating of these folks to three stars. I should probably go two stars but I've been a loyal supporter for many years so I'm going to give them a break. I stopped in on Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. They have one of those TVs that in addition to regulars shows, plays promotional ads for Jiffy Lube. As I sit there I watch an add extolling the virtues of tire rotation. Now my car is pulled into the bay and I'm immediately informed that they won't do tire rotations on Saturdays because it's just too busy. I'm welcome to visit any other day to have that done. Needless to say I am annoyed. They proceed to handle my oil change in their usual efficient manner. I proceed to check out and I have a $10 off Yelp Checkin coupon. They promptly refuse it! They babble something about corporate vs. franchise locations but I don't care. All I know is that I checked in, received a coupon, and it was refused. Attention Jiffy Lube! You are a huge chain and I have been a customer for well over 10 years. Get your act together! read more

These knuckleheads really tried to tell me that the normal signature oil change, which my car requires, could damage my car and they're not responsible once the car leaves the shop, and then tried upsell me to the synthetic oil. EVEN BETTER I replaced my windshield wipers two days prior and they told me my wipers were on they're last leg and needs to be replaced!! Sorry I wasn't born yesterday. This place seems quick & convenient but because a great big headache. There are a few good employees at this location but other wise they do not care. Even the owner operator I spoke to before isn't to pleasant. I use to come here for years & the turnover at this location makes all the sense. I wouldn't want to work here either & have since not brought either of my cars here. If you want to wait for hours. Enjoy. Worst experience I have had in a long time, waiting 5.5 hours. This place is very unorganized. Please have all day to wait...Your time doesn't matter...Came in at 930am- still waiting.....Every one is scattered all over the place...I let the technicians that I had to get back to work, it didn't matter. They took their time...I am worn out...I do not recommend this place to anyone...Technicians are just standing around...looking at each other. No team work...I am very disappointed...Time is gone, can't be replaced, lesson learned...Last time doing business here...One of the techs just figured out how to change my break pads on a Ford truck. 930am -3pm whole day is gone 5.5hours, on a stand can't go anywhere...I wished the technician would have told me no, we can't do the emissions and state inspections...I would not have wasted 5.5 hours of work time...I am a very patient and business man. I stopped by on a recent weekend to have an oil change. I pulled into the establishment and stopped at the post that was labeled stop. The two employees were busy looking at their cell phones. No other customers were present to have their vehicle serviced when I was there. When none of the emplyees approached me, I moved my vehicle forward toward the open bay. One of the employees then told me I had to reverse back to the post that said stop. I mentioned that I stopped and no one approached me about servicing my vehicle. He adamantly stated that I had to reverse my vehicle back to the post that said stop. I feel that I was treated in a disrespectful and uncourteous manner. I decided to leave the premises at that point. I would not recommend the Havertown Jiffy Lube on Township Line Road to anyone. I then proceeded to the Jiffy Lube on Baltimore Pike in Springfield, PA. I drove up to the open bay, and received excellent service from the two employees that I interacted with. read more

I stopped in for an oil change on a whim and true to the name I was out in a "jiffy" (and there were two customers ahead of me). Total time was about 25-30 minutes. There was great customer service-they were very friendly and knowledgeable and not too pushy with any up selling-just honest about what needed replacement etc. I'm very happy with my experience and I'll be back. read more
