Popped in today as we had found no less than 8 screws in our driveway from a recent door installation, sure enough - slow leak in one of my tires shortly after install of same. Manager tackled my service request promptly and professionally. He checked tire (which just needed air, and spot checked the other three - sure enough he found a small nail in another tire, but it hadn't penetrated so - he removed same, filled all tires to proper air pressure and sent me on my way. Charge? Nothing - he was appreciative of our repeat business as he recently serviced my wife's car (replacement tire). Ordered and scheduled on line - Even came early and they took my car in right away - I asked if they could add an oil change - no PROBLEM - even cleaned off my battery connections he saw were filled with corrosion. My husband and I needed to replace one of the tires on his car. We got there when they opened at 8:00 am and they said it would take about an hour to change the tire. The men at the counter were nice. We were also told that we needed our brakes replaced, so they did that for us too. I went in to see if they could fix the nail in my tire. They said no without even looking at it. They said I would need new tires. I asked if I could buy a tire from them. They said they don't have my kind of tire. I took my car to Costco and ordered new tires. Half an hour later I received a call from Costco saying "we just looked at your tire with the nail in it, it's definitely fixable. We just need to patch it and you'll be great. I took my truck for tires cause they had the best price. I should have had them just throw'em in the bed and taken them with me. ​​Instead, I had them Mount them. They put them on inside out even though I told them I wanted the raised white lettering to show. Then, they informed me my inspection was inspired expired which I knew when I brought it in for the tires it needed . Their mechanic decided he couldn't let me have it back until it was legal to drive. They then decided I needed $800 of front end work. I declined. He offered to adjust the front wheel bearings to see if he could tighten things up a little bit. He tightened them all right. By the time I got it back to my mechanic in my shop, the wheel was nearly falling off . My mechanic sai​d the wheel bearing got so hot it seized all parts onto the spindle and they were unable to remove it. "The​ last person who played with this wheel bearing, over-tightened the load nut and caused this failure. The entire steering knuckle with brake rotor and bearings still attached had to be discarded as the parts had seized together." If you go to Just Tires, (they were like $50 cheaper on a set of 4) be sure that's all you get. ​ read more

$95.43 fro a cabin air filer and $24.50 to install it? really 3 mins to slap it in and when I complained they took $20.00. they tried to upsell me on everything under the sun, alignment, brakes, etc. The truck is 2 years old with 30K. if they toot he time to look a the dash sensor they could have seen the truck has 89% back and 84% front. These people are dishonest and thieves. NEVER again.. You can buy the cabin air filter anywhere for less than $30.00. VERY hard upsell on everything. Really! read more

I had a flat tire Friday afternoon so I brought my car to Just Tires and they were able to patch it in a timely fashion. Costs were minimal, and during the repair, they said I needed to replace my brake pads, so the following Monday I returned to take care of that as well. The whole experience from patching the tire to replacing the brakes took a few hours and a reasonable amount of money for the service. The inside of the shop is currently redesigned to accommodate social distancing policies - seating arrangements, plexiglass, hand sanitizer, face masks, etc. I would recommend Mike and his staff! read more

Next encounter, they couldn't change my oil, because they had broken my oil pan/cap during the previous oil change, needed to be replaced. I made an appointment for my tire that was leaking. My appointment was for 1:30pm, but I arrived early around 1:10-1:15pm or so. The man at the front desk was super nice and personable. My son and I took a walk across the street and just browsed in some stores. When we came back (around 2:45pm) or so I noticed my car was just driving into the garage to get fixed. Definitely was frustrated as it seemed to take a while. My car was finally done around 3:40-3:45pm. When I went to check out the man said they were able to fix my tire, and there would be no charge because we had waited so long. Good business! I was definitely frustrated, but that made up for it. Well, I took a flat tire in to be repaired. They plugged it for around $37, (instead of patching it) and the repair failed - because the tire quickly developed a slow leak. Very disappointing. I walked in (without an appointmetn) to Just Tires first thing on a Sunday morning after noticing the tire pressure in one of my tires was significantly lower than the rest and realizing it was punctured with a piece of metal. I was told it would be about $37 for a plug if they were able to fix it, which seemed reasonable to me. Unfortunately, the metal punctured the sidewall and my tires had to be replaced. Just Tires recommended I replace my two rear tires and told me I did not need to replace the front tires in my AWD because they were within 2/32" of the new tire treads, saving me some money. The tire prices were reasonable (comparable with what they were advertised for online), and I was in and out in 90 minutes. Overall, I was happy with my service here. read more

Went here after being quoted $25 more for an oil change at Valvoline on West Chester pike. Valvoline said the oil change would be $95 and the justification was that they use Valvoline oil as opposed to Quaker state at other places. Not a mechanic myself but I have a decent knowledge of engines and cars and all I could do was laugh at the attendant. Went up to Just Tires and Rob got me in an out in under 30 minutes and for $20 less than Valvoline. The best part of the story is that just tires uses Valvoline synthetic oil yet it's cheaper than at the Valvoline shop anyway I highly recommend Just Tires in Media. read more

I had a really good experience here yesterday. All I went in for was an oil change. I have an SUV so the "$19.99 oil change special!!!" usually ends up being $35-$45 from other places for various reasons ("we needed to use more oil" or "you needed high mileage oil" etc). I got my oil changed quickly, and for the price I was quoted. Additionally, they did a free alignment inspection and called me about the results of that. I declined the fix for now since I am getting two new tires, but I appreciated the information. Finally, I asked him (I think his name was Justin? - the guy at the register, I know he's from Delaware) to check something that had been rattling under my car. Within two seconds he FIXED the issue!!!!!!!! Hallelujah no more rattling car!! They were friendly, fair, and efficient and I felt like they went above and beyond for me. I will definitely go back. I had an appt for an oil change on 4/25 at 12:30p and when I got there I asked for someone to check the loud noise coming from under the hood. Nothing was put on my work order nor was anything said to me. I went somewhere else and was told it was the bearing inside my water pump which is very dangerous to ride around with. Avoid this place like the plague. My mother went in there needing two new tires. Instead of replacing the worn tires, they replaced the good ones. She noticed within the hour and returned to have them put the good tires back in place of the worn ones. Apparently they didn't like this because the tech said some nasty things to her before doing the job that she initially paid for. Shortly after leaving she noticed her car wasn't driving right and she called me over to check it out. I took it out for a drive as I have driven in several times recently and something was very wrong. I took it to a local shop I trust and suddenly all 4 of her struts are shot and need to be replaced. This car was in fine shape before she went into the shop and now needs close to a thousand dollars in work. Of course the shop denies and wrongdoing, but we have actually found 2 other people who have had similar problems recently with this place. The next step is a meeting with my attorney. Bottom line...avoid places like this, Jiffy Lube, etc. Their bread and butter is ripping people off. I only wish my mother had come to me first. read more

Battery died, someone recommended that I go here to get my battery changed. While there decided to change rear breaks because it was worn. If they knew they couldn't fix brakes, they should have said something, but they didn't. Bought the new battery, changed the brakes, and changed the oil. Ended up paying over $400. A couple of days later, took a trip out of town, while on a major highway, heard iron scraping, loud banging noises in the rear of the car. Went to a goodyear, they told me the new brakes did not have the caliper and bolts ... and did not recommend driving the car until it could be fixed. Unfortunately they didn't have the part, so I had to wait a couple of days. Finally they fixed it. Started hearing the noises again. To say that I'm disappointed in Just Tires and the work performed will be an understatement. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Qyst Tires in Media is totally unorganized and frankly not good at mechanical repairs or diagnosis, not to mention overpriced. I took my car here to get a simple repair. The day I picked my car up after they "fixed it" I noticed several more problems. Finally, I took it to another place to see what was going on and the new place told me that whoever i took it to previously had done such a poor job that this new place had to redo the work with new parts. Even the parts Qyst used were faulty. This place is awful. Not only dont I recommend it, I strongly warn others not to go here!
