This took time and effort away from his busy day with quite a few different interactions; not only calls with me but researching garages in the area I was in in Massachusetts, but also actually calling and talking with the owner of the garage I ended up taking my car for the service needed. He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem."
