Great experience at Jiffy Lube! Needed an oil change fast! Paul, the manager, & technican Jamss were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was handled quickly and explained the service without any pressure. Excellent customer service and a great reflection of the Jiffy Lube team. Highly recommend! read more

Very sweet and helpful crew. They did everything they could to fix what was wrong. The manager was kind and his workers great. Good people

These people are awesome!!!! I went around 11:30 in the morning on a Monday and this crew was super efficient. AJ the general manager was very kind, put-together, and he made me feel taken care of. Leroy was working with me and my vehicle and he was also fantastic, focused, with a great attitude. Looking around too I was just very impressed by the staff's work ethic, energy, and communication. Major respect for this location and its people! Paid $110 with tax for major quality and saved so much time. Also, literally sub-15 minute oil change!!! read more

The guys who work here are so nice! They are also super efficient. I went in around 10am and there was no wait. Since several guys were available, they worked together and my oil change took maybe 10 minutes. Another time I went in to get my tires rotated and it took maybe 5 minutes. So convenient for a busy working mom! read more

Good quick service. Would go back again. This visit was very quick and efficient. They even gave me a coupon to help with cost.

Needed a basic maintenance service. Anthony and crew guided me in (no wait on a Tuesday mid-morning) and gave me details of exactly what they would do. They did it all and then some. Very professional and thorough with my car. Very professional and polite with me. I'll be there the next time my car tells me it needs something! read more

During the pandemic this was my go to. But recently got my oil change done at Midas and it was cheaper. They have a great headlight cleaning service and are normally pretty quick. read more

This is the best Jiffy Lube--or any quick-oil-change-place--service I've ever had. In and out, no "looks like you need new wipers" nonsense. They asked if they needed to check anything in particular--and I said to top off the tires. I was out of there in less than 10 min. Plus they zeroed out the "needs oil change" light. read more

came to get my freon vacuumed. the staff ended up taking care of me and even threw in a free cap, great service fair prices.

Had to wait a looong time. Not enough workers here today on time. Levi helped us and apologized for the unusually long wait time. Still in and out in an hour. Easy peasy. Wait time is what dropped there rating- not the service tho. read more

This Jiffylube location offers drive-up service, meaning you don't need an appointment ahead of time. I drove in and they were able to take my car right into the queue. I waited inside until my vehicle was up next and one of the staff members spoke to me about what services I wanted for my vehicle. I was surprised to learn the wide variety of car services they offer, it's not just oil and filter changes. They did seem to push the blended and fully synthetic oils pretty hard (naturally, it costs more) and seemed miffed when I told them I just wanted the standard oil. I was there probably just over an hour which wasn't too bad. Make sure before you go that you check the Jiffylube website for coupons, as they always seem to have a discount available. I was able to save %15 with an online printed coupon. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service I received at this Jiffylube and would return the next time I need an oil and filter change. read more

Quick service and good customer service as well. They got us in and out in no time flat.

Friendly, fast service. I highly recommend coming here for any vehicle needs. Very diligent.

quick service! would come back here again great job, in and out quickly good customer service read more

Quick reliable service. Even got coupon online and once I received my oil change a offer for a 25 dollar gift card.

Love this place! Great service and staff! Quick and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was going to be charged $130 for just an oil change... They were just going to give me Pennzoil. Overpriced asf in my opinion, so I went somewhere else and it was only $50 total. Don't go to this Jiffy Lube location. read more

Excellent service. I stayed in my car for the whole time. Quick and easy. Staff were very nice. The place was clean

Tim and his crew was very helpful when I came in to get my oil change. Not only did I get an oil change, but Tim informed me about my filter needing to be changed and gave me the information I needed to get it changed. He didnt have mine in stock, so instead of making me wait, he called a nearby store and got it delivered from there and changed it in like 10 minutes! They were all amazing. Would definitely recommend. read more

Always quick and efficient! Checking over fluids and oil change. Had really fogged over headlights made new again and what a difference. Very nice! read more

They allowed me to come in for an oil change right before they closed. They were all incredibly kind, considerate, and professional. Thank you guys!! read more

Very professional company . I brought my jeep In to get an oil change... even though it was $99.00 and could not afford i.. the manager was still very honest and filled with integrity read more

Horrible service. Showed up at 11:05 am with just one car in front of us. They originally quoted us $135 for just a standard oil change and then around 12:05pm they say they are finishing up. People that came after us had already paid and left and after about 10 more minutes, they said they forgot to put the oil in and it was in fact NOT READY. Needless to say, will not be coming here again, read more

The service was quick but no offer of a tire check or topping off of fluids. I called the corporate office and when I did not have my Invoice number, the representative disconnected the phone call. The location was Newberry Rd in Gainesville, FL. Very expensive for not very good service. read more

Location has improved drastically over the last few months.. new manager.. mostly new crew.. in and out in 20 mins.. I will definitely be back.. read more

They lost the cap for the transmission fluid. The manager told me I didn't need it. Had to wait hours for a replacement and they wouldn't even discount my service. Last time at another location with same ownership they forgot the gasket for the oil filter. My fault for coming back. Will never go to another Gainesville Jiffy Lube. HORRIBLE read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Instead of being directed to which bay I should pull into, the staff just staired at me and continued to converse. When I asked for prices she directed me inside. I commented that I just wanted a quote on the oil change. She told me he could offer me coupons. I waited 36 minutes as they lifted the hood of my car and " investiaged my issues." He called me over to the computer told me, he didnt offer discounts and that my car was in desperate need of transmission flush, rotation of tires, coolant, air filter and fully synthetic oil change. I advised him that had he enter my name correctly in the computer he see that I had all of that done by them 90 days ago when I was there last! Just the Synthetic oil change how much? He have me a price and within minutes came back in to tell me that my engine is larger then they anticipated and they already started the work, " it would be $35 more." Really is this the first time the 5 of you have ever seen a Highlander? 41 minutes later they drove my vechile out but, didnt call me up to pay, so I asked, they truely said to me they were too busy to cash me out. I waited another 17minutes, was brought to my car and told by the tech that as a courtesy they vacuumed out my car NO, there was oil streaked all over my driver side carpet. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Ps, they never turned off my oil change light. read more

I would give this place a 0 star if I could!! They completely hassled my nephew (likely because he's a young, white, teenager) told him my car needed 6quarts of full synthetic oil BEFORE they were even told what type of car needed an oil change. After he had to ask the cost they told him it would be $115 for just a BASIC oil change. I have had my car for 3 years and have never paid more than $35 for an oil change. They workers were so unapproachable and unavailable I had to leave my conference to go out and call the jiffy lube to tell them NO WAY and to return the keys... even on the phone the man tried to argue and "mansplain" me. Unless you want to pay for overpriced racism... GO ELSEWHERE. read more

Went on my lunch break and was out in 20 mins for an oil change. Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Thank you!

Guy on the phone was very short and very rude. I simply asked for availability, and he talked to me like I was stupid. They're the closest shop to my house, but I'll gladly drive further for someone with an idea of what customer service should look like. read more

I had my oil change at Jiffy lube and it was a great experience. I didn't even have an appointment but they took me right in. They got the job done quickly. They were also nice. read more

I never write yelp reviews yet this inspired me to do my first one. I was basically just quoted $1000 for a tire rotation oil change and battery. They even showed me my cabin filter that was clean and tried to sell me a brand-new one. What a terrible company. read more

I was traveling back home from FSU and my car was shaking really bad on the highway, so I had to stop in somewhere to make sure everything was okay. I pulled in here to ask for help and they filled up my tires with air, went underneath the car to make sure there wasn't any damage, checked my engine then, told me what I needed to have done to it when I got home. While I was there they were EXTREMELY nice and went above and beyond. The kind of employees every employee would want! read more

!st time with Jiffy Lube. At first the oil change looks expensive but they offer a lot of perks. Calvin gave me a 20% discount because it was my first time. He was polite and very efficient. My oil change took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely go there again read more

Avoid at all costs! I refuse to go to Jiffy Lube because of this place. A few years ago, I had my oil changed here. I drove my 3 miles to work and when I got there my car was completely overheating. My husband came up and checked it. They had completely removed bottom radiator hose! I was just reminded of this because my cousin just had a similar issue with a Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville! What the hell is going on?! Just stay away! read more

Houston - we have a problem! Store # 1342 has consistently been a problem from the looks of these reviews. Today, was my fourth and final time at Jiffy. Why? There is NO JIFFY and there is NO LUBE. I have worked in the service industry from entry levels to management. I am way more patient than most people. However, today's 94+ minute "non-Jiffy" oil change was just t-o-o ridiculous. There are simply too many alternatives for customers nowadays - and it is because of places like this! Four "no-hustle" men that were on duty from 3:15 - 4:48 moved only four cars ahead of mine. One of the guys had time to go to Publix and buy drinks and a 20 piece chicken. I wanted a simple oil change. Yes, they tried to up-sell the oil and a air filter - but 94 minutes out the door! Seriously Houston! read more

I took my truck back to jiffy lube because of a time crunch. I was told by one of the guys - I have a coupon. When I went to leave there was no coupon until prompted . Also my vehicle was not vacuumed as told and my tire pressures were checked on the paperwork but I had to put air in two of my tires to clear the check tire light. I expect a certain amount of truthfulness. Never again will I go to jiffy lube read more

Thought I'd trade some money for saving time and get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. The technician failed to properly reattach the engine skid plate which fell off while going down the road. I've attempted to resolve this amicably with both the district manager and Heartland Automotive staff, but have been unsuccessful after a month. Now the complaint and any follow ups are ignored. My only recourse at this point is to sink more time/money/energy on a small claims case or leave a review and free myself from this mess. What happened in my case may be an exception and you may very well have great service hundreds of times from Jiffy Lube. The true test of how a business does at customer service isn't when everything goes right but how they resolve issues when things don't go right. At every level Jiffy Lube and Heartland Automotive have failed at this test for me Now I'm out almost $300 after an oil change and repairs. In the end, it turns out I spent almost 10x what I normally would have for an oil change, and lost almost a day of work dealing with the repair on top of it. I'll be saving my money and time on my next oil change and opting not to return to Jiffy Lube. read more
