I've gone in a few times and been turned away as my oil wasn't dirty enough to change just yet ( a dealership would never - which is why i never go there). Most recently though, I was touched by the genuine care offered by Jason. I had just brought my car home from the shop and she was leaking oil. Obviously I was freaking out and stressed so I called Jiffy to see if they could take a look and Jason answered the phone and gave me a very enthusiastic, " Of course we can!" and I just about cried hahahaha aaaaahh this might seem like a small gesture of service, but to have someone answer the phone and greet you with authentic care is unparalleled customer service. Anyways, I know this is a long review, but I feel very safe and valued coming here and I want to share that fact with the public. 11/10.

They forgot to start the truck when checking oil, forgot windshield wiper inspectio, had ask the guy if he could check tires and the to top it off, when I got home I thought I better check under hood, yep they forgot to top up windshield washer fluid I which Cory promised would be done.

I ended up calling Lube City to find out if they had the right battery for my car at first they said they didn't, but the manager for me back and told me he actually did have it. I was able to get a boost and get into their shop immediately and was out within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this. If you are AMA member they charge the same prices as AMA for a new battery.

Lube City did just what I asked.. an oil change. No checking the transmission fluid and push to have it flushed ( as some companies do and push to change it when it is not necessary ). In other words.. do not upsell me on something that will not be needed . The service was very quick and the staff were great. Actually the guy I was talking to had a wicked sense of humor.. which is what I really like. He must have worked at another place, because every time he did something like check the tires, wipe the windshield, he kept saying " and that's another $5.. " . I sat in the car laughing while he kept doing his tasks. " You know it will cost you $10 for us to lower your hood ". I loved his sense of humor. Overall, I paid a bit over $100 for the service and will be definitely coming back to get the oil changes done. Finally, a place that wont gouge you for every dollar you got.

This place is terrible. i paid 1500 to have work done that didn't need to be done. My car had the…read moresame problem the day after it was "fixed".I went back and had to keep calling daily to see if it they fixed the issue that i had already paid for. After 4 days they said they dont know what the problem is, but for a extra 200 they could put some piece in my catalatic converter of for 500 change it. My issue was an engine problem it was shaking when i drove it. It had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. it wasnt getting compression. The mechanic didn't even speak english. I dont know if they even did the work i paid for. I took it to another mechanic who is Caucasian and he told me it wasn't getting compression as the valves weren't opening fully and there is build up of carbon in the engine. He didnt even charge me for a diagnostic. Which took him a few hours to complete. I will never go to Deans again. I paid hard earned money and still got screwed over.

The damn thing was living in there! 3 employees came over and started checking a few places to make sure the mouse hadn't done any damage, and they cleaned up the nest. I was really happy with the work that was done on my car and they explained things in a way that my non-car brain could easily understand. True, but I can't change my oil myself. I'm not car equipped, and the other day the check engine light came on my dashboard. Before panicking and sending my car to the mechanic I checked, and saw I was well overdue for an oil change. Wanting to get my oil change done quickly (it was a Friday afternoon and I knew I wouldn't be able to book an appointment somewhere with a mechanic until Monday) I came to Jiffy Lube. There are two Jiffy Lubes in Leduc, one in Leduc Common and this one on Sparrow Drive. I came here and got in right away. The girl working was nice, and I appreciate that she didn't try to upsell me on different packages. I've been to some drive-thru oil change places (and non-drive thru places) where they will try to get you to buy a more expensive oil change, or they'll say "you need your air filter replaced because it's too dirty" when it really isn't. She showed me the air filter, and said "you should be good until next time." I appreciate there wasn't a spiel about me needing to buy a new filter. It was fast and friendly. The free wifi was a really nice touch as well. The downside to Jiffy Lube is that it is pricey $75 for an oil change. If you collect airmiles they take that so you can get a few airmiles. If my check engine light hadn't come on then I probably would have booked my oil change somewhere cheaper, but the job got done and I had a relatively painless and stress-free experience.

Our receptionist at work called me this morning and told me she was at jiffy lube and the guy…read morechanging her oil told her she had a pretty bad oil leak and needed to get it repaired right away told her that when she revved it up it squirted pretty good she was advised to take it to go auto and not drive very far but she told them that she would get the mechanics at work to look at it. After close inspection by myself and another mechanic we both found independently that they had spilled oil while filling the engine and no leaks found. As a single mother she was very concerned that it would cost her a lot of money that she doesn't have to spend right now. Would just like to say that not all mechanics are incompetent or crooked like these guys are sorry ladies
