I got here at around 4 pm, and pulled into one of drive up bays. Phil started working on my car right away. He checked the antifreeze and showed me that it was rated for temps way below zero. He checked AND topped off all my other fluids and even checked my tires which I thought was so nice. At the end he said well your car is all good and that he didn't really do anything so there was no charge. As a woman, going to car repair/oil/whatever place can be challenging because I kind of expect to be screwed over in some way and I was expecting to be charged at least $100. That was not the case at Kings Oil, and I appreciate that. I have since recommended Kings Oil to my other friends, and they received 20/10 service as well. We forgave that one, and moved on with our lives. Then a year ago, they failed to appropriately reattach my skid plate after an oil change and it started dragging on the ground a few days later. We forgave that as well, because we have in general had a positive experience with them. Last week, a few days after getting another oil change, I was driving on a highway a few hundred miles from home when the skid plate again fell mostly off and started dragging on the pavement, and had to be removed for the remainder of my trip. They are replacing it for me for free, but my car has been without a skid plate for a week now while I completed my trip & I have lost trust that this location's quality control is what it should be. After calling for weeks and getting the run around, my father went up to the 84th L location where the truck was still sitting outside which they had told me it was going to be towed to another location (65th L) where they have been working out of due to storm. The next day they magically contacted me and said my ignition module and ABS module were bad. Not once after they did the diagnostics to determine those modules were bad did they bring up the brake booster, which would've showed when they hooked the vehicle to the computer to determine the modules were bad!. Had a prior diagnostic done from the Jeep dealership which the brake booster did not show up as needing to be replaced, only showed lost communication to a module. Took about two weeks to repair. Paid $2500, when I picked up my vehicle all these lights were on my dash which wasn't on there when I dropped my truck off. Brake light, Airbag, and mile odometer was flashing. They advised when I picked up my vehicle that something was wrong with my brake booster, which is connected to the ABS module they said they had to replace. I requested to see the old modules to ensure they were replaced and they were not provided. Prior to this they told me they were having a hard time programming the ABS module. I still reiterated that the lights on my dash were not there when I towed the vehicle to them. They advised for additional $1200 they can repair the brake booster that they damaged.

After waiting all day for a response he finally got a call from Paul grudgingly saying that they would want the car back to have someone come over and touch up the paint, of course not a body shop but a alignment and wheel shop. He told them that he didn't feel comfortable bring it back to the same people that damaged it and he asked for a actual body shop to do the work of course after explaining that to Paul he said no this is the only way and that's it! After buying a vehicle from here I don't think I can ever go back to a regular dealership. Instead of sitting at a dealership for 4+ hours looking at various vehicles and haggling with a sales guy who has to check with his manager in order to actually do anything, I called them, told them the general details of the vehicle I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and when I needed it. Jeff, the owner, spent an entire Saturday searching all over the country and sending me various vehicles he thought I might like. I was able to consider them from the comfort of my own home - no waiting at the dealership. He was super patient even when I turned vehicles down for minor issues (I preferred the newer body style, I wanted a sun roof, I didn't like the paint color, etc.). They understand that a vehicle is a big purchase and are willing to spend the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. After a few vehicles they sent me one I really liked. I was able to ask a few follow up questions about the vehicle and then told them I wanted it. The vehicle was located in another state (Ohio I believe), and they took care of having it transported here. The cost of transportation was included in the price they quoted me, and actually there was not a single "hidden" fee throughout the entire process - the price they quoted me is what I paid, down to the penny. They called me when the vehicle came in and I met them at their dealership. Jeff walked me through the entire vehicle and made sure I did not have any other questions or concerns and it was exactly what they promised me. I spent about 30 minutes doing the paperwork and was done. If you would prefer to look at vehicles in person, they have many high-end vehicles at their dealership which is 100% INDOORS, so no dealing with Nebraska's ever-changing weather. They also have a really good website that is easy to navigate and has high quality, detailed photos of the cars they have available (my husband spent a ridiculous amount of time on it before he got his last vehicle and tells me it is one of the best car websites he has seen). I have had my vehicle for 5 months now and have been very happy with it. This is the only way I will buy a vehicle in the future.

After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up.
