I took my car there one time to get work done and I recommended doing something else to car and they asked, "why?" Costing $145 for just an oil change, this may be the correct price but the board was misleading. One of the employees (short, bald, old guy) was rude and unprofessional to other employees and customers. Would talk poorly about customers after they left. On the web site was listed Jiffy Lub which is across the street. But, Jiffy Lube said they had new owner and didn't do these anymore. They said Brakes Plus was doing them now. The company that wanted this listed over 20 locations in the metro and prices from $20 to $40. When I asked at their desk the attendant said he wasn't aware they were doing this now. He went to the 'boss'. He told me, "Yes, we do those now the cost is $100." WHAT? I told him the listed price had been $20 at Jiffy Lube and others in the metro and had only come here because they were the closest to my home. I received a look from the guy in front of me that said...."Yea, but he's the boss." I didn't get angry, but I did laugh and made the comment that I would be writing about this online. Well, here it is. What I decided is, NEVER EVER go to this shop. If they will charge $100 for something that YES a different Jiffy Lube did in less than 5 minutes for $20. Ask yourself this! What are they doing and charging for everything else they do?

After emailing me 3000 times after booking the appointment, I never received a receipt explaining the extra charge. When I got home I noticed my center caps were all bent in the same place. I called. The guy was rude and insulting. I brought the truck back, he took pictures, and said someone would be in touch. That never happened. I had to replace not only the center caps, but all my lugs because they used an impact (with no extension hence the dents) and rounded several of them off. A bear to remove. I don't think I can say enough good things about Cornhusker Auto Wash. I first started going there…read moreconsistently two years ago when I was trying to find somewhere to get my oil change before I went out of town. There I discovered Cornhusker Auto. The oil change department prides themselves on being fast and NO APPOINTMENTS. They are so quick that when you pull your car in, you are probably there 15 minutes tops and the cost is second to none compared to other places! They take pride in their work and I can't imagine getting my car serviced by anyone else. Something I never liked doing was car washes. Just never got the point of them. But when you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash from them that comes with cleaning the inside of your car for you! So you drop off your car they clean the inside, they get it on the automatic car wash part and you can watch your car get cleaned. And they will then give you the keys when done. The workers are very kind and detailed oriented. Just such a great gem in Bellevue that I hope more people used!
