The service at Berman's Infiniti was $2,499 plus tax. Avondale did everything and more for $1,260. HALF! It included replacing every fluid - oil, brake, trans, differential, coolant - plus all filters, tire rotation, throttle cleaning, and more. I had the car in at 8:30 and it was done by 4:00. I've waited at Berman's 3 hours just to get an old change and tires rotated. Not only that, but the guys there were great to deal with, especially Nabor. I'm moving out of state soon, but if I wasn't this would be the only place I would take my car. I cannot recommend Avondale Auto Repair highly enough. Make it 6 stars.

Nate Hoffman @ Rockwell Auto Clinic reached out with pricing for the 3 tasks that was nearly half of what we'd been quoted @ Toyota of Lincoln Park; a complete starter and must-do. He even recommended that I avoid getting the alignment done @ Toyota, and postpone it until after the suspension work was done; sound advice that the service advisors @ Toyota of Lincoln Park did not provide. I dropped the car off on a late afternoon and retrieved it the following day with no issues whatsoever; the car now rides, steers, and brakes just as it did when new. Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and we'd definitely return to Rockwell Auto Clinic for future work on our vehicle.

I provided them with the information requested and was sent a text with the estimate. I then asked about the Costco 15% voucher and a time to bring the car in for repair. Their responds was I needed to bring the car in to the shop for a physical inspection to provide an accurate estimate. I brought the car to you on Friday May 14, 2026 asking for the estimate on the trailing arms and inquired about the dash board lights. They asked for 2 hours of time to prepare this. I received the estimate for the repairs along with an inspection report and quotes for 17 other "issues", I did not request an inspection of any kind. When I return to retrieve the car and finalize the repairs I ask a couple of question, first will they honor the Costco voucher and timing to have the repairs completed. Here are my challenges with the transaction, I had temporary access to these estimates and was locked out once I paid the fee of $81.00 ($77.,25 actual debit transition), your website states a free estimate but you charged me and then restricted my access. The garage has a deal with Costco to take 15% off the total bill but when asked I was told you would take 10% on part and 15% on labor. The texted estimate was $1610.00 prior to me asking about the Costco discount and the realtime estimate was $1750 as I recalling only being able to view it prior to lockout. Most concerning was your raid silent when I called to follow up on Saturday as requested by you, I called around 8:30 AM , followed up with a text at around 11 AM and another at 2:15 PM and as on this email there has been no response. The work has been completed by another garage and its is worth pointing out in this review it was completed at a cost of 1/2 what Logan Square Garage was going to charge me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, it is a money grab.

It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. On June 10th, I was in training as a driver for a non emergency medical transportation company, we were on the Kennedy expressway headed to the north suburbs when one of the passengers requested her urgently the need to go to the bathroom ASAP, I exited off of the expressway and the first place I saw was Jiffy Lube located 4400 W Montrose, Chicago, although I drove in the exit lane the team member Giselle greeted me with a kind smile and ask how can we assist you, I explain my dilema and she was very understanding and allowed us to use the restroom. All the team members seem to be busy helping customers, but they ALL were so kind and patient with us. Thank you Jiffy Lube team members and leader for being compassionat, it was GREATLY Appreciate!! I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Giselle specifically worked on my car, and she did an excellent job. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done without any pressure or upselling. The service was fast and efficient, but still thorough. Giselle made sure everything was handled correctly and treated me with genuine care and respect, which really stood out. The rest of the staff was friendly and organized, and the location is clearly well-run. I have to say that I hate bringing my car in for services but the staff at the Jiffy Lube #192 at 4400 Montrose Ave made the experience almost pleasant (as pleasant as it can possibly be for me to go to a mechanic). The staff was extremely polite, professional, and were mindful of my time, doing their best to decrease my wait time. Giselle P at 4400 Montrose Ave in Chicago gave excellent service to me by explaining that my car could use an engine flush, and explained the process. My car sounded like a tin can going into Jiffy Lube. But sounded like new when I drove out of Jiffy Lube. She was my angle in disguise. There were vehicles packed closely in front of me, meaning I physically had nowhere to move. When I respectfully explained that I only needed two minutes to finish with the children, the man escalated the situation. He marched up to my driver-side door and aggressively attempted to swing my door open. This behavior is not only wildly unprofessional, but it is also a hostile physical violation of my safety. As a young 22 year-old woman alone, I felt incredibly threatened by a middle-aged man attempting to breach my vehicle. Do Better.
