Even though I live on the east side, I chose to drive across town to this Jiffy Lube on the west side--and I'm glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the team was courteous, professional, and welcoming. They didn't just rush through the service--they took the time to explain what they were doing, walked me through what they found under the hood, and offered thoughtful, non-pushy recommendations for future maintenance. I also had the chance to speak with the manager, who shared that he's been with Jiffy Lube for 35 years. Many of the staff have been at this location over a decade as well. That kind of employee loyalty and experience shows in the quality of service. Five stars for a super easy annual inspection. I usually bring my cars to another place but they weren't able to fit the Sprinter van into their garage due to a low clearance issue. Okay, so we're here and it was perfect. Cheaper, too! Maybe not as quick, since they do other repairs here and I had to wait a bit but that's to be expected. Still, friendly and helpful and they got it done. Keep in mind that these places do not make much money, if any, on these inspections. It took us so long to find a place that would do standard annual safety inspections (particularly for EVs), but Quentin said "no big deal, bring it here first thing in the morning!" Someone from next-door mentioned this particular Jiffy Lube if you look at the other reviews for other locations, they pale by comparison to this particular one. Everyone was friendly. The waiting room was clean the young man who answered the phone, obviously knew what he was talking about. They got me in for service the next morning, and fortunately I didn't need as much work as I had been told by another place I needed. Was my first time getting an oil change. As a young woman I was very scared of getting overcharged for things I understand. Instead I was treated very well. The worker here took the time to explain what kind of oil my car takes and how much it holds. He also took the time to explain everything that I was charged for which I greatly appreciated. WARNING - The franchise owner, David S., does not care about his customers. I brought my car in and Jiffy Lube told me to leave it in the parking lot. They didn't bring it in overnight, and the windows were SMASHED in and vehicle damaged. The employees the next day said it should have been brought inside. When reaching out to David, he didn't even apologize or ask if everything was okay. Instead he said it's not his responsibility and I need to deal with it on my own with my own insurance. I have reached out on multiple occasions and he is now ignoring me. I have been coming here for 3 years, and he didn't offer any type of assistance for support. I will now be going elsewhere and recommend you do too. read more

I came here to get an inspection so I can switch my out of state tag to a NC tag. You're required to have a passed inspection to get one, I've lived here before so i'm aware of this. They turned me away saying I didn't need one to get a tag and to just take my car to the dmv.. talking in circles and not hearing me. Went somewhere else and they did my inspection no problem and confirmed that i 100% would need one to get a new tag. You guys were no help and i'm assuming talked to me like i'm dumb because im a younger woman. Good thing im not stupid and I took my money elsewhere. read more

Pay attention to the price you are charged versus what you are quoted. I was told $35 for an engine flush only to be charged $60. When I brought it up, the employee only took $10 off and charged my card. Once I noticed I was still paying more than the $35 amount quoted, I had to explain to the employee why that was wrong, which he finally made up for. This is unethical business practice. read more

Dropped my truck off and go to the waiting room. Everything's good, friendly staff. Minutes later employee comes in to tell me they don't have enough conventional oil in stock. I suggest they top it off with better oil and charge me the same as they failed to properly stock the store. They tell me "that's above our pay grade" and the the manager isn't there to make a call. If you trust your employees enough to run the store without a manager you should trust them to make small decisions like this. Very disappointing experience. read more
