This place is awful. They are trying to deny my sisters claim now that I've filed a complaint. The error was on them. We are NOT mechanics. How are we supposed to know that oil is in the alternator??? You want us to magically fix an issue that you caused before it happens??? No. I'm calling the news and my attorney. If you all don't fix this I'll be at Jiffy in the morning. Her oil change was 11/22, less than 90 days her car cuts off due to oil in/on the alternator and they are blaming us! We went back to the actual location for help when we saw the leak and they didn't even inspect anything just put the cap on and gave her a coupon. Now she has to pay out of pocket and they are using this as a reason to deny. Adan told me the manager at this location had been there for 3 weeks...he was new. So who was supposed to tell us they needed to see the car? Adan didn't get to me until a whole week after we called the location and the manager told us 24 hours for a response and I had to call corporate myself to get Adan! The mechanic even called and said come see the car I have the parts here for you to see everything the oil was still coming out of her car after repairs! After having my oil changed at this shop, I discovered that my oil was leaking so I went back for them to rectify. They supposedly fixed the problem; however, the car (a2018Camry) continued to leak leaving huge oil stains on my new garage floor. When I requested a refund I was given the run around and two of the managers all of a sudden no longer worked there. I contacted the corporate headquarters, who in fact did have the supervisor contact me. He told me on two occasions that he would send a form so I could obtain a refund. This took over five weeks. No form came until the supervisor was contacted again by corporate representatives. I was sent a digital copy which I completed, but the address they gave me would not accept the form. I finally drove a copy of the forms to the jiffy lube store where the work was done and left it for the manager. She had told me that she wasn't going to be there, so she had me leave it with another manager. As it turns out, the manager for whom I had left it no longer was "with the company". At this point, yet another manager told me she would contact the supervising manager to get the paperwork to him. We'll see if that happens. After all, it's only been two months since this whole mess transpired. Good news! Thank you Mr. Joiner for handling this matter. You were very kind, and I appreciate that this matter was handled although it was a little longer than expected. read more

Horrible experience, with no care by their new manager, Greg. After stopping by the Kennesaw location to get an oil change, Greg, who was manager (at that time), told me I needed new motor mounts on my car. He said they could do it there, but it would take about two hours. I waited in their lobby for over two hours, and then Greg came to tell me they can't get the parts they need today, and I'll have to come back after I go buy the parts. I ordered them myself, and after they arrived a week later, I drove 25 minutes back to the shop only to be told that he's been transferred to the Cartersville location. I called Cartersville, and after finally getting an answer, the guy said my only option was to bring it there to have the mounts replaced because only he had the tool. So I drove another 30 minutes out of the way (keep in mind I'm having to drag my family through all this, too, because I have to leave my car). After arriving, he told me to come back at closing time, and they will have it done. Great! But no, after driving all the way back home, I got a call from Greg that they have my car in the bay and that he's "elbow deep in the job" but they are missing a tool they need and can't get it done until next weekend. He claims to have the tool "at his house," but taking my car back before next weekend oddly wasn't an option. I offered to go buy the tool and bring it to him now. His words are, "Oh no, it's a really expensive special tool." When I insisted, he couldn't even tell me the tool he needed. As an aside, this job only required two sockets to be completed, I ended up doing it myself with no special tools. After driving another 30 minutes back to get my car, it's very apparent that they never even brought my car into the bay, and Greg had lied. It was backed into the exact spot exactly as I left it. The parts I ordered were sitting in the front seat, unopened. This manager, Greg, wasted hours and hours of mine and my family's time on TWO different weekends, and then lied to me when he wasn't capable of doing the job. I would stay far, far away from him, as he does not operate his business in good faith. read more

People are very polite and understanding, I've been to quite a few mechanics in cartersville and these are the first that they've fixed what needed to be fixed and I got my car back in good condition. They're attentive but not pushy, while still being professional. Haven't had a bad experience yet, and don't expect too. read more

I went there yesterday and was greeted by the manager, Yvette. Everyone was kind and professional and fast.

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get a oil change just because of convenience and availability, I got rude service, and the worker left oil on my drivers side mat from his boots didn't put a shoe liner and it wasn't a few drops either it was a mess . I highly advise you to NEVER go to this location, I don't know about other jiffy lube locations. Full synthetic oil change and tire rotation was 137 bucks . I wont ever return. read more

Yesterday, I went back and had my oil changed only to find oil all over my garage floor this morning. Now I'm waiting here once again to have them replace the plug. Got oil change for my 2006 Mustang. Person doing job; left the spark advance hose off. , left & got half way into JFH Pky. & car stalled out, I almost got hit and caused an accident. I wouldnt trust them again to put air in my bicycle tires. I anm a retired Jet Aircraft Mechanic & if I did this kind of work as Jiffy Lube; There would have been dead folks. Stay Away. read more

Thought these were decent crew of workers, however I brought my 2014 jeep to get a SIMPLE oil change which somehow led to them cracking my oil filter, then having me PAY for labor and a brand new one... then I take my Jeep to an actual dealership and they inform me that my filter is still cracked. They started tending to other vehicles as well as mine so it took them over an hour to change my oil. If I was there first my vehicle should have been first priority. Took my truck in, noticed oil leaks in the driveway. Oil pan plug was finger tight. Thank you so much for the stains. My wife used to take our vehicles there for service, but last week on our SUV the shield, which has to be removed to change the oil filter, came off. Nice. The SUV was in for service prior to my truck, and we will no longer use Jiffy Lube. I do not believe that bolts on both vehicles just suddenly come loose. I only gave the five star review so that it would not immediately be taken down. To the customer service agent: yes, you can take out bad reviews. I will not call your 800-number because I do not expect somebody to come out and clean my garage or driveway. I just will not go there again. Finger tight on the oil plug or any other item that you have to remove is not acceptable. read more

When I arrived just after lunch, there were no cars in the shop and, by my count, 5 employees (two top side and 3 in the pit). It took over 30 minutes for a standard oil change! There was a lot of shuffling around but little visible work done. When they finished and I paid, I was told what services were performed and then they were printed on the receipt. Standard Jiffy Lube treatment. However, when I got in my car it was obvious that the interior windshield was not cleaned and the car interior had not been vacuumed. Both of these are printed on signage inside the store, told to me at checkout, and printed on the receipt. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do (to the point that I checked the oil dipstick to be sure I had full, clean oil). I'll keep looking for a trustworthy, fast oil change / light maintenance shop. read more

I will never ever ever ever ever go here again!!!! I took the car there around 1155am on a Saturday and figured it would be busy. To my surprise they only had one car ahead of me. I had a friend come pick me up around 12:35PM but before leaving I paid and even got a small discount bringing the total around 91 bones. They were pulling the car in and were under the hood before I left. I was told air in my tires would be 35 around which it isn't and there's no sticker on the windshield telling me the next oil change. Luckily I know it's 3,000. I come back to the shop around 220PM. Car is out in the parking lot but he tells me it's not done. I'm like wtf!?! It's been two hours. The whole time, they working on other people's car. Said they need to put the plastic piece back on under the car. I'm like how long is that going to take? The employee replies "A quick second" that shit took an additional 40 minutes!!! It is what it is and we live and learn but it's definitely an experience that will never happen to me again at least not by them. read more

Jiffy Lube in Cartersville, GA did an amazing job with my oil change. John was so efficient . The way he treats customers is awesome. I had a bad experience with Walmart Auto Center. That is what lead me to Jiffy Lube. Walmart had a four hour wait for service. Walmart sold me a tire and couldn't put it on because the overhaul of customers they could not service. John was a professional person he fixed my tire and completed an oil change in no time.He made me feel welcome to become a Jiffy Lube customer. He has the best customer service around and was so nice and friendly. I would return to this location if this is how they treat customer with fast and friendly service. They did better than Walmart. They did a great job, I didn't have to wait long, the prices are competitive, and I REALLY appreciate the fact that they didn't try to upsell me products I didn't need. Dropped in for an oil change. Was told they were out of regular motor oil only had synthetic oil which is higher priced. I said OK, do the oil change. They did provide a $15 coupon. The service took about 40 minutes which is about 20 minutes longer than I am used to at a fast service location. After completing the service and driving off, I noticed a very greasy handprint on my driver's side door just below the window and a very greasy footprint on the inside of the driver's knee hole at the lower door location. Disappointed this location is pretty sloppy handling the product and leaving some of it inside a very clean automobile interior for the client to clean up! read more
