They are absolutely horrible and provided the worst experience I have had in my 20 years of owning…read morecars. I drove my vehicle to them for an inspection, and afterward I was given only two options: either pay to have my vehicle TOWED at my own expense, or spend thousands of dollars on repairs with them. The reason my vehicle could no longer be driven was because they broke a part of the brake system while working on it. What was even more unbelievable was that they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I simply asked them to fix the part they had broken and return my vehicle to me in safe, drivable condition. They eventually repaired it, but I was still charged for the repair of the part that they had broken. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. I also find many of the positive reviews difficult to reconcile with my experience.

After moving closer to Pittsburgh a few years ago, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of repair shops near...and by how middling some experiences were! About a year ago, I took my car to this Monro on a whim, since I needed some fast work done. I was blown away by the service and decided to come back the next time I needed work done. Each experience here has been great. The folks who work here are capable and talented. And, most importantly, honest and clear. I never feel like I'm being pressured into work that doesn't need to be done, and John (the manager) is always up-front about costs and time (Malik, the assistant manager, is also a joy to deal with). I don't *like* having work done on my car, but entropy happens and cars age and need work. With this in mind, I'm still happy to visit this Monro when I need to have work done--it's also a good experience.

While not the typical place I go to, I had used this shop a few years prior to get new tires put on. I called ahead that my car was being towed to the shop and would like a diagnostics check. They replaced my battery to be able to do the diagnostics, which I approved. Once the diagnostics came back, it confirmed the bad alternator, and a few other things. I declined any further work on the vehicle and had it towed by my Dad out of the shop on 5/23 until I decided what work I wanted done on it. I was out of town for work but was able to inspect my car on 5/25 w hen I returned. Upon looking at my car, I noticed that my battery cover was missing but the new battery, put in by the shop, was there. I called the shop and got through to speaking to someone on 5/27 to ask about my battery cover being missing. They let me know they would go check for it and call me back in a few minutes. They never called back so I called the next day on 5/28. The customer service agent told me they were busy with another customer and that someone would call me back within the hour. It's now 5/29 and no one has called me back and it's looking like they lost and/or choosing to not rectify their mistake. I didn't expect them to reinstall the cover, even though it was their mistake. I just wanted it back and would install it myself. I would avoid going here simply for the fact that them choosing to not return calls or even be honest about the situation (Ex. "We lost your battery cover" or "We forgot to reinstall your battery cover").

When I arrived, Tony was there, and he sent out Shane and Dylan to help. Within 10 minutes they finished and I was on my way. Thank you, Meineke. I realize I purchased my wipers online and charging wasn't out of the question but doing it to help me for free was wonderful. This was over and above. Very appreciated. My advice - take your car to Meineke.

We put air in it ourselves a few times, but soon another one started to leak so we took the car back to Fleming's. We were told that the bead was leaking because chrome was flaking; they said this is very common with chrome rims. Also, a valve stem was leaking. They should have addressed the chrome issue when we bought the tires as well as replacing 4 valves. In addition, they never mentioned that the TPMS modules (tire pressure management system) needed to be replaced. We took the car to another tire store, and they did what Fleming's should have done in 2022. However, it cost us $487.52! Side note: even though we have always made appointments at Fleming's, they keep the car all day. The new store did the work in an hour!
