I've had problems with these people over filling my engine with oil My mechanic had to drain the oil in the amount of 7 Qts and re install it at 4.5 qts. It didn't, help my converter much. I told them not to do that and their just not watching what their doing or just don't care. Not worth losing my engine. I go somewhere else. read more

They are Scamming people here!!! I go to jiffy lube often but went to this location for the first time. Never asked me what oil I wanted like any other location. Guy comes back telling me an oil change for a Volkswagen Jetta cost $129. I asked why and he goes on to try to tell me because it's a European and it need so and so amount of oil, which doesn't make any sense cause I just did my oil change on my Volkswagen Atlas and it cost me $79. If you need an oil change go to the jiffy lube in Springfield, they show you all the oil prices before they work on it and when they're done they show your new oil level before they close the hood of the car read more

Needed an oil change and it's been hard to get it done as work kept getting in the way. All other shops had wait times of up to 5 hours . I pulled in walked into the office and 10 min later my oil change was done. These guys even vacuumed my rugs. I lucked out and showed up when there was no wait. The staff here could not have been nicer. I knew I had a tail light out, they discovered I also needed a brake light and replaced them all at a reasonable cost. Oil change was quick and I was on my way. Our family used to go to Sears auto center but last time my boyfriend went there they got grease all over his car and were not apologetic at all. They also overcharged him. Not the case here. The guys at Brookhaven Jiffy Lube are as professional as it gets. We will be back and will recommend this place for sure. read more

I never have been to a " jiffy lube" and never would have gone to one , being that I am mechanically inclined and always change my vehicles oil myself. but in the dead of winter , and being in between homes where I don't have my equipment to do so, I figured what the hell. can't be as bad as everyone says right? well guess what. it's that bad. oh they got me " in and out " alright . came home and noticed oil leaking onto the ground. they didn't take the time to wipe anything off, the " new" filter had oil slopped around it, and I told the manager I wanted Mobil 1 in the truck and he said " ok" and my receipt was for THEIR brand oil ( prime lubricants) showed me the trucks air filter, which wasn't bad but I said ok change it . 103$ later and I have oil on the ground. people , it's worth it to do it yourself. it would have costed me 35$ and 30 min of my time if I would have just done it myself. now I have to investigate this oil leak hopefully it's just old oil that they NEVER cleaned up. will not be going back here , not even worth calling and complaining , if you want something done right just do it yourself. no wonder these guys have a bad rap. read more

Stopped by here for a routine oil change in a fleet vehicle that requires ARI approval. Staff here says there having trouble getting thur to ARI there on hold waiting for a rep and won't do the oil change. And there were no other vehicles lined up for work. Kinda relieved they weren't willing to wait for a rep at ARI because I never use Jiffy lube but was told by my office to get the oil change asap. The things on my invoice, like what was checked in my car, or replaced didn't match up what was actually done. When I questioned the discrepancies, I was told that it was a computer error by the person filling out the form, but they didn't offer to fix it or print me an accurate copy. Additionally they were trying to sell me services that weren't even applicable to my car, like telling me I really need to replace parts that aren't even in the model of my vehicle. The service was very fast which was great and I haven't had any problems with the car since. So I guess I would say that the service was ok, but not very confidence inspiring. Last week I dropped my car off for inspection. I had told them my headlight needed to be replaced and that was done. However, shortly after picking up my car, my grill fell off while driving. I surmise this was probably so that I would have to return back for more services or negligence by the person who replaced my headlight. Since it is something I can fix myself, I ordered one on my own time. Why are parts of my car falling off minutes after I received an inspection? I chose Jiffy Lube because they have done a good job in the past and are affordable - especially compared to the scammers down the street. (AMF) Now I question whether or not they are still reliable or I should take my future services elsewhere. read more

NEVER GO HERE!!! I went in for an oil change today and they forgot a gasket around my oil filter. My car sprayed oil all over for about 20 miles before I realized the mistake. My car was practically out of oil at the this point and when I called back to the and asked to speak to the manager, I was told no one was around. The guy that answered the phone didn't seem too concerned about their mistake. Luckily I was close to the Jiffy Lube in Paoli, PA. For 10 years and 3 cars I have gone to this Jiffy Lube location. Never a problem. The service techs were consistently courteous and helpful. I never felt the "hard" sell for the upgrade or additional services, and as a female I appreciated the honesty. However, yesterday they lost a loyal customer over an oil change. The manager proceeded to tell me that my Volvo HAD TO have synthetic oil, any other oil would damage the engine. Since this is a new car, I was unfamiliar with the oil requirements. However, I let him know that I had recently had the car looked over by a AAA service center, that said I had two major repairs that needed servicing immediately. Upon dropping the car off to my regular mechanic, those repairs were non-existent. So, I was the type of person, who always verified any car issues with my regular mechanic and that if I found out synthetic oil was not required, we were going to have an issue. He proceed to swear up and down that Volvos must have synthetic oil. Guess what? No they do not when serviced at regular intervals, as I do and have done. So this manager lost around $3000.00 worth of business over a 10 year period for 70.00. Even when I gave him an out he still went for it. Hope it was worth it. Seriously bummed!!!! read more
