The same car in front of me had been there the entire time, and I realized even if they called me in right then, I'd be waiting another 45 minutes for an oil change. The tech inside was bouncing back and forth between bays trying to juggle multiple cars at once. No place called "Take 5" should take 45+ minutes for a basic oil change. This isn't on the techs, they looked frustrated, overworked, and miserable. Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people or cut down to one bay, because what's happening now is just poor management. Safe to say I won't be coming back.

Oil is still fresh on the top of the engine cover... which is weird because the guy was holding a Nice Sized Funnel... but I'm glad I was standing outside the car behind them watching them do it, just disappointed I have to spend More money even on top of their Non-discounted First time experience. We got towed to them around 3 pm on a Friday and were expecting to have to stay the night. The front desk said, let's see what we can do for you, and try to get you taken care of. They diagnosed the issue, jumped right on it, and had the part coming to their shop withing 20 minutes. They told me they were going to do their best to have it done before 6 pm (closing time). Wife and I went to a nice sandwich at subway across the street, walked around, and by the time we got back, around 5:20, they were just finishing up. We were back on the road by 6 pm. Big O charged $135.00…read more When we got the truck back we were told the brake booster was bad but there was still air in the lines. Took it to another shop in town. They bled the air from the brake lines and told us the brake booster is fine. When we asked for a refund on the brake bleed job we were only offered a 50% refund and only as a store credit! When a shop fails to perform a job they shouldn't charge you for their failure to do the job, and only offer a 50% store credit. Thats theft, pure and simple. That was Jason's solution.

Before fixing my motor they spent a few days diagnosing, having me drive and then diagnosing again before completely tearing into the motor. I'm glad they did because I had a cracked head and some cracked exhaust manifolds. They replaced everything and I got no more misfires! The motor had 209,000 miles or so and I expect it will work great for the new owner.
