Came in with an older Sprinter and it definitely turned into a bit of a project. These older Sprinters are tough to work on and parts aren't always easy to find, but Carson, Josiah, and Josh tracked down the right oil and air filters, cleaned out the air box, flushed the brake fluid, and got everything handled properly. The team was friendly, helpful, and did their best to get it done as quickly as possible given the circumstances. They stuck with it and got the job done right. Thanks guys! Apologies to anyone who got stuck waiting behind me. read more

After forty-two years of driving on five different continents, through countless rainstorms and snowstorms, I somehow still don't know how windshield wiper blades are supposed to work -- at least according to the manager at Jiffy Lube in Brigham City. I gave them a second chance after four perfectly fine oil changes. They sold me wiper blades for sixty bucks. Those blades now drag so badly they flop across the windshield, skip water, and twist the arms. When I brought it back this morning, the manager not only refused to replace them, he insisted this was completely normal. Most of us could change our own oil and wiper blades, but when your time is worth more than doing it yourself, you pay someone else to handle it. That's why I happily brought my business here -- until they insulted my intelligence instead of standing behind a sixty-dollar product. Add to that, don't send your wife to drop your car off -- they're constantly trying to oversell her on stuff you don't need. Jiffy Lube just lost a loyal customer for good. Never again. read more

Yelena was great! She provided exceptional customer service, very personable. Reasonable price for a good oil change.

These guys change my personal and work vehicles oil. They are very friendly and helpful. I don't have time to change my oil or I would do it myself. I trust them with my cars, and respect their advise. Sure, the oil changes are a little pricey, but they make up for it with their service. They changed some tail lights for me free of charge after one they put in weeks earlier burned out for some reason. read more

Went for an oil change a while back when I had my older 2013 VW Jetta thinking it'd be quick and cheaper than the dealership. 1st of all, it was a little over $100.00 ( I have a new Jetta now and I take it to the dealership for EVERY service and I just recently paid for an oil change and it was $87.00 and they were 1000x better than that joke of a auto shop.) 2nd of all, it was not quick. 3rd of all, one of the dumb little high schoolers working on my car stripped the oil pan bolt by not paying attention and tightening it too much and I was leaking oil until I took it back and thank god they fixed it without charge. I believe the guys name that helped me was James (sorry if I'm mistaken), he was very professional and helpful, got me a new bolt and fixed the leaking right away in the span of 20 minutes. So kudos to you James, as for the other majority of the kids working there, go get a different job or figure out how to do the one you have. read more

I went to Jiffy lube to just have my manual transmission drained and filled. They quoted me $100. I have never paid that much for this service, and the took $20 off when I asked why it was so much. The next day the transmission was poping out of gear, which it had never done before. When I pulled the drain plug to sevice the transmission myself, I found that there was not oil in the transmission. Thankfully I was able to address their mistake. ***Edit- while I did have an issue, it was addressed by the corporate office and they corrected the issue. I have visited several different Jiffy Lubes and I just happened to experience what I am sure was an infrequent mistake. Updated from 1 to 3 stars. read more

My husband has had some bad experiences with the local Jiffy Lube so when I get off work in a neighboring town I run to the Jiffy Lube there. I have a warranty service Protect my car, that I give them a phone # and contract # and they are always confused as to the process but they are so great at processing the warranty service for me. PMC pays for 3 oil changes per year for me. In spite of the confusion, they choose to get the info and process it after they quickly have my minivan back in action. They tell me what I need to watch for, ie a small oil leak--and where the problem area may be, but are not pushy. My husband says that when he did his Buick's oil that it was over 100. He does not have PMC on his vehicle, but both have full synthetic high mileage oil. So, the price may be more--but I have been happy with them. read more

I would not even give this dump a single star ! I took my mini van in for a safety inspection and failed due to bad windshield wipers. I had them replaced to pass safety. Well they replaced the blades with a pair that were too long and they got crimped and bent in the middle when I used them. I came bad to have them replaced and was told by the services person it was a defect on the van and they told me I had to go to the dealer to get it fixed so they would not replace the blades. I went to autozone and bought new blades that actually were the right size and haven't had any problems. So I will never go to jiffy lube for anything ever again. The blades they put on scratched my windshield when they bent and the service is really bad . It seems they don't want to be held accountable for their actions. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone ever!!! read more

I brought in a new company car for its first service. 7500 miles. They were supposed to change the oil, top off the fluids, and rotate the tires. They changed the oil and ignored the other two things. They also didn't reattach the air dam under the vehicle properly so after I drove away, about 3 blocks, it came loose and started dragging. When I went back everyone that worked there told me it wasn't their fault. When I reminded them that this was the very first time it had been serviced and asked who else could have messed it up they grumbled and walked away. Eventually they pulled it in and looked under it. The air dam had a big piece ripped out of it and the 'best they could do' was to finish tearing off the loose piece and reattach what was left. I asked them to order me a new air dam and make this right. They gave me some story about how only the owner could approve such an expense and that he's hard to get in touch with. But, they would talk to him and get back to me. I'm sure that was code for "we'll never talk to him or call you back" because it's been weeks and they haven't called. AVOID this place if you want a complete service and would like to have all the parts of your car put back the way they were when you came in . read more

Geoffrey and Ashley helped us. We were in a rental car that got the check engine light and had to stop. They are extremely helpful and gave us honest advice that was very useful for our trip up to Yellowstone. read more

I sat in my car for 20 minutes, waiting for them to even ask me what I wanted. Then I watched them finish my car, pull it out of the bay, and continued to work on another car for another 10 minutes. Then came in and asked me about a car that wasn't even mine. I wonder why the word Jiffy is in their name. read more

Wow. My owners manual states to use synthetic blend oil and Jiffy Lube advertized oil change is for CONVENTIONAL OIL. I did some research and turns out the manufacturer has not used conventional oil in anything for 22 years! The amount Jiffy Lube charge extra for synthetic blend or full synthetic is outragious! Heading to the dealer. The Dealer is less $$ and use the right Synthetic oil plus a Factory genuine oil filter! Not to mention Jiffy Lube uses cheap oil filters for all oil changes, even if you pay extra $$ for the synthetics! read more

Very friendly staff, not pushy. They helped me with new wipers too. Again, competence and friendliness are a great combination!
