After the tire rotation, for the next day or two I kept hearing a strange squeaking sound from my wheels. When I came in to get it double checked, they realized that they overlooked the fact that my front and rear tires were different sizes. So my tires were basically mismatched. Funny enough, they didn't even credit back the cost of the tire rotation that they mangled, putting me in danger. Then my wife came in to get a simple oil change. When 2 attendants were finishing up under the hood, we heard a loud sound and saw a lot of fumbling. My wife and I immediately looked at each other, suspecting that they broke something. We drove off and found a parking lot and indeed, they broke the coolant cap. We went right back and talked to the two guys. One tried to act like they didn't touch the cap. The other, however, was honorable enough to admit that they had touched it. He told us to come back the next day to get it fixed. Accidents happen. But the lack of accountability and apology is what confounds me. I've been to many Jiffy Lubes since it's obviously a national chain. I've never had this kind of experience before. Seriously, go there at your own risk.

This small, family-run business is located in the Wilburton neighborhood of Bellevue in a small business complex. They're only open during the weekdays from 8am-5pm, and appointments fill up quickly. I usually call and make an appointment and am able to be scheduled on a day and time that works best for me, which is always nice. The oil change usually takes an hour, and I recommend bring a check or cash for payment as there is a 3% credit card charge. You don't have to stay for the oil change, but they have seats if you plan to hang out. PLUS, there's Rosie! Rosie is the owner's dog and hangs out at the shop. She is super sweet. The owner always lets me bring my dog into the shop, too, allowing my dog to sit up on the chair. Best staff ever!
