I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TONY & his entire team at Audubon jiffy lube. I needed brake disc pads & all was performed while I waited. Service is quick & courteous. What impresses me MOST is their honesty & integrity. After starting the job, Tony informed me the calibers were"locked" & they were trying to release them manually, if unsuccessful they would need to b installed prior to discs. I prepared myself for an additional charge...but lo & behold 10 minutes later Tony informed me no calibers were necessary!!!! Never again. Took Honda civic in for routine oil change in April. Recently noticed a scraping sound while going over speed bumps & steep driveways. While inspecting under the car both bolts holding the plate that needs to be removed to perform an oil change were missing. Jiffy Lube (55 N. White Horse Pike) failed to put them back on. Incompetence. Something that should not happen anywhere. I make every effort to support local businesses, lesson learned. Would recommend going elsewhere for service. read more

Most of the staff did not wear a mask in Audubon. I was asked to stay in my car. The tech that serviced my car kept his mask below his face the entire time and repeatedly came up to my car window to ask me questions without a mask. If I wasn't locked into the bay I would of left for fear of my safety. When I asked employees to fix or wear a mask I was met with unprofessional comments. I have used Jiffy Lube for years and it's doubtful I will be back. read more

Jiffy Lube, Brookhaven PA is the WORST! they changed my oil and within a few weeks I was seeing oil on the driveway and smelling oil and antifreeze. They put the reservoir caps on incorrectly causing antifreeze to splash on my engine and told me there was no oil leak. I paid for another oil change at a mechanic less than 800 miles after my oil change and was advised I had lost 2 quarts of oil. They refuse to even discuss their errors and were rude. Even with photos they swore there was no oil leaking. read more

For a very busy Saturday at the site they all kept their cool and we're dealing with customers in a professional manner. My brakes were grinding and needed changing immediately. I was a walk-in and had never been there before but the manager came right out to take a look at my vehicle and diagnosed the problems (of which there were many) and then gave me a very reasonable estimate. The work for front and rear brakes in addition to rotors, was done very quickly, about 2 hours from the time I dropped off the car. The cost estimate was extremely close to the final cost so there were no surprises. All the guys in the shop were very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back again. read more

TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS JIFFY LUBE LOCATION AND I DON'T ADVISE THAT YOU DO EITHER. Making a mistake is one thing, but refusing to acknowledge your mistake is unforgivable. The short story is they left my radiator cap loose and on my way out of town on a long trip, the car overheated because all of the coolant had evaporated. When I called to tell them, the manager completely refused to consider the possibility that it was their fault. And I KNOW it was their fault. I had the oil changed 2 days before my trip and NOBODY else was under the hood in those two days. Never had a problem prior to this and haven't had a problem since. I tried multiple times to reach the local franchise. No response. I called corporate and they forwarded my inquiry. No response. I don't do business with anyone that cares that little about their customers. And let me be clear. I don't want anything from them. I'm not looking to get anything for free. I just like being treated with respect. They have earned this extremely bad review! read more

Stopped in for a quick oil change and it will be my last time here. First off they had the the wrong year of my vehicle in the computer and and when I told Vince the correct year he didn't believe me and me feel like a jack ass when he yelled across the shop to check with the technician. I also told him the address was incorrect in the computer and he ignored that part and tried to up sell me stuff I didn't want. A lady pulled in behind me around 5:15 and you could hear the employees complaining that it's gonna stop them from getting done early. Lastly and the main reason I will NEVER be back to jiffy Lube again is because I checked in on Yelp and closed the app. When I reopened the app to show the promo code for 10 bucks off Vince had an attitude about it. The coupon code was gone and I couldn't check in again and Vince did not honor it. When I was searching through my Yelp app to see if I could find it Vince was acting completely annoyed and paced his office huffing and puffing like a jerk. So good for you Vince you just lost a customer over your piss poor attitude and the extra 10 bucks you made off of me. So I will take my 2 vehicles elsewhere from now on. Enjoy your 10 bucks I'm sure it's worth this review and lost business. Btw if you are going to offer free coffee you need to put out more than just cups, sugar,creamer,and stirrers maybe try putting coffee out? read more

Quick and easy service for a tire change. The employees were very nice and explained everything about what was going on with my car very well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was they forgot to reset the oil light, so I had to go back and make sure they gave me the oil and reset it so the dash showed that my oil life was actually at 100%. I got my oil changed here recently and had about as good an experience as you can get while getting work done on your car. I pulled up and was greeted by the happiest guy ever, who let me know what I had to do (nothing.) and I went and sat in the waiting area. There was coffee and tons of magazines, some I wasn't expecting (Nylon? Really? Sweet.) I had a consultation after 5-10 min. and the girl was informative about what my car needed, but not pushy about any of the recommended services, which I really appreciate. After that, I didn't even have enough time to finish reading my magazine because my car done so quickly! I think what really left me feeling great about this place is that it's such a rarity to get good customer service from people that seem to enjoy what they do. Everyone seemed happy there, it made me happy to be there, and it makes me want to give happy people my business to keep the happiness going around. My back brakes on my Ford F-150 went bad after the ford dealership assured me they had replaced them and fix the original issue. So basically I ended up with nearly getting into an accident due to a back rotar and brake failure and I have to drive an enormous amount everyday to provide for my family. I had no other options and no time to get it done until I had called Jose Berrios at the Jiffy Lube in audubon New Jersey and thankfully he understood my situation and made sure to stay late after hours to ensure they got the parts needed to get my truck done so I could get to work. I like this Jiffy Lube a lot. They rotate tires which Auto Sheen does not. They have a $10 off yelp coupon if you check in there. The prices are a bit much for thinks like windsheild wipers and air filters, but the basic oil change is a fair price. read more

I have tried countless times to find a company I trusted with an oil change on my cars. Most of the time I opted to do the work myself. However, with my new work schedule (making sure your air works in the summer and your pipes don't freeze in the winter), I rarely have time to make that happen. I decided to give Jiffy lube a problem. I called and asked about a wait and they let me know that only one bay was occupied at that time. The staff was very pleasant, and someone was already at my vehicle greeting me before I had the ignition off. I handed the technician my keys and the crew got to work. The manager, Jason, took care of me in the lobby. Great coffee (complimentary) and cold water to drink. He explained toe the services they provide and made recommendations for what I needed and was looking for. The management here is very knowledgeable. Long story short I got my oil changed and they informed me that I should replace my wiper blades. I knew it wasn't an upsell, they already needed to be done. I don't get a sense these people try to get anything over on you. The whole service went off without a hitch and reasonably priced. I was told about their fluid check and top off policy and decided to put it to the test. I drove 562 miles from Audubon to the jiffy lube in Ellsworth, ME and they were just as pleasant to deal with as my home town Jiffy lube. Long story short, don't waste your time anywhere else, I took care of that for you. read more

Great service at this location. Have been coming here for 3 years now. Although they do try to up sell extra services that is their job and they also work to save you money when they can. Today they showed me my oil wasn't dirty enough to change and to come back in 1000 miles. I really appreciated this as I would have had no idea and they could've just done it and charged me. Several months ago I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil leak looked at- Tone was super helpful in locating where the oil leak was coming from and even took the time to show me so I could see it for myself. The staff here is always friendly and will consistently take the time to walk their customer to their car when it's all finished. I went there for an oil change on Friday 6/13. They were to replace my fuel filter but couldn't because the line were too corroded. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY ATTEMPTED TO DO THE WORK AND CAUSED A LEAK IN MY FUEL LINE!!! Instead of seeing the corrosion and leaving it alone so I could take it to a REAL mechanic to have to lines replaced. They told me " we don't have the proper tool to remove the fuel line". Then let me leave out of there as they were closing and I was spraying fuel out everywhere. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home. Now it's going to cost me an additional $700.00 to fix the fuel line. They were also clever enough to not mention anything on the receipt about the fuel filter. No written record of it. I WARN EVERYONE WHO GOES TO THIS LOCATION, CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! I would be a lot less angry had they said something to me about it, but instead decided to cover it up. read more
