I've been here in the past but for this visit I'm giving five stars. I brought my car in because…read moreof my exhaust. They pulled my car right in and called me shortly after with the recommendations needed. I had informed them that I needed my car fairly quickly because we are in the midst of setting up funeral arrangements and they definitely kept their word. Once they notified me of what it needed and I Gave the okay to proceed, my car was ready and they called me before noon! That was awesome service on a much needed day! Thank you guys you rock.

We brought our Ford F-150 to this shop weeks ago for an oil leak repair and paid approximately…read more$1,200. After the repair, the truck was still leaking oil and was not running properly. We then took the truck to Ford for a second opinion and were told that parts and valves had not been properly reattached during the original repair, and the leak had not actually been resolved. Rather than paying Ford for additional repairs, we gave this shop the opportunity to correct the issue themselves. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After the truck later broke down and was towed back to the shop, we learned the repairs still had not been properly completed and the valve covers needed to be replaced again. What made this experience even worse was the manager's response when we tried to address the issue professionally. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, we were told, "Take me to court, I'll be there waiting for you," before he hung up the phone. We also contacted corporate, only to find out the locations are independently owned and corporate cannot enforce refunds or resolutions. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with an auto repair business. We gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right and were met with poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. We are now exploring our options to recover the money we spent on repairs that were never properly completed.

i've known the owner Fred for over 28 years, shortly after losing my entire family I found myself…read morein the need of a reliable truck, so I went to him thinking he was a trusted friend and mechanic. Boy was I wrong! he convinced me that a large SUV he had on the lot would be perfect for my needs and he just needed to give it a one server and put his dealer tag on and drive it to ensure it was all good. After a year of hearing "the parts are in and or I just drive it and make sure it's OK" I finally received the overpriced, barely running, undrivable, unsafe, vehicle with a bogus title. It wasn't until I called him on the title that he offered to return my money because he " had it now" but not when I asked for it the many times before. Since this cost me in many ways, I also asked that he rewire my F250 so I would have a local truck to use, he agreed picked it up, parked it in the lot and has not touched it in months. Also he does not have a dealer's license, he's using a borrowed tag. Miles and Miles of lies!!! if he would do this to somebody he's known for over 28 years who just suffered great loss, imagine what he could do to someone he just met. Do not trust Fred White or anyone at Miles auto!

I was recently referred to Miles Auto Service by my warranty company after experiencing terrible…read moreauto problems with a newly purchased car. We dealt with Fred who from the very beginning of the repairs up to the completion was very responsive, a great communicator and an exceptionally talented auto mechanic. My Audi ended up needing a whole new engine built and Fred and his team at Miles Auto delivered my car back to me working like a charm. From now on our family will use Miles Auto for all our service and repair needs, They are honest, friendly, and deserve a rating well above 5 stars. I thank them so very much.

So, I needed front brakes and rotors on my Chevy and I'm bracing for the usual "you need a lot of…read moreextra work on your car" routine that's becoming more common. You ask yourself, "who can I trust to just do what's necessary." Well Your answer is Mr Tire. They treat you like a customer that they want to return. They check your vehicle out and call with a diagnosis followed by recommendations and the reason for it. It turned out my rear brake were also were close to worn but my rotors were still good. They could've pushed the extra work but they didn't because IT WASN'T NECESSARY! Got a set of brakes and now I'm good at a good price. Honest, efficient and fair and the management and staff is on point! I just found my new mechanic. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

I had the worst experience with this shop. They absolutely do not stand behind their work…read more I had my brakes replaced here last year and immediately started having problems--grinding, squeaking, and thumping noises. I brought the car back several times, and each time they just made "adjustments" that never fixed the issue. Eventually, a very loud squealing developed. When I brought it back, they told me the brake caliper had frozen--the same caliper they had replaced just last year. The manager, Phil, admitted the mechanic (who no longer works there) should have replaced the brake line at the same time. But because the issue was one month out of warranty, they refused to take responsibility. Instead, they wanted me to spend another $500-$700 to fix a problem that was caused by their poor workmanship. I even contacted corporate, and they also refused to help--hiding behind the warranty instead of standing by the quality of their service. At this point, I'm taking my car to a trusted shop--even though it's farther away--because I know they'll do the job right and actually stand behind their work. If you value your safety, time, and money, stay away from Mr. Tire. This chain does not care about doing right by its customers.
