My oil light censor came on as soon as I started the vehicle. My husband called the next day and learned that they could did not complete the oil change due to an a sludge build up. My car needed an oil change. I didn't feel they were trying to get me to buy anything. I told them up front I want the regular oil change. I was told once a year my car should have an engine flush. My car has over 190 thousand miles so I agreed. My car sounds 100% better. I asked a lot of questions and the mechanic answered them without sounding annoyed. I sat inside the waiting area with one other person. There was coffee, magazines, a vendor machine, and the tv was off. read more

Disappointed. After frequenting this place for years I will not anymore. My son went to get an oil change and was told he needed synthetic oil which is $80. This is a myth you can switch between synthetic and regular oil. I told him let them do it now. But we won't be servicing any of our 3 other vehicles there again. Sad to say. Update!! Not only did they charge for the synthetic oil but they reset the light on the car to come back on as if they only put regular oil in it !!! Quality of the service has steadily gone down in recent years. They twice snapped my tire bolts while rotating my tires... Last time I went in the attendant recommended changing my rear-differntal fluid... I had it done the last change oil change... also said my oil was black and I needed an engine flush. I change my oil 1000 miles before the recommendation... the oil has always been clear everytime I checked... They are trying to B.S. me into services I don't need... They tell you that you need full synthetic oil so the can charge you $80. Fact is yes my car only takes dexos approved oil, but they only carry it in full synthetic. There are about 50 dexos approved 5w30 oils that are not full synthetic. They only carry the full synthetic so they can charge you the $80. I literally have been going to this Jiffy Lube since I was 18. I'm now 43. I can't go back. I can't afford an $80 oil change. Especially when the dealership only charges $30. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Easy 5 stars, here's why: I only needed an oil change on my car. Not only did they do an oil change, they vacuumed my floor, washed my exterior windows, checked my tire pressure, checked my oil filter and air filter, topped off my brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, the whole 9 yards. I was here for maybe, MAYBE, 10 minutes, and im including the time I waited for a man who got there before me. I sat in a chair far from the rest, and was ready to text my girlfriend that im going to be bored for awhile and ask if she wanted to chat for a bit while they do my car, but before I could, the cashier called me to the counter. He was very respectful, referring to me as "Sir" or "Mr. (my last name). He took my information, told me to take a seat, a few minutes later he comes back and tells me everything they did, i paid, he signaled for them to pull my car out and into the lot and told me its good to go. I am beyond satisfied. It was so fast, they have a window where you can see about 6 guys doing 6 different things. I have a number of things laying all over the car, nothing was moved or stolen, I even intentionally put money in the car, very visible cash and coins, and nothing was stolen. There isn't any grease or dirt anywhere from them, not even fingerprints on the windows. read more

Always get great service here, love how you can just drop in and get your cars oil changed... don't have to schedule appointment, drop your car off, and block out half the day just for an oil change. You'll pay a little more than other places but they top off your brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and always give you the right oil. I have an '09 BMW 528xi by the way. read more

After going here many years, this last visit will b exactly that, my last visit..My paper says coolant reservoir was checked and safe..Plain out lie, they couldn't have even checked it as I was there Thursday and my car almost overheated on Sunday due to NO COOLANT!!! This could have lead to a very expensive repair, or, even worse, the loss of my car!! On top of that, they recommended a flush and fill..Duh, what was there to flush? I had to go to AutoZone on a Sunday and pay 18 for coolant, STAY AWAY!!!!!! I would give -100 if I could for a rating... read more

Been using this particular Jiffy lube for 15 years, (5781 Route 42, Blackwood, NJ 08012) - last 5 or so been getting sloppier and more expensive, but have been giving them the benefit of the doubt because its locally owned. As it is, I have to wait for a coupon to even afford them. Now I am done. They advertise a long list of things they do on the "signature service" oil change including windows, checking multiple fluids, tire pressure, vacuuming, etc. Which never seems to get done on my car, but normally I don't care because I just really need the oil changed anyway, and I can do all that other stuff myself. They always try to sell you things your car "needs", like any other shop, and I always say no thanks. This time I said no thanks to new wiper blades, and not only did I drive away $40 poorer, with dirt in my car, and so quickly that I had to check to see if they even did the oil change, but now I have something greasy smeared across my windshield. Had to go home and scrub the car. SHAMEFUL WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I work in healthcare - how would you feel if I treated you as shoddy as you've been treating me. All most people want is exactly what we are paying for. You should be ashamed. read more
