I asked these "pros" to rotate my tires in addition to the oil change. I have front wheel drive car. Any average mechanic knows how to rotate a front wheel drive car's Tires. I watched them move the rear right tires to the front rights, I interrupted them and showed them what the owners manual said, which is consistent with the same process for all front wheel drive car. Instead of complying with my request the tech got angry and said "THATS NOT THE WAY WE DO IT HERE!" I said oh you don't do it correctly you just do it "the way you do it here?" I'm 65 and I thought this guy was going to punch me out as he said" we will just put them back the way they were and take it off the bill!!!" I'll never be back. If they don't understand the proper way to rotate tires, they should not offer the service. I will never go to this or any jiffy lube EVER AGAIN. read more

For an easy and simple oil change this is the place to go. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff and mechanics were all very professional and nice. The only thing I wish they had was a little coffee stand or water available. Otherwise, I enjoyed the short amount of time watching "Jay Leno's Garage" read more

These folks are amazing. Every time I've gone if for an oil change or other service they are quick, helpful, and honest. They went above and beyond today and fixed a missing bolt on the undercarriage of my vehicle. If I could bring my car to this location for all vehicle services, I'd never use anywhere else! read more

Great spot, no BS, helped with a coupon when I forgot mine. Everyone was nice and helpful, had my 1-year old with me.

Theses guys were great they drove me to work in the morning and picked me up in the afternoon. All while they fixed my car while as was at work. The aren't just for oil changes I had them change my brakes and rotors. I can't say enough positive things. read more

I have used Jiffy Lube for several years and have not had the problems the other reviews report. The manager and crew are professional and polite. They show me the actual air filters and do not push services I don't need. read more

I drove in to get an oil change. I requested semi synthetic oil change. The service was fast. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Waited with one car in the bays for 30 minutes and no one even came to my car. Six people standing around looking like deer in headlights. When I finally drove off the all noticed me. Will NEVER go there again. I'm at the one in Pasadena now!! Top notch. All are really hustling. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my car for an oil change and now my car needs 700 bucks in repairs because they didn't do it properly. I started getting an oil light shortly after going there. Thought it was a fluke. A week later I got check engine. Took it to the shop and found out they used the wrong amount of oil and it damaged my car. Apparently the oil was still bad as if they mixed it with old oil. Going here is paying money for them to destroy your car read more

Went for an oil change but was disappointed in the service. When I got in my car, there was oil all over the interior door handle and steering wheel. This is unacceptable. My car should never be returned in worse condition than I left it. They claimed they had vacuumed the floors, but they obviously had not (see attached pictures). I am happy to vacuum out my own car, but I don't appreciate the staff lying to me about services provided. The only redeeming factor was that I did not have a long wait, but that is not enough for me to return to this location. I value honesty when paying for services, and I do not appreciate having to clean up after other peoples' mess, so I will not be bringing back my business. read more

I sincerely hope anyone who considers coming to this location for service takes heed to not only what multiple customers have had to say about their experiences, but more importantly how their management responds to anything but positive feedback. Brett D. has a pattern of speaking condescendingly towards the aforementioned feedback. I actually got a good laugh out of his response to my review, and that is as much as I will acknowledge his feelings on the matter. However I have all the time in the world for the FACTS which he chose to distort in his reply. Fact #1, You all in fact DID NOT ask to inspect my car. The order of events went as followed. After I went to Infiniti and was informed of the damage caused to my car, I informed your location of the issue over the phone at which point I was directed to email my concerns to jiffylube2878@gmail.com which I did on 12/20/21. That email was replied to on 1/21/22 at 12:05 pm. Please stop me when I start lying. The first communication I received actually came from Kevin at national headquarters on 12/27/21 after I was forced to make a formal complaint to them after being ignored by your branch. I was not informed of this 36 year long standing process of inspecting for damage until after I had already paid out of pocket to fix said damages and had returned to your location about a week after due to the lack of communication I had received. Fact #2 Speaking of my return to your location, you mentioned that you all, "requested a final paid receipt supporting your claim that such a repair was completed. You did not provide this to us and provided only an estimate and not a final paid receipt." Addressing the first life in this statement, you all DID NOT request any final paid receipt and if you have correspondence that contradicts this please feel free to show me and the rest of the community. HOWEVER, I indeed provided the estimated and the final bill when I returned to your location after my calls and emails went unanswered. Your employees at the location that day took pictures of said estimate and final invoice. It was after this episode that I finally received a call from your store manager informing me that my vehicle needed to be inspected. I have been blessed enough that I had the means to handle the fiasco you all created but I am aware that other are not as fortunate and that a $500+ repair job due to someone else's negligence could prove catastrophic. I don't need to hear anything else from you Brett unless you are asking for my address in order to send me my reimbursement check. You picked the right one this time, please go find a corner to sit in and hold this L. Yelp community this dissertation was for you and I hope that you will use it to make an informed decision. read more

I received 5-star service as a first-time customer! I was welcomed kindly and when I presented my Yelp check-in offer of two free wiper blades, even though those working were unfamiliar with this particular coupon, they made it happen. I was given options on the type of oil I could choose from, educated on the frequency my radiator should be flushed and why, and shown how dirty my air filter was (gross but necessary). I was invited to sit in their waiting room which was old fashioned but clean, offered coffee, magazines and shown where the bathroom is if needed. Though they could use a serious lobby (and coffee) upgrade, they have what you need for a comfortable wait. The service was speedy and I was on my way with well-wishes for a nice holiday weekend. I wish I had written their names down, but the gentlemen that helped my on Saturday afternoon (May 26th) were awesome. Thanks guys! read more

Jiffy lube more like "jibbed ya fool" They gave me wipers that are either broken or were used. It makes an excruciating noise if the window isnt wet enough for its liking. (While its full on raining yikes) Just cause im a girl they think its okay to try to charge me with a $400 bill. Have been going to midas ever since. In the pic, thats the best I WAS ABLE TO MAKE IT THEY CAME WORSE THAN SHOWN HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE Manager came into my dms offering free wipers then said it's too late since i got em more than a year ago. After i told him the review will stay then hes like "i tried" HOURS LATER He adds a reply to my review Bad already. read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Arnold, Maryland

I live close by, but I can't come here anymore. My car is manual transmission. I have brought my car here twice in the last year. Each time the employee would stall out my vehicle violently and then stumble to drive the car into the bay. I mean, you're an auto shop, you really need to have at least one person on staff who drives manual at all times! read more

I don't like writing bad reviews, but felt people need to know the poor quality of service this establishment provides. I got my oil changed and they put in the most expensive oil ($83) without asking what type I would like to use. The car was done in five minutes, which would normally be a great thing... but checking receipt, they said they inflated my tires, cleaned my windows, and topped my fluids. Getting home I realized my windows were not clean, then decided to check my window washer fluid (which was nearly empty), and finally figured I should check my tire pressure (which was several PSI below normal level on two tires). Makes me wonder what else they didn't do. I had a $15 dollar coupon that they would not take, saying it doesn't apply to this Jiffy Lube. When leaving, they couldn't find the key to my car. They didn't even put the sticker on my window. I am severely disappointed. This placed used to be a quality Jiffy Lube.... I would recommend not going here, and if you do.... make sure to ask lots of questions to make sure you a getting the service you expect. read more

This was my first time here and the team gave me a warm welcome. Everyone is professional and friendly. They offered to put my new wiper blade on for free and put air in my tires. James was one of the technicians and was kind and polite. Mike was cheerful and upbeat and helped explained things to me simply. Most places commit high way robbery, especially dealerships, but this place did not try to over charge me or hassle me with services that I didn't need. Quickest oil change ever! NaVaisha and the entire Jiffy Lube team are always so helpful and kind! I love coming here and know I am in great hands!

Nice staff. Convenient location. I was greeted promptly and the car was serviced quickly. No attempt to upsell after the inspection of the car. read more

I showed up for an oil change early in the morning and was seen right away. Employees were courteous and professional, wore masks, and clearly explained what my options were but didn't aggressively up sell me. I left feeling that I'd gotten what I paid for, without the experience that too often goes with a woman going alone to the mechanics. I'll be going to this Jiffy Lube again for my next oil change. read more

I always get fantastic service here from Mr. Vern and his team! They are friendly, expedient, and have never made a mistake in the dozens of times I have brought my vehicle here. I appreciate their professionalism and their manners (they'll hold the door for you, for instance). It's little things that make an experience a great one, and Mr. Vern does it every time! read more

The service here is slow and terrible. I almost never write a negative review, but had to this time.

I had a very positive experience taking my daughter's car in for an oil change. The staff were all very professional and courteous. Very fast... was in and out very quickly. read more

The team is nice, but it always takes 1.5 hours for an oil change. Today, my vehicle was moved from bay to bay causing me to wait for two additional cars, and I was here first. This is my last time wasting this much time to pay $60 for an oil-change! read more

So apparently yesterday they had a mass exodus of employees, didn't know this until I talked to a gentleman who came in after me. After talking with him, found out he knew the owner, he had his oil changed in maybe 20 minutes. I was told a half hour, and I'm writing this review an 1 1/2 hours later. Won't be returning. read more

I don't know if it's new management but went in yesterday and no customerservice, was trying to use my card as credit but Victo rsaid only debit(BS) and they left oil prints everywhere ( leather seats, steering wheel, door and radio buttons). Just a disappointment read more

Used to frequent Jiffy Lube until they caused damage to the rear differential of my vehicle. I questioned the technician about using the required additive for the rear limited slip differential, later it was proven they did not use it and required the entire rear end to be rebuilt. They were quick but the price was over $80 with a coupon! They "cleaned" my windows, but left them dirtier and smudged. They also left oil on my glove box. Trust me on this: DO NOT EVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!!! THE JIFFY LUBE AT 950 RITCHIE HIGHWAY IN ARNOLD, MD drained my oil and didn't put any in (which apparently happens a lot), and this WRECKED THE ENGINE OF MY SUV. They towed my SUV the next day to some mechanic and refused to tell me where it was. While it was gone, I contacted the Jiffy Lube Corporate Office multiple times, but they have refused to talk to me. It took more than two weeks to get my car back and they still have not reimbursed me for the $751 I spent on a rental car (It has been over a month!). I told them multiple times they would pay for my mechanic to look at it when I got it back and the day before I got it back, they said no, they would not do that. They told me the engine would be a certified one with paperwork from the State of Maryland and would come with a warranty, but they have refused to give me this non-existent warranty or any paperwork. When I got my car back, it was filthy on the inside and out and was almost completely out of gas, but all I was concerned about was the motor they put in. The new engine did not accelerate like the original engine did, it made the car shudder, it didn't shift easily and it revved really high, so I took it to the Hyundai dealership. Immediately, the dealership said the engine that was installed was not for an SUV, it was a car engine, which has plastic parts and different electronics than the engine it is supposed to have. I have met with an attorney and I am now suing Jiffy Lube for a new engine and all of my bills. read more

Always Fast, Friendly and get job done right. Love using the $10 off coupons. My go to oil change place!

We have been bringing our cars here for oil changes for several years. Especially in the last couple of years the service has always been excellent. They clearly have high customer service standards. This is a business, so clearly they are in it for a profit. They have tried to upsell different services and products, but never are pushy when we say no or maybe next time. I have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me in any way. The gentleman and ladies at this location are always very kind and friendly. Twice when I went there the person at the cash register happened to notice my AAA card in my wallet and offered me the discount without me even asking. We live across the Bay Bridge, but always make a trip to come here for oil changes. read more

I've been going to this jiffy lube for years since I live 5 mins away. This time I was disappointed. I will say the staff was friendly and moved quickly which I appreciated. But when I went to get back in my car I noticed they got black grease stains all over my door which were easily visible because I have tan leather. I noticed it right away and asked someone to wipe it off. He wiped it with a dirty rag so I just said forget it and drove away mad. Then as I'm driving I realize my whole steering wheel is covered in this black grease and it got all over my hands. I pay a lot of money to get my car professionally cleaned every month and they need to use more caution and work cleaner!!! I will second guess going back because I know If I do I'll have to clean my car when I leave. Getting my oil changed here cost me the oil change PLUS $40 at mister car wash for a detail. Not happy! read more

New to the area. Stopped in for oil change, tire rotation. Service was excellent! Friendly, did not try to "add on" items to bump the price. Very happy! read more

This place is unbelievably horrible! If you don't want to pay triple the average price for an oil change and also leave with your car covered in grease, go somewhere else. My wife stopped by the Arnold, MD Jiffy Lube for an oil change since it is conveniently located near our house. After 1.5 hours, she was charged $83 for an oil change (no air filter, wipers, etc - only an oil change). Obviously she thought this was high, but she paid without raising a stink. The real fun began when she went to get in her car. First she noticed grease and oil all over the outside door handle. When she got in the car there was oil and grease all over the interior - I mean everywhere. Oil on the interior door handle, cloth interior, dash, steering wheel, and incredibly enough, even the windshield. She told the Jiffy Lube associate this is horrible. He simply responded with "its not like we do it on purpose - it just happens". Oddly enough, it NEVER has happened to us anywhere else in the past 25 years of owning cars. I have never had this probelem at any other Jiffy Lube or other oil change facility, but based on other reviews, the Arnold, MD Jiffy Lube consistently provides poor service at inflated prices. I cannot recommend strongly enough to stay away from this shop. Now I need to get back to scrubbing my wife's interior on her 6 month old car to see if I can get all of these stains out. read more

Great customer service. Very fast service too-- oil change, engine flush, and tire rotation in under an hour.
