Incredibly thankful to Jiang's Kitchen in Orlando for hosting us for dinner and giving us the opportunity to experience their elevated Chinese cuisine, curated by Chef Eric Jiang himself! Asian cuisine, especially soup dumplings, will always be my comfort food, so this experience was extra special. From the lovely atmosphere to the precision and care that go into preparing each dish, everything was absolutely wonderful and bursting with incredible flavors! One of my favorite parts was getting to watch the craftsmanship behind their Xiao Long Bao. The intricate pleats take so much skill and attention to detail. Lorna greeted us at the door and sat us at our lovely table. She is such a sweetie! We had the pleasure of being served by Tony. All the best recommendations came from him! I'm thrilled to see they have high chairs for families with little ones, like myself! Ivy stopped by a few times to check in on us. And of course, the legend himself, Chef Eric came by to say hello and check in with us. Appetizers: Rock shrimp - such delicious and addicting sauce and the light and airy crispy batter Cucumbers - light kick and super flavorful Chicken bao buns - the most flavorful chicken, words are not enough to describe it! Sushi rolls we ordered: Volcano roll - saucy delicious! It's deep fried, so it's not for everyone. Jiang's roll - the perfect combo of everything and man, the smoked flavor of the eel was memorable! Main entree: Braised beef noodles - what flavorful broth, tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and creamy soft boiled egg Xiao Long Bao: Crab filled soup cooked to the perfect temperature, so we were able to indulge in one bite! Great food! Super affordable as well. They are still in the early soft-opening stages but my experience left me eager for when they're fully open. The service was rough, but again, they're still getting up to speed. We got the dan dan noodles and the chicken bun. They were very tasty and surprisingly filling for the price. read more

Jiang's is an exceptional dim sum restaurant in the downtown Orlando area. We recently tried this place and experienced great service and tasty food. There's a great selection of drinks; we had the Thai Tea and a Tokyo Mule, which were flavorful and refreshing. For appetizers, we tried the Beef Pancake Roll, Taiwan Popcorn Chicken and Shrimp Pork Wontons with chili oil. All were great and the chili oil wasn't what I expected as it came in a peanut sauce, but it was excellent. The Truffle Soup Dumplings are a must try and we also had the pan fried chives & pork dumplings. A really great meal overall and definitely a restaurant I would revisit in the future! read more

Fantastic new addition to the Orlando food scene. First time trying soup dumplings and they were wonderful. So flavorful! Had the beef pancakes, shrimp pork wontons, fish roe and shrimp pork dumplings and the star of the show was the soup dumplings with truffle and pork. Also had the fried rice with truffle and shrimp. They also gave us a complimentary piece of sushi! Had the old fashioned as well. The vibe was great and the service was wonderful. Can't wait to visit again. 10/10! read more

I saw this place all over TikTok so of course me and my friend had to go and try it. We love dumplings and sharing plates so this was right up our alley. First, I wanna say that the service was really good and our waitress was nice. They gave us a deep fried sushi roll on the house. We enjoyed the scallion pancake, the chicken bao buns, and the Karaage. The dumplings still here completely missed the mark for us. None of the dumplings were very hot when they came out they were kind of lukewarm. The wrapping kind of tasted a little doughy and the vegetable dumplings had like no flavor to them. We didn't enjoy the soup dumplings either, it just tasted kind of like mush. I will say that the regular steamed pork dumplings we ordered were okay. Wow! We went to Jiang's Kitchen for the first time today for lunch and we were super impressed. Interior is beautiful and comfortable with great seating and lighting. Service was super efficient and very pleasant. Menu is small, but everything is made for sharing. I did not put a single bite in my mouth that wasn't delicious. We tried an order of the steamed dumplings, pan fried dumplings, chive pancakes, and an order of the soup dumplings. I would order every single item again, but the soup dumplings were definitely the best and maybe the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back soon, and we'll bring more friends. I had a wonderful time to stop but and try all of the dishes could fill my belly with. Lol soon as we arrived we were greeted and seated. The staff was friendly and gave us recommendations on what items to try. This was during the soft open, so many items like the all of the drinks but Thai iced tea and the brown sugar if I recall correctly. They were out of the the black pearl dessert. The location was humbly designed to be japandi like modern Japan mixed with warm elements. I liked it a lot and felt welcomed . A highly important menu recommendation would to be a short details of ingredients in each item for allergy purposes. Now to the items that we tried. Chicken bun****: Surprisingly delicious lightly fried chicken with fermented root veggies. Some awesome orange sauce. It was a bit too saucy. Just a recommendations to serve on the side. The bun is delicious with and without the sauce. One of my second faves so far. This item portion size was 2 and perfect for sharing. Taiwan popcorn chicken*****: Top item of my faves that I got to try. Lightly breaded with the right amount of crisp. Along with a sweet chili type sauce to dip it in or pour over them. The portion amount was perfect. Definitely used chicken thighs . Perfect for sharing. Scallion pancake***: I really enjoyed the simplicity of this dish and the ponzu sauce. (The sauce I thought it was but I may be wrong. The menu had no description) I didn't tast to many scallions which was interesting . Perfect for sharing. Sample of the volcano roll***: I enjoyed it but wish it was not cool. It tasted like it was prepared and sitting for a moment. It's like the outside of the roll became stale. The flavor was there but could turn into a chewy situation. Soup dumplings with pork*: I know this is the soft opening and would highly recommend that you have some one try the soup and dumpling after steaming some to check for flavor. These came out bland and gewy. I couldn't force myself to eat the rest. I tried it with and without the sauces and ginger mixes. It down not help. Do not recommend this one for sharing unless this item is changed up some. Steam vegetable** dumplings: I am a lover of veggies and this too was bland. The vegetables themselves were missing their fresh taste. Chinese chives**** and pork dumplings: These were firm and tasteful. I would recommend and great for sharing. Beautiful space, huge portions, and some of the best soup dumplings I've had in Orlando! First of all, the interior of Jiang's Kitchen is beautiful! There's plenty of seating, plus a long omakase-style bar that will have the full menu, which I thought was such a fun setup. The highlight of the night was definitely the soup dumplings. They were absolutely delicious, probably the best I've had in Orlando! I already know I'll need to be getting these regularly. My second favorite was the rock shrimp. The batter was so light that it barely even tasted fried, and the flavor was delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes. Everything came out massive, I was not expecting such large, plate-sized portions for the prices. Such a great value in my opinion! The lobster roll was another standout. It was huge, unique, and something I would absolutely order again and again. I also loved the little how-to sheets at each table showing you how to properly eat the soup dumplings. Such a thoughtful and fun touch, especially for anyone who may not be familiar with the best way to enjoy them. Jiang's Kitchen was PHENOMENAL! This was easily one of the best meals I've had in a while, and every dish we ordered was a hit. We started with the Cucumber Salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The Fried Rice with Truffle & Shrimp was incredible, with the truffle adding such a delicious depth. The Beef Soup Dumplings were perfectly executed and full of flavor, while the Dan Dan Noodles were rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the Volcano Roll and Orlando Roll, and both were fantastic. Honestly, there wasn't a single dish that disappointed. The ambiance is another reason this place stands out. It's super chic, modern, and calming, making it feel elevated without being stuffy. And the service was top tier from start to finish. Attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars!!! I love this new addition to downtown, much needed and wow it didn't disappoint! The restaurant vibe is so chic, so modernly decorated with such a zen feeling. The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. I loved that you could watch the sushi chef and the dumpling chefs hard at work. We even got a wave from all of them when we walked in! So inviting! Our server Ellie was so sweet and she walked us through the menu and some of her favorites which did not disappoint. Everything we ordered was a 10/10, seriously no bad flavored dishes was unheard of! The experience starts off with a sushi dish on the house which was such a nice touch. It was delicious and I loved that it was a hot sushi. We ordered the truffle shrimp fried rice, which had the perfect taste and not too overbearing with truffle! The cucumber salad was beautifully plated and had a delightful kick and refresh as a pallet cleanser. We then ordered the coconut shrimp roll, the chicken dumplings and the pork and shrimp and fish egg dumplings. All super delicious. I will say, the shrimp/pork/fish egg dumpling was very earthy -- so if that's a flavor profile you don't love, maybe stay away from that one! We enjoyed it nonetheless. The rock shrimp is a MUST! It was so tasty, and the sauce was delicious. Probably the best rock shrimp I've ever had! The soup dumplings are the star of the show. We only ordered the beef soup dumplings but I'm already planning to coming back to try the other options. The broth was so delicious, the dumpling was so flavorful and the meat inside was divine!!! The whole experience was so delightful it has me truly dreaming about coming back for more! There are helpful tips on how to eat the soup dumplings, so make sure you look at those tips before diving in! Lastly, the owner/GM stopped by our table and also said his goodbyes to us on the way out. He was so friendly and made sure our experience was top notch. All I can say is WOW! Not a lot can get us to come downtown anymore, but this place did and it was well worth it. The owner was there helping make dumplings in the back where you can watch through a glass wall which is always fun. The flavors of every single dish we had were delicious! We tried the cucumber salad and rock shrimp to start, then ordered the truffle & pork soup dumplings, dan dan noodles, and chicken & cheese steamed dumplings. The steamed dumplings blew me away and ended up being my favorite dish of the night, but you truly can't go wrong with any of it. The cucumber salad had a hint of spiciness to it so beware if that's not your thing. I mostly left those up to my husband! What a great addition to downtown! read more

I wanted to like this place so much but they really have some work to do to get this place up to par. We love soup dumplings. We have had them for years around the country from New York to San Francisco and I was so excited when Orlando started to have them around here. We made a reservation and when we arrived we were told they did not have our reservation even though I had an email confirmation. It was okay that we were early enough that they were able to accommodate our party. It seemed a bit chaotic when we first got there so then they were able to seat us at a comfortable table. The server was kind and explained the menu well. Cucumber salad was great , had a spicy texture. They were able to accommodate my husbands request for a spicy tuna roll which was much appreciated. They did do a cool thing they bring out a roll for the table to share and I thought that was a nice touch. The soup dumpling s were the best part of the meal. They do need to get better spoons because the ones they have are huge and it feels like you should mix your sauce in them. All of the food came out but my sushi roll had mot so I asked the server and she went to go check and brought it out and as she was bringing it out a piece of the roll fell on the floor. She quickly laughed it off but did not make any offer to replace the piece or take an amount off the bill. The rolls run about 17 dollars and that really left a bad test in my mouth. The roll was not what I expected and she asked me and I said it was okay but no offer to replace the roll. All in all if they can get their organization together then hopefully they will be a strong success. I will say they are in a soft opening so I get it that things won't be perfect but you need to correct certain customer service procedures like when you drop food on the floor then you need to replace the serving or compensate the customer. read more

Staff were horsing around, repeatedly delivering orders to the wrong tables, and using incorrect drinkware and serveware. They were also out of several menu items, so beware.
