Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. 09/18: I contracted GreenLawn to perform services that included weed control, aeration/power seeing…read moreand fertilizing my property 09/25: Weed treatment and crab grass control was applied 09/26-27 Heavy rains occurred but I was assured multiple times it wouldn't hamper the effectiveness of the application 10/09: I spoke to Salesman regarding weeds still being prevalent and he stated it usually takes 20 days to see impact, weds are still present 10/12: Another Tech arrived to aerate and power seed. It had rained so he checked the grounds and said it was ok to proceed, which it was not! In formed next treatment in 20 days 10/13: Initial Tech arrived to fertilize yard. I expressed concern about timing and was told it would not impact planted seeds 10/14: I phoned sales to indicate that I viewed my lawn carefully and could only find small areas of over-seeding that their tech spread by hand. Was told that the machine has a "device on the bottom that broadcasts seeds". I stated that I saw no such activity and could see no evidence of any power seeding or having been broadcasted and sent pics to validate my concerns. Requested, for the second time, via email, that a Representative visit 10/15: I sent additional emails and pics on weeds and damage to my yard by the aeration-seeding machine There was only one reply from sales indicating that they canceled my subscription. It was noted that my concerns were forwarded to management for review but I never heard anything from them 10/16: In an attempt to resolve amicably, I SPOKE with an office representative for 35 minutes as he attempted to obtain a partial credit for the weed and seeding applications. I had previously requested that as a satisfactory resolution. Ultimately I was told that GreenLawn would not provide a credit since they believed the services were completed properly thereby completely dismissed addressing the multiple pics that validated each of my stated concerns as well as 3 requested rep visits. Most definitely NOT a reputable company.
