In addition, they charge you a $65 "no customer show" if you don't wait for them. Six weeks ago I had our spring service turn and had over a hundred dollars worth of charges to pay for new sprinkler heads. Ever since turn on, one of my zones does not work at all and our grass has died in this location. You would think that if they were servicing and maintain the my system for 8 years I would not encounter these charges constantly. In addition, they wanted to up sell me a new rain sensor for hundreds more. When I called about these problems they insisted that the invoice be paid before they would address my concerns. I feel this is very poor customer service for a loyal customer and I strongly do not recommend Crawford Irrigation.

This is the third time Steve has corrected questionable or incorrect work from the other company... I left once, but came back because pumping was included with the service and I wanted to give the technician another shot. But, we're done. Only Steve or anyone he trains will service my system.

Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good.
