On short notice, they have come through to fix problems and enhance the beauty of both our homes. Pure Electric installed recessed lighting in our kitchen earlier this year. Not only was the attention to detail absolutely perfect, but the overall quality of the work was impeccable. They represent the best in customer service. The lighting here cannot be bought on Amazon ! Go to the shop on Arch street in Philadelphia and you see the beautiful pieces for sale at reasonable prices. The owners are lovely and are excellent at customer service. It reminds me of a store of the 70s where customers are treated with respect . When you buy a fixture or mirror you return in a few days and it is professionally wrapped so as not to break in transit to your home. I noted multitudes of wrapped purchased and was quite impressed.

They had a number of beautiful lamps and fixtures. I was stopped and advised that they had the part for my lamp so it would be fixed on the spot. What a pleasant surprise. I had a number of questions, and all were answered fully (even how such an older building could support so much electric draw). I found a shade on a lamp that I really liked. They called the company to see if the shade could be ordered separately. I was given product number, the color I wanted, and the price. It was such a pleasant experience. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal.
